I find most of the stuff here cheaper than most online stores. You just have to search through some categories.
Payment is fast and easy.
Buyer protection is excellent. Broken goods arrived, I got my money back in 22 hours.

During these years I have never felt bad after a purchase. The goods either arrived, or got the money back.

Site has way too many fake sellers. There is way too much scams going on. A lot of waste of time with them always. I received like 10% of what I order and have to wait months to receive it usually. After about 100 orders ready to give up on them. Honestly had a much better experience on E-Bay.
Also their customer service is not the best, their bot takes way to long to figure out it needs to relay the inquiry to an actual CSR.
I would like to say this is not the best, but maybe the worst online store I can get stuff from. Honestly this reviews are kind of manipulated, I've bought several times here to give them a chance of providing good service but they never did.
AliExpress is my worst fear in online purchasing. I waited about 9 weeks to receive my items, nothing ever arrived. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. After I made the initial order, AliExpress kept bombing my inbox with offers and deals, but never a single update on my purchase. If not for PayPal, I probably would have lost the $2,300 that I paid AliExpress. I can't explain how they're still in business. Just stay away from AliExpress and save yourself the grief.
Terrible and unprofessional! Item ordered January 25 and never shipped. Requested a refund in multiple chats with customer agents but never received. Completely unreliable company that won't refund money
Ordered a products it was charged to my card on the day of order and supposed to arrive within 42 days.
The product never arrived but the money was lost because the credit card company trusted their tracking information. Any dispute is send back to their supplier in China and they follow the same information supplied by AliExpress no help whatsoever.
My mistake I never will use this company again.
Ordered for an anti cellulite massager from Global Drop Shipping store on Ali express for about 35 dollars and after a week i got a message that my order has been returned back to the seller.
For days i was trying to contact the seller to know whats happening, they eventually responded after days of sending messages that i have to choose another product which i accepted.
Ever since i ve been trying to reach the seller but they don't respond.
I came here to see if i can get my order or a refund.
Meanwhile i ordered almost 50 items.
This seller is the one giving me issues.
Absolutely awful experience. Just robbed me of my money with no product ever turning up. Parcel was returned to sender and despite 5 attempts with customer service they refuse to refund it despite an email from evri stating its been returned. Absolutely joke customer service team, just press standard replies and hope you give up. Will never use again
In particular be very careful, or avoid altogether, Be in control Store marketing under Ali Express. My safety face shield arrived with obvious damage due to a manufacturing fault. I missed the narrow window for reporting faults; complained to the store with accompanying photographs and they refuse to accept any responsibility. The best they will do is offer me $1 as "compensation" missing the logic that if they offer compensation they are accepting that there is a problem. Trying to contact Ali Express through their convoluted system is a waste of time, they just refer me back to the store.
Within the Be in control Store reviews another customer has the same offer of "compensation". One star - the goods actually arrived.
It is now December 2. I ordered an expensive watch on September 17. It arrived at New York customs on October 14. Seven weeks later the package has still not made it to me. I initiated a dispute with AliExpress on the earliest date I could, December 1. AliExpress responded that it was my problem and that they would release payment to the seller in five days. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and hope they can get AliExpress to do the right thing.
Purchased a Halloween costume from them but it never arrived. Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress. Their phone number leads nowhere. The seller would not respond to multiple messages. I filed a dispute on their chat page and they sent me their final solution which was "No refund." This company is a scam. Buyer be ware!
I've ordered several things from aliexpress in the past month and all of the stuff that's arrived so far has been a week before the day it said it would arrive and in fairly high quality. Overall I am definitely going to continue using their services in the future.

AliExpress offers almost everything you may wish to buy. Products are categorized to easy their search and filtering. There is a desktop application and a cell phone app. Both are similar, powerful and stable enough. On every purchase, you can select one among several payment methods (including their own and PayPal). Pickup points are very convenient, although not available as a general option but on selected vendors. One of the very attractive aspects is the way they suggest products based on what you see, on your browsing habits. The dispute mechanism is easy to use and has saved me many headaches and compensated for losses. AliExpress is not perfect, though. Navigation language is not properly handled, and they tend to force you to use the local one, based on your geographic location. A long time ago, I became a beta-tester and I find the app very robust.
Used to have one or another problem with sellers. Now about 15% of my purchases have some serious issue. The most common one being sellers using fake/"recycled" tracking numbers to scam the sellers. Aliexpress doesn't care if you received the package or not, only what a tracking number says. They don't even care if it says it was delivered on another city far away. Beware when buying even high rate sellers are doing scams
I purchased a drone for my sons birthday. One of the joysticks on the remote would stick in place when moved to bottom left and right. Provided pictures and video. All you get from their customer service is "we are here to help dear.", "trust me like a am your mother dear". All very patronising and they are just like robots and of no use at all. I had the same problem when I raised a dispute. After I left a scathing review for that supplier they removed the product from sale. I am left with a defective product and no resolution possible.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.!
You may pay 30-40% more with Amazon or eBay but at least you can trust them.
I have made several purchases from increasingshoes.com over the last few years. I have 4 pairs of their shoes, all 5.5 inches. I saw someone is complaining with the height increase, but for me, they are just fine. I would say these shoes should able to give you 90% of the height as there is a slope inside, so, for those 5.5 inches shoes, you can expect about 5 inches taller(compare with barefoot) OR 4 inches something taller(compare with wearing normal shoes as normal shoes should give you half or 1 inch taller).
The product information on their site are helpful; several images of the shoes from different angles, some of them also have model pictures with real people wearing them, is good to see how exactly they look.
Beware and be advised. The item ordered was nothing like the item we received. Ali express has a very difficult return procedure - we followed it to the letter, they then stopped communicating with us after we were not discouraged by by that. Do not take the chance dealing with this sketchy looking operation [aliexpress] like we did. Auto trim part $165.00.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
