I placed an order and now ZERO LINKS work on their page. You click on "contact" "help" "log in" ANYTHING and the page DOESN'T WORK. It never loads and just says "link broken" i cant track my package I cant contact them to ask where its at nor can i ask for a refund cause nothing is working. Its been months since my order was placed. Im outa luck. Dont buy.
Product ordered 4 months ago (Order number: **************), and I still have not received it. Followed up with seller multiple times, and the product was never sent, tracking number (UC*******CN) says its not even sent. I have lost hope with this seller and Aliexpress, and will never ever order anything on this. I tried to open a dispuite and order seem to be auto closed which is a biggest hoax!

I spent $ 247 in Aliexpress. And my order has been closed after making a payment.
I got message from Aliexpress:
"We regret to inform you that the recent use of coupon (s) in your order has been identified as being in violation of the guidelines outlined in our General Rules for Coupon Use. (http://activities.aliexpress.com/adcms/help-aliexpress-com/coupon_usage.php) Your order will be canceled, and any payments you have made (excluding any fees or charges which you have made to third parties) will be returned to your account."
But I did not apply any coupon. It's just referrel link from Ebay ads.
In 3 days my money was refunded, and then they are recharge $247 back suddenly.
I have contacted aliexpress through chat support, they say my money will be refunded within 2-20 days.
I have been waiting for so long almost 22 days until now my money is not returned.
They refused my refund.
I don't trust Aliexpress anymore.

My package was worth over $100. It was lost in the mail, but Ali customer service said they needed documentation for a refund. I contacted USPS and went down there several times. I ended up requesting a letter from USPS stating that the package was lost, and Ali customer service STILL refused a refund!
I am very and very satisfacted with Aliexpress platform. There are too many different articles of different parts. Sometimes, I am not satisfacted with quality of goods and honesty of sellers. However, I have not problems with this seller. He delivered all my orders, yes, sometimes I have extended delivery time, my orders were not came in time, but it was came and it was of good quality. I recommend to buy in this shop. It's not my first order, it was ordered several stm32 microcontrollers.
I have had nearly everything delivered. The few items that didn't arrive I got my money back. Only one I didn't get my money back straight away and Aliexpress stept in and resolved the issue and returnd me my money.

I bought dozens of items on that site. Always satified except for items not delivered. Money back when not delivered. Be carefull with clothing sizes because they are usualy asian sizes. You have to be patient for delivery.
Never receieved the shipment, but as always the seller had a confirmation that it was delivered. Where, I don't know. Because I never received it. Raised the issue with Aliexpress, but as always, their judgemenmts are always in favour of the seller. I was given three days (two days here given the time difference) to get the post office to say the the package was lost or not delivered. And I am supposed to leave my work and do that.
The same thing happened last time, and it was the reason I stopped shopping on Aliexpress and I guess I am going to do that again.
Of course, not blaming the seller. It is a logistic issue, but then a buyer should not be penalised on the basis of a mere delivery report. Even if the shipment is thrown into the ocean, there will be a delivery report for it and the seller has not way of contesting it.
So yeah, bye bye Aliexpress. Better options out there for my hard-earned money.
Seller is dishonest yet I have to wait 10 days after goods shipped (which weren't) before I can open a dispute to claim refund. Pretty poor order cnacellation process in my books.

Ive been a customer for over ten years. They charged me twice for the same order. They refuse to refund my money. Ive been trying for 8 months. There is no way to speak to anyone that has any ability to even understand a complaint. They will repeat the same copied and pasted message via email over and over again. I have hundreds of screenshots of bank transactions, transactions from their own site, chats, emails, etc. Here is an example of the email I received in response to my complaint with all evidence attached to my message:

Regarding your query about payment value of your order, please note payment for each order could be received only once in our system. Possible reasons of double/multiple payments:
1. Payment was triggered mutiple times and processed successfully. Refund will be processed to you automatically in this case. Normally, it takes 3-20 workings days for you to receive it in your bank account.
2. Payment for another order with same value. You may also go to 'My Order' and double check if any other order with same value under your account.
3. Bank hold on money temporary. Sometimes, bank sends message for payment authorization first and deduct money from your account after payment captured. In total, money will be removed once only in this case.
If you still have concern about this value, please double check with bank if possible.

Again, this transaction is 8 months old (December 8,2023). There has been no bank error.
They stole $250 out of my bank account and refuse to return it. Ive been promised a refund several times but they just ignore me and pretend it never happened even though I have screenshots of every chat and email.
This is an extremely dishonest company, with poor customer service, no address, phone number, or email available.
Your payment and personal information is clearly not safe, since they can process transactions without your approval. You have no recourse once they do.
They hide their contact information, ignore consumer protection laws, and dont care about a customer's experience.
As a buyer contesting for a refund and extra cost aliexpress decided in there wisdom i was not entitled to a refund becouse they did not explain to me what i had to do. They asked me for proof and did not say what proof they wanted i assumed they wanted proof of purchase so i sent a picture of the item as i was saying that it was not the same item in the seller's picture i wanted them to compare the item with the picture i sent as they was not the same but it seems aliexpress did not understand either and came down in favour of the seller. Even though the item was tottle rubbish. So be carefull becouse aliexpress don't.

Total Scam. I ordered a pair of pants from China which i paid 150usd. Package was lost or stolen after it left China. It remained stuck (stolen) in Hungary(transit country) on the way to Romania. Many romanian buyers were decieved and never received their packages. My package was stolen and remained stuck on Customs clearance complete from 44 days ago. Okay, lets start from the very beginning, my mother has breast cancer, I have been having trouble with transport to and from work. I decided an electric bike would be perfect since i live in a busy area and could skip the traffic. I got everything else from american owned businesses but could not find a cheap battery american made, i found one from a seller named Sky Technologies. $450 for the battery and $170 for 1 week shipping, fast forward an entire month and 4 days, i finally get the battery and the connectors are not what i needed or what is advertised. I filed a dispute to attempt to get a refund, i could still use the battery but it was late by a month and i had to spent my own time to fix it to make it work. So a month of me being out of work due to this sellers malpractice and aliexpress' dispute team thinks the seller is in the right and will not even attempt to listen to my case, the seller will always win a dispute no matter what, i'd never spent another dollar on this chinese communist site.
Dahon bicycle badges arrived well, it was ordered on November 10 and it has arrived on the 29th of the same month, 19 days at delivery time, very good the seller, happy with the purchase, thank you seller for the fast shipping.
