I shop a lot at Aliexpress.com for jewelry components and findings. It has a lot of choices, good quality and respectful sellers. Most sellers offers ePacket delivery which bring the product from China/Hong Kong in less than 10 days. I recommend this source of sellers to anyone.
I am so disgusted with the behavior of this seller. They on purpose did not want to send me the correct order (40+$+10$ customs).
Instead they chose to send me something completely different and leave out half the thing that were listed in the set that I ordered, not notifying me in advance.
When it arrived and I messaged them, said that it would be expensive for them to send me the items for which I payed for, offered me only 5$( not even a forth of what they stole from me).
Terrible terrible terrible! Very disappointed!

Ordered a multimeter and selected AliExpress choice delivery. Turned out they ship parcels together in pellets and the pellet with my parcel had some medicine in it. The whole pellet was held by authorities as it needed clearance from Drug Regulatory Authority. AliExpress refused refund as according to them customer is responsible to clear customs. I am willing to pay customs but obviously I am not responsible for the whole pellet. Definitely not responsible for whatever medicine was in that particular pellet. Their delivery partners in Pakistan do not answer your calls or reply to your mails.
I have spent thousands of $ throughout the years. Usually 90% the goods arrived as described. The other 10% got handled by Aliexpress. I have always recieved a refund if the ordered goods were faulty only by submitting a video review. Never had to send the items back to China.
The price is unbeatable and the customer service is actually working. Would recommend +++++
Sure the prices are great on this site, but they're great because the items sold are very poorly made and are not durable. Clothing is made of very poor material, like what a cheap Halloween costume would be made of. Electronics are sure to break quickly. Not to mention they attempt to sell items claiming they are brand names when in fact you will receive a knock off product. Only reason they got above 2 stars is because so far I have received every item I have bought with no issues, they weren't quality items, but I received the, and they were inexpensive none the less.
Purchased hard drive from AHU WIE Store. Store No.*******. Seller is a cheat. Claims that they have delivered my hard drive, but package has not arrived at all. Anyone, please teach me how do I show evidence that I have not received the goods? When asked for refund, they immediately refused and tried to close the case, pretending it is not their fault. BUYERS BEWARE. I absolutely condemn Aliexpress and this company for such poor business practices.

The site offers dirt dirt cheap stuff, the only downside is a month or so shipping usually if you choose free shipping. But who cares? I buy something at LEAST once a week. It's too cheap not to. Little trinkets, gadgets, whatever.

Bad company. Orderd four things for leather work. After two months of waiting they said they would refund my money "no more dispute thank you leave good review"... what the heck are they doing in business. They sent only two of my items. I have been ripped off by $26 US. Every time ali express team give me false satisfaction by saying that they will recover my money. After a long period of time I just waste my time and lost my money. First and last time I am using this App. Do not use this site because your money is not safe.

Delivery to Slovenia in 5 days (3 work days). Packaging is good. In the package there is also a reverse camera. Operation I have not tried yet, but I will in the next few days. Good seller, I recommend.

When ordering i had some trouble with payment but seller was really patient and hold my order until payment was solved.
Everything came very well packed, items had really good detail and quality, price was the best i ever found, very glad with this purchase, i highly recommended this seller.
I have multiple orders that have not been delivered to the USA. And now there is no way on AliExpress to dispute an order or communicate (chat does not work for me) with them? AliExpress is a Hugh waste of time and money. I think AliExpress is another rip off China scam.

I have sent all needed documents for AliExpress to prove that AliExpress Standard Shipping mis-delivered my combined shipment, and I even included an e-mail from the shipper apologizing for my experience. I included photos from AliExpress Standard Shipping's end carrier showing delivery at an unknown house address. AliExpress wants ME to contact their shipper again to find out WHY they lost the package and want ME to demand some obscure shipping document from their own end carrier.?! AliExpress is just running me around. It is clear AliExpress has no intention of refunding my money in spite of there being clear proof available to AliExpress simply by looking at the photos provided in the tracking info by their end carrier, PiggyShip.com. Shame on AliExpress management. :(
Please beware, this group will not issue any refunds for defective products. Electronics are inherently prone to defect, and they will not resolve disputes. They will engage you in online conversation and request 'evidence' but they will not accept even a video of the issue as 'evidence'. They have no intention of issuing refunds. I've closed my account with them and realize it wasn't worth saving a few dollars to order from them.

Using this site a lot! Have good relations with lots of seller who provide one of the best products and best service in the Internet! Shop for spare parts, for stuff for my work and personal use. Satisfied with most of my purchases. If seller does something wrong or you have controversal situation the administration of the site will always help you to solve the problem. There was only one situation during years of me using this site when I was not satisfied with the way I was treated by the administration. But it cannot let down my overall good feeling about Ali.
I ordered an item from this seller and when several months went by and I did not receive the item, he gave me a tracking number that could not be found at Canada Post. The only solution he gave me was to "complain to the post office"
Then, I am not able to post a review on his store. Which explains why so many of them on there are so good. The customers who get scammed aren't able to comment. I am not overly concerned, as the price was not expensive. I NEVER order something of any real cost from these sites as there is no guarantee to receive any help once they take your money, but I have always had great service in the past
This is the only time I have ever had any issues with this site, very disappointed.

Center customer service at least three times if not more. I had the same story even though I could prove they had it they say they didn't get it there for there would be no refund. It is very unprofessional. Please be very careful if you choose to order from this company. You do exactly what they tell you to do you can prove exactly everything you say and they still do not follow through.

Aliexpress used to be a place to get products at a cheaper price. HOWEVER today there is mostly junk that is of low quality or just doesn't work at all and thus is a waist of your money. The products can't be sold or given away, they can only be throw away into the garbage. Disputed item as the camera just would not focus no matter what setting you set it at or what lighting you used. The seller got his money and aliexpress kept asking for pictures and video of the quality of the item. I uploaded 2 videos and some pictures showing the issue with the camera but aliexpress kept sending me emails saying they wanted some video evidence, which I had already sent. They let the dispute time out while the seller just kept saying to try this or that which just didn't work. Be very careful buying from aliexpress as the cost of returning an item is always very expensive to ship back to china and the seller will not pay for the return costs. Aliexpress doesn't seem to give a crap either.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
