I recently ordered a vacuum part that didn't fit the model as claimed. Also while I was placing the order, it told me my payment wasn't complete, so I clicked on "pay". I ended up with 2 orders. I tried to contact customer service and the seller. The seller said "you ordered 2 my friend". They wanted pictures of the part. I sent it, they wanted a video, I sent that too. They kept saying they need evidence. They kept refusing to refund me. There is no option to return the product. They told there is nothing wrong with the item so refund is declined. If you chat with the bot long enough eventually a human comes on to tell you your complaint is being reviewed. They are not quick! I wasn't just asking for my money back I wanted to return the item because it wouldn't fit and I don't need 2 of something I can't use. This went on for several weeks. I kept asking how can I return this to you. No answer. There are no return lables. I don't think it's factered into this app. They have no intention of refunding customers.
They eventually agreed to give me refund. I have to check if that actually didn't get reveresed it because they are not trust worthy. I still have the items because they won't tell me how to return it.
Worst on line shopping experience ever! That was my first ant last order with Aliexpress.
If there was a rating less than 0 I would give them that.

Very nice case

The camera case is nicer than the photo, good quality, good materials and workmanship. It fit my video camera perfectly with a compartment that also fits my cell phone. Convenient to attach it to my belt with the loop or to use the shoulder strap. Very happy, thanks.

AliExpress is supporting thieves who steal by recasting a doll artist's doll and selling them without permission from the artist or compensating them for the sale. This is happening to many doll artists like Ping Lau (Adeline), Nefer Kane and others. Please don't buy these fake dolls! Artists are being discouraged enough that some are giving up sculpting.

You have to ask for real photos from stores on the site. If they do do not have real photo MOVE TO THE NEXT! I got good things and bad things. And the sizes run really size. So make sure you see if its in your country size.:-)

I have been reading the reviews about your site and I must say they are not very favorable... so although I have a store to fill I will have to continue my search for merchandise hopefully you will clean up your reputation so legit companies will buy your product. I ordered boots because of such good reviews. when trying to login account my account was not to be found. I wanted to track order. . the Aliexpress company deleted my account ! and no email or phone number to contact Aliexpress. and looked into sellers info , no contact info also. I wanted to ask for refund but they already charged my card. My bank didnt help either because I authorized the charge.. Don't waste time on a company like this waste money and no item

Size of jackets

I ordered two military style jackets size XXL, both of them are small and cannot be worn.
When I complained the idiots comments were that these are asian size. They all must be midgets and second the individuals posing with the jacket are not asian.
They are crooks.

I bought some earring stands from a seller in China, they arrived, and were absolute rubbish, very poor quality, i opened a dispute and attached a photo, after a week or so received a message for Aliexpess informing me that they had closed the dispute and paid the seller, this is the second time this has happened, first time i did not receive the item, but seller still got paid,

Disappointed!

I recently placed an order, in which I paid an extra $5.00 to get a quicker delivery. (Epacket) the vendor had not respond to my questions id ask in almost a week. I got nervous decided to cancel the order that they garden shipped out in almost 9 days. I went to Go find the vendor again on Ali and discovered the vendor blno longer exist I never received this $22 Item. I'm very disappointed hopefully ALi finds a way to take down vendors that no longer exist with them before they take your money. Good luck all

I bought a pair of outdoor insulated hiking pants from an Aliexpress seller. I used their size guide and bought 4xl pants. The ones that arrived are labeled as being 4xl, and maybe they are in some countries, but not in any western country that I know of. They are at best a medium, at worst, small. Never ever again will I buy clothing from an Chinese supplier.

Ailexpress is a great website for people who like to shop for cheap products. Although some products may not meet your standards such as the material of it. But you get what you pay, it really depends on luck. Most likely the people who get "scammed", are buying products from sellers that has little to no feedback/ratings. I never had a problem with Ailexpress so far, my purchases has all been sent perfectly to me. My advice to all Ailexpress shoppers are only to buy products that has been sold A LOT and has loads of reviews. In addition, when buying from websites like Ailexpress which ships from China, it is guaranteed that you'll have to wait about a month or less for your product. Some seller's products ships pretty fast but others are the other way around. But as long as I receive my product, I'm fine with waiting. Also, one thing I like about this site is how well the sellers communicate with you. Overall, Ailexpress is a legit website, you just need to know your way around.

Very bad experience

Do not buy any thing over 50 dollar. I bought lot of thing under 50 dollars and received them all. Recently bought a phone over 500 dollars. I did not get the phone after 50 days, it is lost. They agreed to refund me, but I have not get my money after 15 days dispute closed. It is very hard to tell if I will get my money back, even they say so.

The seller gave me some information of products and firmware for those boards. One of those boards I use during a year, it works perfectly. You start a chat with some customer service attendant and they simply disconnect from your conversation! That happened 4 times. Once you have a question and they don't wanna answer they simply ignore you. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Also, they won't refund you even if you cancel your order on time, they lie that it was already shipped when it wasn't.

I placed an order with aliexpress. Com and payed with my credit card. Three weeks later I received an e-mail telling me that my order had been cancelled due to aliexpress. Com not having received payment for my order. What happened to the credit card information I submitted with my order? There is nothing wrong with my credit card account. I am not ever declined for anything ever! I will never order anything from aliexpress.com ever again. In the off chance that they were out of stock, then why blame no payment? My credit card is perfectly good! I am very unhappy with aliexpress. Com. I'm crossing aliexpress. Com off my list of sites to check out!

Bad pruducts

AliExpress sells very bad products on the image it's so big but when you buy it so small. If they were 0 stars I will rate 0. I bought a sewing machine and they fort me the wrong charger. AliExpress told me to contact the seller so I did. The seller told me to go buy another.
This is not a policy it's bad normally he is supposed to get you another.

At aliespress sellers can take your money post false tracking numbers, false pictures for their products and when you try to complain the only person you can talk to is a lame chatting service that limits how much you can say, blurrs the images you try to send as proof, limits the amount of evidence you can provide, have incompetent staff that blatantly lie to you. It has been over a month and i still don\t have my item or my refund. Shop with amazon they are safe.

I pass an order 2 weeks ago with ALIEPRESS. I paid and just the day after they locked my account.
I'm contacting them 3 times and the only answer I'm getting is that they have to send an investigation report and I have to wait for 2 or 3 days. No one is doing follow-up, they took my money and now I'm stuck, because they are not doing any effort to help me. They just don't care. Keep receiving the same answer to wait for 2 business days.
But in the mean time, I was able to change my password without even login in my account! No service at all, no possibility to cancel my order as per to cancel-it I have to login, no help.
Horrible service and company. Don't order, just run and save your money!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $293.

Order was never received. Requested to extend the protection purchase and didn't work. DHL tracking number was invalid. Filed a complaint and dispute was escalated requesting for a refund and no action has been taken. It's been for almost 60 days since I placed the order and no action was taken by Ali Express. I placed the same order on Amazon and got the order in 7 days. I will never deal with Ali Express anymore. I've escalated the matter to Visa Credit Card to get my refund.

Over the last year I have made several orders from this online store and I can say that I was very pleased. I cannot find the prices at which I find the goods here in another online store. The goods are delivered relatively quickly to the other end of the world. I recommend it!
