I got 4 orders and i didnot receive anything and when, i am asking the suppliers only automated response! Poor custoner service... Lying about the details of deliveries... Honestly i am not interested anymore in my parcels, weather they arrive or not, even I PAID FOR THAT a real large amount of money! I BET THE ITEMS ARE ALSO RUBBISH! Stop doing this kind of scam!

We ordered stainless steel jewelry from YIWU BAIHUI JEWELRY FACTORY. The stainless steel jewelries were inferior quality and sub-standard stainless steel, because they broke after only one day of use or within one week. The factory did not want to acknowledge their faulty stainless steel jewelry and did not do anything to fix the problem. Customer representative were very rude. Please do not attempt to buy from them because you will be sorry dealing with pathetic company who just want to make money. There are no after-sale customer service. Our company was out of pocket and we can not even sell these inferior stainless steel products to our customers.

STAY AWAY!

I have been an Aliexpress customer for many years. Over the years the quality of products on Aliexpress remains the same - barely acceptable. The customer service is on decline and almost gone. Anything mechanical or electronic breaks down shortly. Most of the items are not as described. You have to be very open minded to imagine the difference between a sophisticated description or pictures and a real product you will receive. Be ready to be scammed and lose. The sellers use different ethics than we use to in western world. They are very polite but very crooked. Real customer service does not exist. All Help option buttons on Aliexpress are almost useless. The automated support is very primitive and often will lead you in endless loops and circles. I was never able to reach any live support. I believe that all Internet advices how to reach Aliexpress Live Support are either obsolete or fake. Aliexpress has no Email address either.
Be aware! Aliexpress is a different universe. Buy only inexpensive stuff for amounts you can afford to lose.

Before committing to a purchase, I made lots of contacts with the seller and they replied very promptly and polite so I thought ok, lets do some business together.

I used credit card to pay because there's a Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act 1974 in the UK to protect customers from being a victim of fraud/bad service etc. However, I still lose out!

I ordered 400 glass door knobs and turned out nearly 100 of them are flaw (like a dent / scratch, wrong cutting etc), I returned 70 of them back via DHL costing me £80 to return. Once they received them they demanded me to pay for the replacement to be sent back to me! I refused and wanted a refund and since then they totally ignored me!

I also go back to Alibaba to check anywhere I can raise the issue with Alibaba. There's no such customer help at all. Also the negotiation with the seller was over 30 days, Alibaba closed my order which made me unable to leave negative feedback or request refund. I looked up and down this useless website and after a long while I find two sentences long answer from FAQ and all answers are helpless.

I raised this case to my credit card company and they rejected my claim. On the transaction it's Alibaba took the payment but the fact is I had the contract between me and Gold Land Wholesale (the seller), they couldn't do a thing.

Therefore if you are reading this you are now warned and if you still carry on buying from there you got noone to blame to.

Scam website, avoid at all costs!

I have ordered a rather expensive body contouring machine which costs me nearly £2500. The seller provided a fake tracking number to the platform and never get the machine sent. I started a dispute but the judgement from AliExpress is purely based on the fake tracking number and concluded the machine has been delivered, while ignoring the fact that within the tracking information it clearly shows the delivery address doesn't even match with my postcode. And they now asked me to supply the courier company's missing parcel documents within 5 days otherwise they are going to release the payment to the seller, which I obviously can't. I was not even the recipient of that parcel! How can I provide the missing parcel documents of something that doesn't even belong to me? I have tried to contact AliExpress's team multiple times but obviously they are even part of this scam. All agents are pre-colluded and all of them were asking me to provide the delivery documents despite I have explained to them again and again that I am not even the recipient of the parcel from that fake tracking number and they ignored all the evidence submitted to them. This is my first order on this website and it turns out it is an outright scam. I have already reported this to Action Fraud and my bank. This website should be banned in the UK and backlisted by all banks to prevent further fraud activity. Avoid at all costs!

After purchasing a new power inverter ou found out it didnt provide any voltage, i opened a dispute w/ a video showing power coming in, but 0volts/0amps coming out.
Aliexpress interviened since the seller didnt respond and they requested a new video.
The case was closed the same day w/o giving the oportunity to submit the video. Tried an appeal and i was mocked saying that i had to respect the rules of disputes.

I got scammed
May 10, 2018

I PAY BUT THE ORDER DETAILS SAYS IS NOT PAID I have paid for an item and went through the checkout, after one month instead of getting the item, I get an email from AliExpress saying that I didn't pay, I checked my credit card statement and the transfer was successful. CUSTOMER SUPPORT= ROBOTS I spent a lot of time searching a way to contact a human on the customer service, didn´t find any human being, just robots. DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT My account was deactivated (due inactivity?), I contacted the customer support in order to activate it again but no success.

