Delivery is terrible and the prices are no where near as cheap as they were a few years ago. With shipping costs and the 6 months to get anything. Your better off just buying it in the USA, a few bucks more but you get it asap. Yes that's a photo of the last thing I ordered ….there's nothing in the picture because it never came, no refund, and bad attitude.
BEWARE If you see a handmade item on aliexpress do some research before you buy. What you see will NOT be what you get. I found several of MY original etsy shop product photos and descriptions being used by an aliexpress store owner. Every single image and product description had been copied from my etsy shop. This seller is also claiming to make wedding dress hangers and other special items.
Be careful when ordering stuffs from https://www.aliexpress.com/. This is totally a scam. They provided a fake tracking number and never respond to your question about your package. This company should be banned for robbing people money.
I have been on AliExpress for over 6 months and I love it, but it has its one flaw. I love the fact that you can make small orders with the vendors and the prices are very low. The is a wider variety of products so there is something for everyone. The one draw back for me would be the shipping. It takes well over a month for you to receive your order and the tracking is so-so at best. They are great and u will continue to do business with them.
I purchased with them for the first time which all went well until they began to demand my ID and credit card pictures and info. Now they offer payment threw PayPal. Which makes no sense for the addition info. Which leds back fraud! Foreign country means bad deals
I ordered a projector Lamp from a grand store on Aliexpress. The package box looked fine. But one of the lamp holding tabs was broken and the lamp fell off the frame. It is useless. I believe that a broken item was packaged and shipped. I tried to contact Aliexpress many times. The solution is no refund with no explanation. I'll never buy anything from AliExpress again. It's just waste time and money. I would have rated this zero star if I could.

I've purchased a few items through AliExpress but had a bad experience with the purchase of a laser pointer. It was non-functional straight out from the container and I made a short video showing it didn't work by showing a functioning light, taking the battery out, and using the battery in the laser pointer and it didn't turn on regardless of what I did. Despite showing it was obviously faulty, they chose to disregard that and deny me a refund. Therefore, the phrase "caveat emptor", or "buyer beware", is very appropriate for AliExpress and its associated vendors. Don't spend any substantial amount of money on any of their products because you may receive junk or cardboard pieces that are nothing short of fraudulent practices and lose your money to someone that doesn't deserve it.
I requested a refund for a product which was not as described and went through multiple cases with the customer service reps, each saying that they would personally ensure they would ensure the issue is addressed (except the last rude customer service rep who did nothing to assist). Any other online store has a refund process that is mostly quick and easy. Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.
Bought an electric item, and was sent one with the wrong plug/voltage. I asked them to send the correct one, and they instead gave me 1/3 of my money back! One third! Outrageous company, how on earth do they get away with this crap?
Ordered two jackets. One came stained. The second one is missing, never delivered. I contested the charge saying it's lost in the mail and they auto-responded with a message saying my case was denied. I want to say "you get what you pay for" but I didn't even get that. I paid $40 for a stained jacket and $60 for absolutely nothing, a product that I'll never receive and a seller than won't respond.
I have ordered hundreds of items from AliExpress. Mostly low priced jewelry supplies but also some personal items. You may have to wait 4-6 weeks (although I have received packages in 10 days) and when there is a mistake it's frustrating to have to wait again for the replacement. But if you are patient it is worth the wait for the great prices. I do submit a dispute if the item is not as described or doesn't show up and I have always received a quick refund, even if the seller does not agree. Just make sure you submit a photo showing the issue. I have only had 2 packages that never actually showed up.
AliExpress does have some good stuff. But services are bad.
I placed an order for three (3) belts, but received only one (1). Seller admitted that they mixed up my order with some other customer's.
Even though I provided a screen shot of Seller's confession/admission, AliExpress denied my request for refunds for two belts (2) on account that the tracking history shows that a package was delivered.
Seller asked me to click on a link to pay $0.01 to allow them to ship the missing two (2) belts, but I ended paying a total of $6.40. Why should I pay for Seller's mistakes, AliExpress and Seller?!
I have very bad experience with Aliexpress ******* Store. Its a Tab screen replacement costs $43. The screen was faulty and agreed to pay back $15. Just fooled me and ignore paying back. Please Don't buy anything from ******* Store
If you're lucky and the odds are in your favor you might receive something close to what you thought you ordered a month or so later. However you will likely not get any tracking at all and have to open a case to fight for your money back! Out of 5 orders I had 4 scam me! Not worth the aggravation and time to fight for your money to be refunded.

I had an issue with a false material claim on a product from Ali Express (refer my previous review). I complained, they closed my account.
At the time, I had other goods which had been paid for, but not sent. I emailed the supplier of the goods. They agree to "refund the money". I emailed Ali Express team, with a copy of the supplier response. I have not heard back from AliExpress. It has been months now.
I followed the steps from their website to try and recover my account, again no response from Ali Express. Fortunately for me, the sum was small. I can imagine that others with closed accounts are hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of this.
DO NOT buy from Ali Express. They DO NOT give customer protection. They only close your account if you complain. The consumer laws in my country (New Zealand) does not apply to them unfortunately.
These people took $266 from me for an item that they never shipped when I asked for help they just keep giving me the runaround. These people are a bunch of con artist and scammers. Quality of most products is not good but as compared to price, I mean you get what you pay. I got a watch for 2$ and it was better than I had here for 45$ so yeah you can find good product if you really go for hunt.
Cons are late delivery. Ugh, delivery times are ridiculous. If you want it early, you gotta pay shipping more than the price of product otherwise wait for months (based in Canada)
Sometimes, communication between sellers can be difficult but I had good experience. Look for sellers with good reviews and you'll be fine.
Sellers often send coupons to you and there are manu games and activities to earn free coupons.
AliExpress and their affiliate companies have a nasty scam going. The sending company omits part of your address (in my case they put the city and zip only) and when Fedex can't deliver it, the item goes back to the shipper.
There was no refund. There is no "Buyer Protection Program', but they do have a great seller's protection program. The seller gets to sell the same item over and over. AliExpress claims that I did not furnish my entire address. Not true. I'm a businessman and I would never fill out my address as just the city and zip.

Worst customer service in the world. Automated system to keep you from talking to someone. Then when you do talk to someone they will give you the same generic answers a forum would. No help and no solutions. Just don't use their site. It's not worth the headache to save a few dollars for cheap garbage.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
