This site can either be your friend or foe, depends on how you use it, i made my first order for $100, which never arrived and refused to use this site again, however i then quickly discovered that the sellers rating may be the key to a successful delivery, NOT ALWAYS!, i had then ordered a further $500 of items (taking a risk i know) but before this i installed the client chat, had a little more patients, and communicated very well with the seller, who by the way had NO feed back, but was the only seller who shipped promptly, stuck to there word on the quality and now is my own personal supplier for any product "made in china" which is about everything you can buy. I was dubious and reluctant to do this my husband thought i was mad, but after chatting with them knowing they are 10's of thousands of miles away with a language barrier, also having some other suppliers spoiling it for them, and trying to get a good reputation on the site. I knew this was a very hard task to achieve and gave them the benefit of the doubt. In turns out that they are trying to make a living they are just as vulnerable as we are as buyers, your money is protected ( granted the site does not explain well but you do get full refund on no delivery), and with a little bit of patients and trust on some of the suppliers even the ones with no feed back, and good communication, this platform will no doubt help you find the cheapest items that are sometimes a rip off in your own country.

I`ve been getting various items here for years, but seeing the percentage of orders that can come not as expected or dont come at all I say - get only the cheap ones not to get your money wasted.

I have tried the site myself few weeks ago, I tested the app by ordering spare parts for my drone as a start, and my package arrived after around 21 days ( aliexpress standard shipping to UAE united Arab of emirates) all came good thankfully, but tracking number toke around a week to work, probably due to the seller slow processing time or maybe because it was global discount day that week...

The app is really nice, easy to use and navigate with huge range of many products from many sellers you may want to give it a try.
****** but make sure to find the decent seller and make sure to look carefully to his credibility and costumers reviews, store joining date ETC... because you don't want to end up with bad seller that got low credibility and low experience with serving costumers I highly advice you to do so ***** because its not aliexpress responsibility if you didn't be careful.

Looks like aliexpress has something called freebies giveaway *** sellers giving free gifts to best costumers under aliexpress supervising and recommendations *** you may want to read and learn about that, plus free coins that you can collect everyday by completing easy daily tasks, usually coins can be used to reduce items price... you may want to read about that too.

Final words that i would like to add here will be many thanks to aliexpress team of service and developers I really enjoyed my purchase and shopping online with you and I am willing to order more very soon thank you.

aliexpress app is very weak, keeps freezing, losing internet connection takes forever to launch ... and keep disconnecting .
costumer service is fake a bot waiting for your questions , and when you click live chat which supposed to redirect you to real agent you will find another bot waiting for you there again .
aliexpress is barley trusted with to many sellers out there half of them have bad reviews and low stars credibility ... you will end up confused which one you can trust or choose. processing time ,dispatching both slow half sellers process your order more than 5 or 10 days and you will end up with invalid tracking number was given by the seller ( that what happened to me ) in brief i had very bad experience with this store

************** ref. Order dispute. Seller cheated by raising the price after order placed. I hv request cancel order and make dispute for refund. Then seller shipped ordr. Didn't get solution in dispute. I will lost 50 Dollors. Pls help

We may see in the attachment, how the seller blackmail for price increase. After making the order, while there was no increase in price till now (in the listing). He asked me either to pay the price or cancel the order.
It is a fraud of seller. It seems Aliexpress is also supporting the same. Because I saw reviews on many websites with same issue.

Main thing is that there is no option to raise voice with exact issue. Aliexpress approve sellers claim. Now I am helpless to bear this loss.

Kindly help if someone could.

The reason I say It's time to file an official complaint of fraud at the Police and send a copy to the Chinese Embassy is because I paid for two shirts while only ONE was inside the envelope. Envelope was soooo small it can impossible fit 2 shirts. I send photo evidence, Aliexpress released the money. I complained for 6 HOURS because it's a matter of principle.

Great side to buy all kinds of stuff. I mostly buy electronics DIY products. Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, all kinds of sensors. Most of the time cheaper than buying from Chinese sellers on ebay, but not always.

I bought an android tablet for $114 and received it to find that it was a fake. I followed the refund process and spent $45 to return it, then waited months for my refund but never got $1 back. Now lost the tablet and all my money + $45 shipping too. Aliexpress was NO HELP AT ALL, they sided with the seller. This is the 3rd and FINAL time I will allow Aliexpress to scam me by supporting their fraudulent sellers. AVOID ALIEXPRESS, PAY MORE TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR

Return window too short. Vendor slow in answering question (about firmware needed for product) beyond return window(15 days) do not ask questions just return it.

I ordered a Huawei Band 4 Pro fitness bracelet.
The seller sent me a WOMAN'S BRA! I am a man!
I submitted a dispute and requested a refund.
The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration.
AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent.
I uploaded the requested evidence as proof.
AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. NO REFUND.
Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! After I uploaded what they asked for? No explanation given about what was insufficient.
No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open.
AliExoress allowed this seller to cheat me out of $50.
AliExpress protects fraudulent or incompetent sellers.
They do not protect honest buyers.
Waste of money, waste of time.
Never again.