Buyer Beware
July 13, 2020

I have ordered from this site a few times now. First, when you order, be aware each vendor bills as a separate order. I've had multiple of these overall orders from multiple vendors where I don't receive the merchandise from 1 or more vendor. You then have to log a dispute and go back and forth a few times before AliExpress MAY decide to refund your money... or they may extend the shipping time period... for MONTHS. I've definitely had much better luck with merchandise vs clothing.
This last order I placed was the first for clothing, and I really should have done more research! 2 of the items I ordered came in a timely fashion and are great quality. The rest? 1 was timely but subpar quality and really did not match description. Another 2 subpar quality, don't match descriptions, wrong sizes (1 was wrong size AND wrong color).
Still awaiting delivery from 3 more vendors... orders placed End March / 1st week April... acceptable delivery range has been bumped out on all of these until mid-July!

I ordered TWO items on APRIL 7, months go by and i finally got ONE item on June 24, and i still have not received the so one item. And according to them it should've been here on July 6th. And what pisses me off is the fact that what i ordered was sweatpants and a hoodie and i'm not about to wear that $#*! now because they wanna wait and deliver the $#*! in JULY. I have never in my life had to wait 3 months on a package. I will not shop with them again.

Ordered items. Shipped from China to Canada. Arrived with USA import taxes and brokerage fees. Rejected package and was refused refund. How does this happen? I don't live in the United States, I live in Canada. No matter how many times I try to explain this in the dispute, they just don't get the fact that the United States of America is a different country than Canada. Why do I have to pay AMERICAN taxes on a package that was sent to CANADA? Never ever had this happen with any other site I have ordered from. Beware of seller linhong guo from this site. Also the number of units sent was only 30 nd we paid for 120. WE STILL GOT NO REFUND. SOLD MY STOCK AFTER THIS TRANSACTION

I ordered size 4 shoes for my mom for Christmas and they took 20 days to get here (this was within the time stated). When I received them I received an e-mail asking me to confirm delivery and rate the product, which I did. I had to ship them to my mom and when she tried them on they were way too big. I spent hours on the AliExpress site trying to adjust my rating and contact the seller because the order had been set to "completed" when I did the delivery confirmation. I did get in e-mail contact with her one day and the next day all the feedback was gone and I spent another 1 1/2 hours trying to find out how to contact somebody about returning the shoes. Their help pages are no help whatsoever and most of the buttons they tell you to use don't exist after the order is "complete" NO LUCK! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!

I jave had to check on almost all clothing items I have ordered this summer. You have take money from my checking account and YOU have an obligation to get these items to me! Stay away from this guy. Bought a phone and the phone was BROKEN when I received it. Do not work. He blames it on the SIM card. I do have the right SIM Card. It is Not the Sim card. The phone is defective. He uses Dear my friend. Wrong sim card. This guy is dishonest and will NOT stand behind defective product. I had the phone to 2 repair shops and both say the phone is useless. Nothing to do with the SIm. I get excuses like. I have sold to Canada before and they work. I don't care how much you have sold to Canada THIS PHONE IS BROKEN> He is nothing but problems. JK WORLD RESOURCES

The problem with AliExpress is their terrible customer service and terrible dispute settlement.

I recently purchased from a seller "Super E Times", turned out most of their item is out of stock, then you need to cancel the order. Problem is the seller need to approve this cancellation, even though they are the one who requested it to be cancelled.

Now in this loophole, I can't get refunded until the seller accept my cancellation. The product of course hasn't been sent yet, as they don't have it. AliExpress customer service can't do anything about it. So the seller are "free" to withhold my money as long as they can.

I never had this problem with other website, as their dispute resolution is really quick and they put their position in buyer's side.

But not with aliexpress!,
AliExpress customer service is non existent, as they can't do anything and they will be sided to the seller side rather than the buyer side.

This is bad, as any dispute resolution they do will try to be to benefit the seller rather than the buyer.

So, stay away from AliExpress as much as you can and this particular seller "Super E Times"

Always beware with online store that doesn't accept pay pal, as they will try to cheat you and easy to get away with it.

I made a $650 order on AliExpress. Payment was taken out of my credit card. The next day I received an email from AliExpress saying that my order has been cancelled and needs verification. How convenient load of@##$%. My payment has not been returned yet. I am taking up the matter with my credit card company. PEOPLE OF THE WESTERN WORLD WE NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THIS KIND OF CRAP! They have us for rich fools. LETS STOP BUYING FROM THESE SCAUMMERS ALIBABA CRAP!
