All but 1 of the many tens of sellers I have dealt with on AliExpress are excellent, honest traders, I have been very happy with. And the website is good for finding what you want.
BUT BE WARNED about shipping fees. AliExpress will refuse to refund shipping fees if the goods never arrive.
To the Antinski3d Store I paid AU $78.55 for phrozen TR300 resin + AU $53.02 shipping,
I never received it. Tracking reported "Package was returned to seller by shipping company" Why? No explanation.
Perhaps seller didn't pack it adequately.
Perhaps seller caused shipping failure.
Perhaps seller never really sent it at all.
The seller refuses to discuss solutions.
AliExpress limited me to a maximum refund of AU$ 80.60. So I have paid a net AU$ 50.97 for NOTHING.
AliExpress even prevents me from rating this transaction. So customers will not be warned about the really bad experiences! The reviews are biased.
I admit that I did not do my homework before buying from Aliexpress. Too bad for me and I learn my lesson. I bought a boots from them, they are not like the pictures in their sites. Actually, they smell bad and the quality is very bad. I do not like my purchase and to return is very expressive.
I ordered some stuff from them. They advetise different sizes in same ad and send you the smallest one in the line whatever you ordered. Thats only one scam.
Also before you receive they assume it is received and close all dispute avenues for you.
Do not buy from these scammers!
I know, lots of people like to make a bargain. But very often the bargain is just " you get what you payed ". Exact this expirienses you can get at Aliexpress. But this is not the hole truth.
Of cause you can make a bargain at Aliexpress you only need to know how and where. I'm shopping at Aliexpress since about 4 years and I really payed a lot of dues.
Aliexpress developed in a good way, so if you are a serious buyer the chances to get a full refund at Ali is quite good.
My advice is: read the product prescription very carefully.
Ask the seller all your questions about the product.
Sometimes the seller doesn't answer all questions, then you have to be stubborn, till you get all information.
If the seller beats around the bush, do not trust him
Only buy at seller which try hard to give you all details about the product.
Look at the sellers rating, there are trusted shops, mostly very safe.
Ask for real pictures.
It is up to you how safe your shopping will get.

Neither the seller or Aliexpress did anything to correct the problem. I only got robot replies or nonsense and run around, asking me if I could still use the product, if I could send pictures of the product, when I REPEATEDLY told them that I didn't get anything to use or photograph just an empty bag. For some reason Aliexpress sided with the seller and did not issue me a refund. I imagine that is always the case. This is a company that protects scammers! Stay away!
I ordered masks from a seller through Ali-Express in April which gave a shipping estimate of 15-30 days. It is now mid-July and I have not received my order and according to the tracking it is not even in Canada. I have attempted to contact the seller (shop ******* store) ten times and the seller has not read or responded to my messages. I tried to contact Ali-Express several times but I only get an automated help assistant which continually states "still can't find your order." I tried the chat feature but it only leads me back to the automated help assistant that can't find my order even though it is displayed. I filed a dispute which has triggered a series of automated replies that tell me to "wait patiently." The last automated reply said I can file a dispute but I have already done that long ago. I now believe that I have been scammed out of $60 US dollars. My best advice is to avoid Ali-Express unless you want to lose your money and have no recourse.
This supplier is a fraud. Any items purchased from this supplier will not be real and you'll be lucky to have what you ordered delivered. Don't rely on the main site to protect your money it will just be held up for weeks until the scammers answer the messages for a reply for a refund.
Do no shop on this website.
I ordered an item, it showed up as delivered, eventough I never received it. The support was non existent.
Do not shop there if you don't want to feel like $#*! when you get scammed.
Buyers BEWARE! If you pay some good trackable shipment mode but the seller ships it through some cheap untrackable mode, you have to wait till you protection period expires. Only then can you file a dispute.

I ordered 5 swimsuits from different sellers on 4/18/13. Its says my orders where shipped 2 days later. Today is 5/10/13. I only recieved 1 swimsuit, which came last week. The others are supposedly in transit. Ive read other reviews and now im going to the website now to read the sellers reviews... because there is no way i should have to wait this long... the swimsuit that i did get in the mail was very nice... but i have a vacation coming up next month, and I Hope the rest of my things come... i'm giving this website 2 more weeks and after that I want a refund, and i'll go to a regular store and buy my stuff... this is really riduclous... i've never waited this long in my life... the prices are great, but the wait time is just absurd!
I have been buying heaps off here but lately I have been scammed. The store prettyonline store won't give me my $130 back even though I sent the dress back. It was so bad and now I'm out of pocket. Won't buy from them again. Also the prices are similar to what I can buy here now anyway.
This is a rubbish company, rubbish to deal with and sell a load of rubbish from rubbish companies! Be warned! If you complain to a seller and they wont refund you and you escalate complaint they ask you for more information, how much more can you give than your complaint and a photo of crap goods, they cancel your request for a refund because of insufficient info! And if you start a chat online, the person says they are going to help you then disconnect after no help at all. Dont waste your money on this site its cheap chinese rubbish!
Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.
I would advise you to use amazon instead, excellent refund service.
Aliexpress is not amazon. They asked me for videos to prove that I received a defective dyson part.
I made 3 videos of proof and each time they tell me that they need a new proof to finally not accept to refund me.
It looks good until you hit the money... Amd can't do anything and no one will help you. Ali is the place of thousands of miserable sellers who sell bad quality products or send not full complex of items as described... and in this case if you don't do vidoe of unpacking they will refund you a half in best case so still you lose mone. A lot of other tricks you can get in... So it is not safety place and i would not recommend it, especially for buying expensive goods
I bought a prom dress, it was blue and had beautiful rhinestones on it, and I gave the man my exact sizes in the usual areas- bust, hips, waist, length with heels, all that. Basically it would have been a 22w on their size chart. It came and it was barely a size 16! I took pictures and made a dispute and they refused a refund. The dress is "custom made" and all that crap. He could easily resell a size 16. So I'm out $220. Never even coming to the website again.
When you order something and if you are lucky to receive it take pictures immediately for evidence if there is something wrong. Site is full of bad sellers that either do not send goods or send them wrong. I guess many of them calculate that you will forget about that 2 usd item you ordered and the time for dispute will end. Personally I am very dissapointed with them, it is not worth the nerves and life spent for arguing with them. Now I order locally or via amazon and some of other EU shops.
Do not order from here. I have waited more than 35 days for my order and I have still not received it. When I went to apply for a refund they said my time was up to apply for it. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
