I just saw the response from AliExpress regarding my review. It is of no help. I contacted the help

Center customer service at least three times if not more. I had the same story even though I could prove they had it they say they didn't get it there for there would be no refund. It is very unprofessional. Please be very careful if you choose to order from this company. You do exactly what they tell you to do you can prove exactly everything you say and they still do not follow through.

Aliexpress used to be a place to get products at a cheaper price. HOWEVER today there is mostly junk that is of low quality or just doesn't work at all and thus is a waist of your money. The products can't be sold or given away, they can only be throw away into the garbage. Disputed item as the camera just would not focus no matter what setting you set it at or what lighting you used. The seller got his money and aliexpress kept asking for pictures and video of the quality of the item. I uploaded 2 videos and some pictures showing the issue with the camera but aliexpress kept sending me emails saying they wanted some video evidence, which I had already sent. They let the dispute time out while the seller just kept saying to try this or that which just didn't work. Be very careful buying from aliexpress as the cost of returning an item is always very expensive to ship back to china and the seller will not pay for the return costs. Aliexpress doesn't seem to give a crap either.

Be smart; you pay a fraction of an item's price an think you will get the real thing? That's not smart. If a watch that looks like a 100$ brand is sold for 10$, get real!

Think chinese; everything is made in China nowadays. It also means that many items are copied right the chain where they are made. It will look the same, feel the same, sound or act the same... and that might be good for you. It has been for me... at a risk of not being the same, sometimes real bad.

EBay used to sell the real thing. Not anymore. Chinese sellers are all over eBay and you have to be really careful.

Stores that sell wholesale electronics and clothes, and jewels even, are now filled with fakes and sometimes dont even know it. Check for markings and if it seems too good to be sold, dont buy, or accept it may be a fake.

Its a Chinese world, kids. Pretty yellow and fake.

Will charge your credit card, not send you your goods then tell you that you can not get a refund because you didn't respond in time. Then because they're based in China they kniw that international buyers can't do very much. When you try to contact customer service they are super confusing and difficult to deal with. On top of that their English isn't very good. Beware! Beware! Beware! Their what appears to be affordable prices are only to mislead you so they can rip you off.

I purchased a pair of gym shoes when they arrived they had the right size in the shoe but where two sizes smaller.
I believe they were mislabeled. AliExpress would not help me in anyway by accepting a return and refunding my money. I will never buy from AliExpress again.

All fun and games until you get a horrible item. The will do eveything in their power to waste your time so that you give up returning or getting a refund.
The sellers always win the dispute, don't waste your time on such a cheap website it's not worth it.

Great company to buy wigs from
January 7, 2019

The order process was extremely easy. The wig is extremely gorgeous, I have only one issue which is the waves of the wig needs to come the same as the picture and density for 250 should be a little thicker, otherwise beautiful hair all the way around.

I placed a order several months ago and received an email a few weeks ago saying that I received my order but in fact it never came! If you're thinking about ordering from Aliexpress I strongly suggest not to due to the fact that you will probably never get what you ordered.

I ordered a lighter for 6.37$ the shipping was another 5.21$ total 11.58 and there literally saying I didn't pay for the item but it was taken out of my bank account twice 11.58$ and 11.71$ and the refuse to give me a refund this is a SCAM TO THE FULLEST!

The site is technically fine for most of the part, but there is no option to remember my login and it gets pretty annoying to constantly re-login. The customer protection is fine and you can always raise a dispute if the seller doesn't deliver what's promised. The chat with the customer support and reporting of bugs is pretty difficult and annoying, and generally the site would need some western usability expert to fix the various UI/UX problems.

It is necessary to separate AliExpress service and the service of some dishonest sellers. 3 or 4 times per year I meet them.
And one more feature: number system of orders is not suitable: the first and the last digits always repeat and it is a problem to recognize order when reading.

I have found some truly amazing deals on this site. I have an issue with the fact that when an item does not arrive on time, you have to log in and ask for extra purchase protection time. There have been instances when items have taken up to 5 (yes you read that correctly) months to arrive. I have better things to do than log into this site every 15 days to renew my purchase protection. It should automatically be extended until you receive your item. I have also received quite a bit of "free' stuff because of guaranteed delivery times that they did not meet. When it takes 100 days to arrive and they guarantee it in 45, I have received things for free. If you aren't open to waiting for extremely long shipping times, do not use this site. If you are good with it, you can get some amazing deals.

Got dress and it was not the right size... try to get the right or refund... got nothing with totally unfair dispute judgment... all out side US companies are the same amazon is the best... will never try this again and don't recommend it to any one...

This site is no longer correct. It used to be nice, but now they are no longer shipping items, or the ones that they ship are not even close to the images. Plus, when I contacted them about not receiving the items they asked for proof and they said they can't refund me. How should I prove that I don't have something is beyond my understanding... maybe make a video with my house and show that the items ordered from them are not there...

Lately, many of my friends told me that they started having problems with them. Now I get it. I will uninstall and switch to one of their competitors. There are many options out there and I only heard good things about Wish (prices are lower too ;) )

I suggest you all switch to Wish or Joom as this one is dead (and maybe let me know which one you like better, so I can try it too :D )

I've been ordering from Aliexpress for more than 500$ worth of stuff in 3 months and haven't had any issues with them.

Some stuff seems to take very... I mean very long delivery (to Europe) even some country like Italy is even longer! But I got most of my stuff in less than 20 days!

I encountered 1 problem of not receiving my item and place an dispute (too fast actually) and seller sent a message to me directly of replacement ASAP (which was actually asap) and got 2 stuff instead of 1.

I highly recommend you read reviews of seller and ratings before buying, most of them are solid. Don't expect too high quality of every stuff, the price is the teller here. I order mostly electronics, phone cases, airsoft stuff and some clothings. They are good for what they are sold for! I hope you with bad negatives comment don't expect too much of high quality stuff!

I only gives 3 stars for ship and quality, as it could have been better!

The sellers in this app. Usually photo something and sell something else, also they play on the wording of the ad, so be careful and read the item description.
Their return is the worst they will ask u to ship the item back and I have to pay for shipping cost, it might take forever untill u get refunded
Wast of time to buy from them

AliExpress says item delivered. But yet I have nothing. I asked for a refund and they give me a tracking number for Canada post that doesn't work. They also give me number to call Canada post but not a valid number as per Canada post so my item is lost and they won't do anything and now they ignore my emails

It has been so frustrating to try and navigate this web site's customer service system. I have never received my orders that I made in February and have been trying to figure out 3 different disputes for my orders that never arrived. All I want is a refund but instead, it has been a waiting game to see if anyone ever responds, I have been communicating with a computer which is frustrating because I feel this could be resolved by a 5-minute phone call with an actual person instead of a several month-long ordeal. I have also received an email letting me know that I was going to continue to be charged for the shipping to and from the seller as the package is returned to the seller.

Aliexpress are scammers!

Aliexpress itself and most of their sellers are scammers. Aliexpress cover their sellers fraud or just rip the buyers off by demanding from buyers to send the received crap, health danger, not working items back at buyers' expense. Even if you agreed with the seller for partial refund and ask in a dispute for partial refund, according to agreement with the seller, they will make you to send the item back at your expense.
All can I say, just Stay Sway From Fraudulent Aliexpress or you will loose your money.
