1) Received an incorrect product that did not work as advertised. Ali Express then gave me a run-around when I asked to return the product for a refund. Then refused my request.
2) Three other products I purchased were not delivered.
A refund request was accepted in writing for one of the undelivered products, but not actually given.
I will never buy from Ali Express again and warn others to avoid doing business with them. The chances are good that you're going to get ripped off.
Package shows delivered but was not. To get a refund, you need to prove you did not get it. There is no protection for the buyer. I learned my lesson with an $18 loss; guess I got off cheap. Stay clear of this site.
Awful attitude and not responsive aliexpress store. Did not follow your instruction to ship. When letting them the problem they will debate with non sense. It was long awful english paragraph however it does not make one sense at all. So im not blaming they made a mistake but don't blame the customer cause you made your own mistake, own up to it. Aliexpress should take down this store. Oh yea the reason they told me they can't ship to my hong kong company cause they cannot write chinese but apparently their shipment label does has FULL CHINESE on them so that a lie and it sounds stupid ignorant.
5 orders 3 disputes, 2 orders are electronics (doorbell and endoscope cameras) beside smartphone apps not working (see user reviews on app stores), wifi network are open to anyone! And seller will tell you that you are not configuring the app correctly! One order was boot which had 20-35 days delivery and after payment seller asked for 30-60 days! As I refused and disputed the seller my order was delivered in other state, hundred miles away!
The positive: Great prices.
The negative: In the home page (when it's not totally bombarded with promotions) it boasts that payment will only be charged when item is received by buyer. However, my credit card was charged immediately upon placing an order. When I inquired, I was told that the policy doesn't apply to international orders. Isn't that most of their orders?
Screening of sellers appear to be light or nonexistent; you're at sellers' mercy when disputes arise. You've got to stick with sellers with "Top Brand" classification and tons of reviews and sales on an item.
It's extremely cumbersome to get on a live chat with an agent. And in my experience, all of the commitments made by agents to correct errors went nowhere.

This company claims my items were delivered. They were not. When I opened a dispute they immediately shut it down claiming it was a "The local delivery center". My items are nowhere to be found and their "help team" is strictly bots and not human. Im so disappointed in myself for ordering from these scammers.
I bought 2 hello watches Black Friday they both took a long time to come. They were Christmas gifts they both went out in January just stopped coming on. I contacted Ali who stated I have to contact the seller directly which I didn't understand why was that my problem. I asked who to contact for the sellers and got nowhere. Needless to say I'm stuck with 2 broken watches worth nothing.
I am pleased when I find a good reliable seller on AliExpress. There are the odd times we come across really bad sellers who get away with cheating us and all the punishment they get is a warning for cheating us. It is rare but it does happen. But luckily my latest orders arrived quickly and as described. There is the few bad sellers who extend the truth and even use misleading ads and pictures but end up sending you the wrong or cheaper item. I take screenshots, photos and videos and send them as proof the item they send is false and always get a full refund.
But know what you're buying and even if you know it's a knock-off, judge it by function and durability. No point in buying something that will fall apart on first use.
Three months since purchase of a defective product and still no refund or reimbursement of the shipping costs to return it. So now I'm out of pocket almost $200. I do not recommend this site at all unless you want defective products.
AliExpress is supposed to look after the client but instead they always do the interest of the sellers. Watch out for frauds, the platform service will NOT help you out with anything. I ordered two things, they say that are delivered, But I never received or found any of the packages in site anywhere. Even checked with my local post office for proof to show I never received them. It's been months now, and they still wont grant me a refund or replacement of any sorts. It's a big scam website, don't use.
Hi all, I have waited till I made several purchases form Aliexpress before doing a review. I have ordered almost a dozen items now with no issues with any of the dealers I have used. Communication has been spot on and accurate everytime regarding the tracking. My main advice to anyone wanting to purchase from Aliexpress is to make sure you check the reviews and ensure they are established with at least a satisfaction rating of 95-96+%
The staff are good and professional. But the policy is only good and great for show. It takes a lot of time to write and feedback to them on what supposed to be. Write many times and at the end give me some craps. Do not want to waste any more time communicating. I will never buy anything from Ali Express anymore. FULL STOP and GOODBYE. There are many other online retails.

I have already ordered many times from the aliexpress website, there are good discounts and promo codes. There are also bonuses for new users. I recommend this site to everyone, especially my readers.
I ordered a laptop motherboard (Order # **************) from the only seller that had one. It was June 9,2020. Aliexpress asked me to wait additional time to allow for delivery changes because of the pandemic. When the time was over, I opened a dispute but they never helped me resolve the matter. I even produced a letter from the main Costa Rica Mail Office here stating it had not arrived. I never got the product and was never reimbursed so I have since vowed to never use Aliexpress again nor would I ever recommend them.
I was interested in resin products, so I bought some products. But because of the nature of the product, there have been a few deliveries that were damaged, and then don't.
The refund was expedited by Da Ali's mediation. I am sure that these services will greatly help us build trust with the company and the buyer.
As long as this good relationship is maintained, I will continue to use it.
I have by now ordered few hundreds of products from AliExpress in the past 3-4 years, and i am overall very satisfied not only by the cheap product price but also by the customer care aliexpress have if you run into any kind of problem with product delivery or quality. I have had a fair amount of disputes which have of course been resolved into my favor because of a faulty product or undelivered product, so I would say they are reliable and have reliable customer support.
