They are not a legitmate business. I ordered a product that was never delivered. They provided a bogus Swedish Teracking number that provides false information, i. E. it states the product is at the local mail service at 19:55 on 26 Nov but I was on the site at 0800 on 26 Nov and this before 19:55 Swedish time.
It is a good product for the price.

I bought a lens that was supposed to be a wide-angle adapter from this website, AliExpress. The seller sent a different lens that has a FISHEYE lens even though the description did not describe it as a Fisheye lens.
I complained, and they asked for evidence, I sent them pics of the distorted image and other additional pictures including a link to see that the lens is actually a FISHEYE lens, but they ignored all my evidence and backed the seller who never denied sending a Fisheye lens, nor submitted any evidence or any reasonable response.
They said I could appeal the decision which I did but since then they have not responded. Beware. This website does not protect the buyer as they falsely boast. They rather protect the seller - who I believe are themselves.
I have bought a 3d printer on 21 Februar. The printer had problems. The seller have fake shipping because there was not ready the printer to shipping. I have taxes for the import paid. I have in the Dispute 1000 evidences for my case and they have said that the sollution is that crap back send. I have lost 120 euro from the shipping and 95 euro from the taxes. The seller have not much evidence show but the decision was for him better. I am going never again buy from aliexpress

I am a regular customer who do some window shopping, every month for some nice niche products at best price, if you want to understand how it works, you first take sometime to understand how it works, what protection they provide for money, how will you get refund all that, not simply jumping into website and place orders and they simply saying this site is FAKE this site is Useless.
Good things about Alibaba/Aliexpress
They have a Seller rating system & Feedback review system which you should review before placing any orders.
They have buyer protection, which means if you did not get your order in good condition or as per description, until you click on, "Goods received" the seller will not get his/her payment.
If the interaction with the seller did not solve your problem, you can escalate directly to Alibaba/Aliexpress customer care by "Opening Dispute" before you click that "Good received in good condition"

I purchased some hair extensions and when i received the hair it was nothing like what the picture showed and the hair texture was nothing like I expected. I contacted the seller and we didn't get anything resolved and they wanted me to pay $130 shipping fee to return the product to them which I felt they shoulda paid for the shipping. I will never order anything else from Ali Express again. Just be careful what you order and especially if you order anything from over seas like China bcus you will not be able to return it and get a full refund.
Don't buy at AliExpress.
You can't reach them, only by a computer. Even the livechat by a real person is in fact a robot. They don't solve your problems.

I have to pay a lot because the seller Henry Wang from Hubei Youfa International trading send me a wrong commercial invoice. I have to pay taxes/VAT now for more then 100 dollars! He only have to send me a new invoice. But he don't react at his emailadress *******@gmail.com of by chat.
The item I ordered clearly said in the product name that it came with a comforter. It didn't. There excuse was that if I'd scrolled down farther to the product description I would have seen that it didn't come with a comforter. Very misleading. There webpage says right on the front that they will give a full refund in this case. They don't. STAY AWAY-NOT RELIABLE.

I have used Aliexpress online with my PC for years. I kept on getting messages from seller for promotions but they are not accessible on a PC. When I converted to their app I could finally read these emails... which all contained messages with "special offer"... only problem there were no links to get these offers or to the company site. When I asked one of the suppliers I was told that they are not sending these out. These emails were coming from Aliexpress a week after I made a purchase from them (or put one of their products on my Wish List)... totally useless

I have purchased several items from the site and while the cost is low so is the quality. But the electronics are not worth the money, I have bought Beats headphones that had some flaws and certainly didn't sound as good as the real ones. But most recently i bought a 10 inch flytouch tablet; it was an inexpensive android that I thought my 9 year old daughter might like to use with the reading apps as well as games etc.
The tablet worked for a couple months then it gets stuck in the android screen and you can't get it out. The warranty from the seller "Jack Song", which must be chinese for rip off, was 1 year but he never responded to any of my emails. I also tried to contact the folks at AliExpress but they claim they can't do anything once the funds have been released. So if you do buy one don't release the funds until you have it for a year.
Don't be fooled by the lower prices - in this case you may not even get what you paid for.

Very bad experience with this site. I bought a mobile phone. Unfortunately, the local delivery company lost the item. Seller Aliexpress did not want to take the responsability and despite being given proof of the postal service, they did not submit the refund after three months since the purchase was made. They did not want to contact the postal service. 250 USD lost. You probably cannot believe me, however, this is real. I WAS SCAMMED BY ALIEXPRESS. I will never buy on Aliexpress. Aliexpress should be banned in EUROPE and UK.

Not all products arrive and they do not refund, shop at your own risk, the answer "not enough evidence provided" like what i can show for not receiving the package?!?
I bought 10 items from there, the package finally arrived after about 3 months. Then, it only has 8 items in it. The most expensive 2 items are missing. I submitted disputed to the seller, it replied 'No evidence, so no refund'. I chat with their agent, 'go to the USPS to get the details of the package, and the manager will contact you'. Then, no reply forever. It's the worst online service I've ever met. Especially, it says 'No evidence', and it happens missing the most expensive 2 items. It really disappointed me. Then, i chat with the agent again, I was not asking for refund, I just wanted to file a complaint of the seller. They gave a link, funny thing happens, in the link, there 3 types of report, but all are just related to property rights or illegal product, no type about complaining the seller for not being honest or fault.
