Hi Jenn, after I complained on site jabber I received an email from someone named Ruth at customer service. You don't need a return authorization, so if it is worth it to you, send it back to this address they gave me. At least it's in the US, so it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It's: Mr Jack Cheung, Wa Fa La Inc, 84 Granite Ave, 2FL Staten Island, NY, 10303. Make sure you make a note on it with the order number on it. I also enclosed a copy of my order. Also, send it with tracking, so you know when they receive it. It cost me almost $18. But I spent over $100. So it was worth it to me, besides it the principal of it now. I saw the advertisements on Facebook, then I placed an order, so I wrote a note on Facebook warning others about this company. They have to be stopped. The quality was the worst I've ever seen. Anybody who orders from these companies will experience the same, not delivered (like my items) crap material and very small chinese sizes, even ordering two sizes bigger they are still too small. I ordered my items in August and i am still waiting, they told me the parcel was lost. I wrote and wrote to them and i eventually got a full refund but that was after telling them i would constantly write bad reports on facebook ect. The sooner these companies are taken off every page they advertise on the better as its a con. Good luck with the shirt but keep complaining to them. They will even have the cheek to ask you to write a good report for them and you will get a big gift and the big gift is 1800 points to spend on their site. They are a scamming company and once they take your cash they are not interested.
I ordered over a year ago and never received anything. Don't order from them.
For accuracy... order 3 of the size 3X... And sew them together. That should about about the realistic size. Then again, if you order 3, you may only receive one if any at all. READ THE REVIEWS! This place SUCKS DONKEYS!
Forever... There is no way to determine with them... I couldn't track my order after they sent me my track #... And it took almost 3 months to receive it... Seriously 2 and a half months for one item... That didn't look nothing like the pic and less material then the picture... I ended up throwing the jacket away

No kidding, they are a SHAM. I had to send the merchandise back and then paypal helped me get my $ back.
So far no refund for me. I opened a complaint with PayPal too. There is no way I'd take store credit. I would never buy anything from them again. I am leaving negative reviews anywhere I can, on Facebook, and on yelp, and any other sites that allow reviews. We need to get the word out that they are a scam company.
