When I found counterfeit products, I asked the seller a refund, seller blacklist me. The people that sell on AliExpress are cheats. If you buy a small item for a small amount, they act like they send it out and they never do and keep your money. Bought a satellite receiver from a company called Saxtrem through AliExpress thinking that this will give me some protection like Ebay. Not the case at all, receiver didnt work, cost of returning it with a trackable mail is same as receiver, NO support at all from AliExpress. They get you into endless circles. Dont buy if you cant return an item and use Ebay, similar case with Ebay and they refunded me. Aliexpress is part of an international scam. £22.96 down the drain
I am not satisfied with the product and give them all the needed information and they fail to help me. They do not offer to bring back the stuff if not as described... argg so frustrating the stuffs is counterfeit and it looks bad how can I make sure they get shut down

Seller Eva, Costumer Service& the hire escalation team does nothing. I have contacted all over 7 times for months about my defective machine I paid over 3,000 for. Each time I had to repeatedly write my order number, send videos and photos and each time got the same response a hire team will contact you. They all do nothing. My parcel never got to my house. It was sent to the post office and then delivery failed. The parcel was then returned to sender and they refuse to refund my money. Ali express said I need to track it down with the post office and find it? This website is a scam. The tracking is not accurate and before you know where the parcel is. It is gone. Encountered many problems with verification and payment. Helpdesk will always tell you they will do something and asks you to wait. You go back to them when things are not fixed and they will do something else and asks you to wait. There is no escalation matrix nor having a supervisor or manager to speak to you. They will ask you to trust them and they are willing to help but you end up with no fix at the end of the day. Do not trust them. Different agents will have different solution to the same problem but won't fix the issue you have. Have fun! I just hope my credit card information won't be stolen because I can't get into the account to delete it and they can't deactivate the account on their end.
Your money is better off burning then wasting for anything from this site. Spend a little more money on a well reputable seller/trusted website. All products are cheap and knockoffs that look nothing like the pictures you see on the site. Take it from me, customer for 3 years and i know all their electronic products are knockoffs and really cheap but it is a waste of money.
