Aliexpress steals pictures of hair and wigs and pretend it's there's. This is just disgusting. Your hair will look nothing like what u order and the positive feedback that you see is fake
Beware, beware, beware. Item was sent back to them 4 months ago. I have been asking for a refund daily. They just now changed my account status to "finished". Before it was "pending".
Customer service is useless, they just repeat the same thing over and over again., They don't provide a direct answer to your questions and nothing gets resolved Will not order from them again.

If you are attracted by low prices of the items listed on Aliexpress then be prepared to loose money and get your account banned without notice. Few things to know before you involve with this:
1) 60 days full refund guaranty is a SCAM. If you raise dispute to get your money back, then they will ban your account after several disputes.
2) Sellers are dishonest to use China Post registered as shipping method when there is not, to hold up your money forever and you can't raise a dispute, even shipping took longer than 3 months.
3) Sellers don't send items as described to description. You raise dispute, they will refund but the system will trigger the ban account one day.
4) Ali deactivate your account without notice, even when you still have orders waiting to arrive. Very frustrated with such a system.
5) Chat link to support is removed to your Help account when they disable your account. This means NO PROTECTION and so they DONT CARE your orders on going.
Make sure you understand and digest these notes before buying stuffs on Aliexpress.
I have shopped 2 times now from aliexpress.com. My 2 experiences were both totally inferior counterfeit products improperly sized and shaped. Their purchase protection is total bull crap. I have spent a ton of time and energy to try to get my money back, but ultimately it's just a loss.
Forget about saving a couple of dollars, it won't happen, you'll spend your money, get a crappy product that won't work, you'll be stuck with the product, and have to buy another one in the US, so you end up spending double the money. Aliexpress is not worth it. If there is something you are looking to buy, you are far better off finding it in the United States. Dealing with these people/vendors from China was a horrible experience and I have decided not avoid them all together... I guess I should be thankful for this experience: I was going to purchase about $8,000 worth of solar panels from alibaba.com. Better off losing a small amount of money than $8,000!
The first time I bought polo shirts, it took about 30 days to get a product that is WAY to small to use, the 2nd time I bought "trendy tops", again WAY to small to use, they will not even work for my 7 year old daughter. From now I on, I will stick with Amazon.com.

If I get a bad product it is very hard to argue about it. It seems to be a connection between understanding the reality of a problem and what the company earns on the byer. Sometimes there are language problems, but I think the main problem is that routines are made for making profit, not for customers. I can be sure to get a lot of commercials on the way, if I try to get support. I bought a screen without a proper working program and could not get any help on how to get it to work or refund. I suggested that they put out an open program with instructions on how to install, like I see on Github sometimes, but I am not sure if they want to understand what I am talking about. Answers was given with maximum delay and my problem "solved" by over due handling time. The store wanted me to take back my review on AliExpress and told me the would send refund by e-mail. They also agreed to refund earlier in the argumentation (see document) After I answered that the procedure only allow additional review, I have not heard anything from them. I have also contacted the brand online, trough a site provided by the store, but I got no answer from them.
Recently bought shoes by using Aliexpress but after two weeks falling apart, the brand is Fashion, be warned not making the mistake as i did, shoes look nice but wearing them is crap.

I ordered a goku cosplay (jackson xie's store calls it boy mascot).
They sent me a goku head as in their picture, but i received a NARUTO top.
Emails went back and forth but JACKSON XIE's store never corrected the problem and stated that "maybe different countries have different look."
I stand firm. They DID NOT send me what was in the picture from their website.
Save yourself headaches dealing with china and their poor customer service. NO WONDER PAYPAL pulled out from alibaba.com
AliExpress is a tricky website to shop. You get budget friendly versions of some of the expensive, trendy clothing items, but quality, ship time, etc. can all depend on the seller. You HAVE to do your own research for each and every shop you buy from, and also check reviews from other people for quality, sizing, more accurate ship time, and those things. It will take a while to ship no matter what (I think my items took upwards of 2-3 months), because as far as I know, and at least to the United States, it comes cargo. I did get some quality pieces, and I'm overall happy with what I did get, but I spent a long time looking into each "seller" I bought from. I only had issues with one, where I received a dress I didn't order instead of the one I did, and I was refunded and got to keep the other dress, and although I never did end up getting the one I originally ordered, I wasn't out any money and actually got something for free out of it. I do recommend paying with Paypal, as I did, because they will protect your purchases if anything does happen and the seller does give you a hard time. Since October 2018 i have placed 150 orders on AliExpress, last October 2021 i have bought a pair of bicycle gloves and they have sent them using their method AliExpress saver shipping, 80 days later the item wasn't received and i have opened a dispute to receive a Refund, i have sent to their help desk the local post office reply that they can't locate the item, AliExpress closed the dispute and didn't refund claiming that the item is at the local post office. They won't get another cent from me.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