Its been over a month since i placed order my package was supposed to be here by 10/22 and when I wrote complaining that it never arrived seller said we extended deliver by date he extended his OWN deadline to november! Arrive by date should not change as it suits seller its there for a reason. Why put it if the owner can change it after purchase. THIS SITE IS A SCAM MULTIPLE REVIEWS SAY NEVER RECEIVED ITEM... now i have to spend weeks trying to fight to get my money back from him before then fighting with site for more weeks... if i even get it back i hope... the seller said things like trust this and that. What a nightmare i'm upset I listened to fake reviews after I already had a bad feeling about the site being legit... stick to ebay and amazon!

First thing to keep in mind: Shipping will be slow. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to get what I ordered from here, so keep that in mind.

Second: Check sellers' ratings. Check the feedback for the items you're ordering. Try to order from sellers with at LEAST a 90% positive feedback, more if you can find them, and a lot of reviews. Often times there will be multiple sellers with similar products, find which one has the best ratings and buy from them.

I would also recommend staying away from electronics and any other super-expensive items. No offense but I prefer buying electronics in person (unless it's a small accessory like a charger or a sd card or something, but I still prefer buying those from the USA).

All that aside, it's a decent place if you want stuff like cosmetics, accessories, and less expensive clothing. Keep in mind the clothing will be small sizes; if you wear a size XS-S or smaller you should be fine. I've bought lipsticks, underwear, and hair accessories from them and all were quite nice.

I ordered my wig from this store on AliExpress for months now. I am exhausted waiting and begging for my money or the wig. Initially the seller was responding and coercing me to keep waiting indefinitely even after the shipping receipt deadline. He will try to sweet talk me, surly warning me that if I need my refund, I must not leave a negative feedback! This is not the first time AliExpress seller does that, their high ratings are phony. I eventually told seller I will file a dispute, he ran first to go open a dispute (I didn't know that is possible), gave false reasons and claimed I received the order despite knowing that order is still in China from the tracking. He then "finished" the order, refunded me only &4 and blocked me from his private message when I discovered what he did and challenged him. So I can't open a dispute or leave a feedback, can't get any customer service real person to help retrieve my money. I have written so many complaints to the Eva bot which seemed to be for nothing! Beware of some sellers and this AliExpress place, very badly run it's a jungle!

Ties & tops Store is my provider from aliexpress, I made my order on November 24/2020 and the delivery process was not updated since November 30, so at this time the "very committed seller" said that I have to check with local postal office because my package is here in US but I checked the tracking number that they gave me and usps didn't recognize it, so I tried to contact customer service and it was completely useless, they offered 30 to 50 days to make the delivery...

I have used aliexpress on many occasions with no problems at all. Generally I am satisfied and will definitely use the service again BUT I have had one major issue recently.
After a very unpleasant experience with a seller, I finally managed to get my money back. Naturally I wrote a bad review for the seller. Now a month later, they wrote to me asking me to CHANGE my review in exchange for a "COMPENSATION". I was livid. And obviously said no. SO JUST A WARNING BE WARY OF THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS!

I ordered a Mosquito screen door they sent me the wrong one I ordered one with a floral segin it was $11.85dollars US they sent me this UGLY one with cartoon monkeys and a mailbox cost $4.85 all`s I wanted them to do is send me the one I ordered they told me NO and NO refund this Company sucks and there customer service is a Joke! I've been shopping on Aliexpress for over five years or so (perhaps longer), and over the years I have seen an improvement with their customer service, quality of products and faster shipping times. I have bought all kinds of items from headphones to household goods. In the early days the quality was questionable and the delivery was very slow, but I guess that I take into consideration how cheap the products are and it's a case of you get what you pay for. However, over the last few years there has definitely been an improvement with faster shipping, better communication and a higher quality of goods. I do feel secure when I pay for my items as well and I think the fact that some sellers
Have a Paypal option has really given me even more confidence to purchase goods. The only other criticism I have is that they do tend to show photos that do not appear to look like the product photo, but having said that, the items received are generally good.

I have given Aliexpress a five star rating, only because of the major improvements they have made. I would recommend buying from them.

I bought a CH745 bow from one of the suppliers, Longbowmaker and contact name is Whitte Yan. The bow cost USD 230.00. The bow arrive not as promised and cracked on the very first day of trying it out. I requested for a replacement and after over a month, the supplier told me that it was not possible. If I still like to have a replacement, I am required to pay USD115.00 (50% of the original cost). Where isthe guarantee as promise by Aliexpress. If this is the case, stop sending me your stupid promotions to my email.

I've bought item for 50USD, which stopped working after 2-3 months after receiving it. I struggled with seller for 6 months, he only delayed my actions with aftersales department. After some time i've contacted aftersales department, 3 times, 14days inbetween. Each time they said they will contact seller and convince him to a) refund money or b) send another same product - any of these resolutions i'm happy with. Even they didnt help much, just false promises. So after 9 months battling with seller and then with aftersales department, i've end up with non-working product and without money. I'm never using platform again, even for cheap (2usd) items. Basically you buy garbage or low quality items, which end up in trash and later in the ocean, while AliExpress is making money of it. I've come to a point in life where i buy quality, regardless the price. And i use items for 10+ years, not 6 months.
