Counterfeit products
April 27, 2015

When I found counterfeit products, I asked the seller a refund, seller blacklist me. Then I give customer service complaints in a few hours later I received a E-mail content simple, said there is no way to help me. What is the purpose of the customer service? I also try to several different content to the customer service, content is same. I think customer service is a computer auto reply system. Want to buy something on this site, please prepare.

Cheaters

The people that sell on AliExpress are cheats. If you buy a small item for a small amount, they act like they send it out and they never do and keep your money. I reached out to the shop and to AliExpress and they didn't send my item or refund my money. Do not buy small items from this website. They are cheats and liars.

AliExpress, a scam

Bought a satellite receiver from a company called Saxtrem through AliExpress thinking that this will give me some protection like Ebay. Not the case at all, receiver didnt work, cost of returning it with a trackable mail is same as receiver, NO support at all from AliExpress. They get you into endless circles. Dont buy if you cant return an item and use Ebay, similar case with Ebay and they refunded me. Aliexpress is part of an international scam. £22.96 down the drain

I am not satisfied with the product and give them all the needed information and they fail to help me. They do not offer to bring back the stuff if not as described... argg so frustrating the stuffs is counterfeit and it looks bad how can I make sure they get shut down

I've been doing business with AliExpress for the last six months. I believe I've uncovered both the good and the bad.

You can find a great deal as long as you can live with the slow delivery. That's the good news! The bad news should you ever have a problem with an order. You're screwed! Buyer Protection is a sham. There is no such thing. Should your product not arrive, should it be damaged, should the seller ship product even though you cancelled the order. You're screwed!

When a problem occurs, you typically can do two things: You first chat with customer service in an attempt to get their help to resolve the problem. Second, you file a dispute. Well, customer service will assure you up one side and down the other that they will solve your problem. They never do! They tell you they will but they don't. And filing a dispute always results in them siding with the seller. They don't have an Amazon or eBay customer service philosophy. The seller is always right! So Beware!"

Seller Eva, Costumer Service& the hire escalation team does nothing. I have contacted all over 7 times for months about my defective machine I paid over 3,000 for. Each time I had to repeatedly write my order number, send videos and photos and each time got the same response a hire team will contact you. They all do nothing. I got scammed out 3,000 with no partial refund or new machine. Do not order from aliexpress or Eva. I will report to cops, with all emails, photos, screen shots and all. DO NOT ORDER

Garbage

I ordered an item and waited almost 2 months for it to show, it hasn't. I started a dispute and the shipper is fighting the refund saying I should wait longer for the item. Don't bother the cheap price is not worth the headache involved.

Terrible

My parcel never got to my house. It was sent to the post office and then delivery failed. The parcel was then returned to sender and they refuse to refund my money. Ali express said I need to track it down with the post office and find it? This website is a scam. The tracking is not accurate and before you know where the parcel is. It is gone. The resolution to this was I just paid them money for nothing. Again this website is a SCAM! Also the CEO owns a 200 million dollar yacht if that makes you feel better about the money they are robbing from people.

You have to understand that the quality of goods here might not be the best, but variety and prices and pretty cool. I used to order here a lot of stuff, but now I'm to lazy to wait weeks and weeks to get my packet.

Don't waste your time or money. Tracking is a joke. Returns are impossible because IF your order actually arrives, it is completely gone from your order history, so you are stuck paying for whatever it is you received. ZERO customer service via phone or email. NEVER AGAIN!

The merchandise you purchase is at your own risk and I have ordered a number of things from different sellers and have not really been burned by any of them... I agree with others... they do not exist... you cannot contact them... you spend hours swearing at the screen as you go round and round... I had a problem with a supplier, explained the problem and the seller refunded my money totally to aliexpress and now i cannot get a hold of them to get my money... waiting 8 months...

Seller rating is important for those who purchase on Aliexpress…The aliexpress uses a system of ranking vendors, free-market style, based on the amount of feedback the seller received. The higher the rank, the greater the amount of sales, and probably more reliable the seller. I advise you to buy with sellers with ranking above 5 medals (sellers with diamond or crown) to avoid problems.
OF course, if you like compare price and sellers, chnprice.com is a good choice, it help you find the best price and sellers at aliexpress.

Encountered many problems with verification and payment. Helpdesk will always tell you they will do something and asks you to wait. You go back to them when things are not fixed and they will do something else and asks you to wait. There is no escalation matrix nor having a supervisor or manager to speak to you. They will ask you to trust them and they are willing to help but you end up with no fix at the end of the day. Do not trust them. Different agents will have different solution to the same problem but won't fix the issue you have. Have fun! I just hope my credit card information won't be stolen because I can't get into the account to delete it and they can't deactivate the account on their end.

Your money is better off burning then wasting for anything from this site. Spend a little more money on a well reputable seller/trusted website. All products are cheap and knockoffs that look nothing like the pictures you see on the site. Take it from me, customer for 3 years and i know all their electronic products are knockoffs and really cheap but it is a waste of money. Very hard to communicate and understand sellers and no help from customer service at all. Contacted customer service 4 times in the last 2 months to contact seller after they stop responding for an electronic device that quit working after a week and just found out today that customer service have not even reached out to seller yet. Wtf!

I never received what I ordered, and when I disputed it, they sided with the seller--so I was not given a refund! The 'evidence' from the seller showed that the item was delivered, and there is no way I can prove that it was NOT delivered to me. I won't order from them again. Amazon is slightly more expensive, but a lot safer!

Order $50 device from china. Takes a month for receipt. Does not work. Takes $40 to return. I'm too use to companies that will guaranty it will work than call tag if it don't or pay for shipping. Contest sale. No response from seller. No response from arbitration. Contesting charge.
