I purchased 10 different shirts from a few different vendors. The first order arrived yesterday and was supposed to contain two identical shirts. However, the package only contained one shirt. I initiated a dispute and was told a refund would be issued. I would have preferred another shirt to be sent my way, but that option was not offered. I don't know if I will ever get the refund, but that is not the troubling part. I submitted a photo of the customs form that was on the outside of the package. It clearly noted the package contained one shirt. The vendor responded by saying they always mark the customs form as containing one shirt to avoid customs fees regardless is there is one shirt, a dozen shirts or 100 shirts.

I had ordered some croc decorations off of Ali express as I have heard it is a cheap site to get everything. I want to buy croc charms for them summer anyway and decided to get a pack of 5 fruit designs for just over $2. The price is amazing and the product I received is amazing and cute! I did however order it the summer of 2020 and received it for use in summer 2021. It took just under a year to arrive to me :/

Aliexpress and these sellers are the same, when they pretend to mediate a dispute, they in fact emit the same opinion that is never in favor of the customer. They sent me a broken product, immediately suspected that i broke it, then promised a replacement screen that never came, of course they never was an apology, i was called a "malicious fraud" and numerous other lies and insults, i sent a photo with newspaper date in the background showing that it was still broken today, they gave me 2 days to find an official paper proving i hadn't receive the screen, it turned out to be only 24h after which they said I was wrong, case closed. Scammed, stranded with a defective product. Thankfully, I paid only $120 for this valuable lesson, closed my Aliexpress account, they won't next see my money soon this century. I'm sorry now i ever complained about Amazon's customer service, which is heaven compared to that. Eric

Second time I didn't receive all my items and Ali express said that they were sent and wouldn't refund. One item was 20 pet bows and only 10 were sent. The other were 50 IDtags only 45 were sent and the rest of my order never came. Because the few items were sent they said I needed proof? How do you give proof of items not sent? Do not allow them to bundle orders or just order one item at a time or you will get taken advantage of. Do not order bulk items. Also pay with a credit card so you have a way to get your money back. I won't order again. Same stuff on Amazon just a little more. Ends up being cheaper and less hassle in the long run.

Best website ever

All the one stars are ignorant people who aren't smart enough to buy on a website like aliexpress. I've bought about 20 things from there and everything I've ordered, I've received. When buying all you need to is make sure is that the product has good reviews and that people received the product and look at the pictures, and read the seller rating to ensure they won't rip you off

Most of the time I do like buying cheap low quality gadgets from Aliexpress. But when something goes wrong they go really wrong, very fast. Then it becomes impossible to talk to Customer Support, and you have to express your entire case over and over again.

Recently I experienced getting an offer from a seller. I accepted the offer and paid for the goods. Unfortunately the seller did regret making the offer and sent the goods to someone else. Probably someone willing to pay more for the goods.

My order at Aliexpress is registered as "delivered". Unfortunately not delivered to my address, but delivered to the customer willing to pay more. Out of the blue they did refund the order, but I did not ask for that. Now I am trying to make them understand that a deal is a deal. I do expect them to deliver as agreed upon.
Be very careful with Aliexpress and do not expect them to respect you as a customer.

Don't buy from aliexpress. It becomes full of fake sellers and the aliexpress management doesn't care nd doesn't help, it a waste of time & money. Sellers don't reply & no support.
Aliexpress help agent are all like robots, replying same words every time.

Product arrived was not as advertised agreed to partial refund seller did not. Asked Customer service about getting a partial refund after much explaining they emailed the seller saying my product had not arrived. I messaged the seller a week ago and no response.

This site is awful

This site is awful. I had to BEG to get a valid tracking number, after MONTHS of waiting for my item, it was the wrong size. Well I contacted the seller but no kidding the only communication asked was "are the boots for my feet?" That was the end, no offer to make it right. So I communicated with AliExpress, dead end, they told me I need to contact the seller. HAHAHA what a joke. They released the money months before I even received my product. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and shop on a site you know is a good site and trustworthy. To this day I still have the wrong size boots, and no refund or any communication from the seller.

I bought a jacket, and we'll communicated with the seller by providing my height and weight to avoid mistakes, but I got the jacket that won't even fit my 7 year old nephew. The seller's size chart was incorrect, and opened a dispute, but their customer service awful and ignorant. They're liars liars liars liars and liars, stay away from this site...

Size was way too small

I am so disappointed with the product I bought from you. The size was a way to small. I ordered size M and what I got was not even xs size.

I received a package with the correct tracking number, but it is a pair of nylon bootie socks instead of a pair of boots. I reached out to AliExpress and they denied my refund twice so I'm now out the money and I did not receive the boots. The photo uploaded is what I received instead of my boots.

Good Shopping Experience

Mostly positive but not always good. Sometimes the customer service do not understand defective goods. I notice that the product do not work and send a video about it. The customer service ask me for a photo to prove that. How can you prove a product which is not working with a photo I sent a video check it.

Do not buy any product from this seller and do not trust on the buyer protection from Aliexpress... They are protecting the seller not us because of the split commission. I paid $94.50 for the product I end up wait for 3 months and never receive the product and lost the money. Watch out...

I bought a mobile phone 6 months ago. It went through customs, so I waited about 3 months to get it. When I got it it was broken. The seller was not cooperating, suggesting to flash the rom. Ali Express did not do anything about it. I send the phone back to the seller and although tracking said the phone has been delivered the seller claimed he did not receive it! The only thing ALI did was say comfort words to me from a template. AVOID it if you do not want to loose your money

I ordered my daughter's quinceañera dress TWO months before her special day event. They kept sending messages the dress had been shipped and to this date (3 weeks AFTER the event), I have NEVER received it! At least we were able to file a dispute with our credit card company and got our money back. Don't trust these people! Don't waste your time and money!

Not worth the trouble

Buying from Aliexpress is a frustrating experience. Half of the items you receive will be total junk. It's a toss of the dice whether the item will be of quality or pure junk and you cannot tell from the photos. There is also the possibility they will send you a substitution item that you do not even want. Going through their dispute process is a total hassle and that's also a toss of the dice as to whether you will get a refund or not. I'm not even bothering with them anymore as a source of merchandise. It's exhausting and a time waster dealing with their vendors
