Lies and BEWARE!

I purchased two coats from Vogue Sky store. My size was - and is - a medium. I followed instructions for measurements and ordered UP 4 sizes. The coats were too small and had NO size tag to verify my complaint. I was told I could return the coats - but suddenly Vogue Sky "disappeared" for over a week. The dispute process was a joke! NEVER EVER again!

I had order no. ************** - a drawing pad of Dimensions (WxH xD) : 221*146*4.5mm(8.7*5.75*0.18inch), according to their product page.
I received instead a pair of wireless headset - crappy ones, I threw them away after 3-4 use.
As you can see in the pictures, the package was too small to hold the drawing pad that I bought.
I opened a dispute, AliExpress stepped in and even if I provided them all the evidence I had, the seller showed a slip with the proof that the package was shipped (in Chinese!) and that's it. That meant for AliExpress operators that I got the right product - the fact that they sent the package (no matter what was inside) was enough to convince them!
I made closer to 100 orders on AE. Most of the products are crappy, in my opinion: the electronics brake easily - you have warranty but you have to pay for transportation back. The phone cases (2-3 of them) didn't fit well on my phone and so on.
I will cancel my account after this and never buy from here again.

Very good prices

Really good prices, but the delivery takes time most of the times.
From Spain, It will be apreciated to deliver the goods to Correos office. Not always we are at home when the carrier arrives, and it is a problem.

Very bad experience and sellers on that site are selling faulty and non-original products while charging you almost the same price as OEM! Also the site shipping and return processes are incredibly slow, and you will receive your orders in a month and a half and your money will return in another month and a half! Horrible experience please stay away

Never order from company. They take your money but they don't deliver the product. Highly negative recommend. Very unlikely to receive your order. I intend to take legal action against them to recover my money

Item depends on a seller

Its all about luck when you buy items in Aliexpress. Sometimes items are great but most of the times items are not good. You need to contact the seller before ordering. But sometimes seller dont speak pure english as we all know most of the sellers are chinese. The Aliexpress store was amazing. They offer a lot of amazing products but then as what i have said, its all about luck. You better check the Free shipping options as most of the items offer Free Shipping but as you checked, the shipping fee was already included in the price of the item you are buying.

Defective product returns
It has to be paid by the seller.
It is not fair to receive a defective item of a high value, for example 150 and send it to the seller for a higher cost.
The seller can not test your item before putting it on sale.

As far as AliExpress is concerned they are useless, I received a faulty item form a seller, the seller refused to accept it was faulty despite pictures proving the opposite. Escalated the issue to AliExpress who have done NOTHING and trying to navigate their site to escalate further or get a response to the current escalation will either send you round and round in circles or just dead ends with broken links/missing pages.
Bottom line is you can get a good deal on their site providing you get a good trustworthy seller, which appear to be few and far between... so you are taking a big risk and be prepared to throw the money away, but you may get lucky and bag a bargain.

After 45 days of waiting for their resolution center, and 4 hours of chatting, they did not solve the interruption of my IPTV services by the seller, after 6months of use only, but they collect upfront for a complete year. It's a big scam! I will never buy from AliExpress.

Their chat customer services workers are the most illogic, cut from this world without any reasoning nor common senses.

I stopped buying from them and will discourage anyone to do so.

As proof I do have all copies of the evidences of the cut services and all the chat conversations.

AliExpress study Amazon and eBay, you have A LOT to learn!

I made an order on aliexpress the seller was Shop******* Store. They sent my package to an address 300 miles away from my how. The street address was correct, but the city and state was not mine. I provided the information to Aliexpress, but they refuse to help me!

+ Price is very low and very attractive
+ Sometimes you get get good deal and a responsive seller
Con:
- Often the products don't work properly
- The Aliexpress complaint system is joke. There is NOBODY that you can contact at Aliexpress personally or is reviewing your case as in Ebay. It's between you and the seller!

My advice:
Try Ebay first and compare the price with a reputable seller with positive reviews on Aliexpress. Take the cheapest of the two. Anything else is your risk.

They send me two phones from "private" seller masked under company name. When I told them that is not working, they asked for return. Shopping cost back to China is more than what they charged me for phones. They are tiefs, do not buy anything from them!

BORUI store on Aliexpress mobile app is the worst store. The money for a pair of motorcycle gloves I bought is out of stock for over a month, we will send it soon, we will send another color (ok), the cargo has been sent and on the way, the cargo status will be updated, the cargo shipment has been cancelled. They took hostage.

I ordered a flexible garden hose from this company and never received the product. When I tried to contact them it was impossible. I sent a claim to Mastercard and received my money back but this company claimed I received it to the credit card company and I got charged again. I am still fighting the claim but have no way of speaking to Aliexpress and will have to deal with my credit card company again. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. All this for $31.52. Do not trust this company.

I ordered two shirts on May 5th. It is now July 10th and my items are still "in transit" even though the tracking never updates. Now they are saying they lost the package. It is a waste of time and money and im sure I wont get a refund either.

Risky to buy anything

I ordered 2 toy ships from a highly rated seller and was given a bad tracking number and never received them. After checking back the seller's ratings had dropped and it was clear he was scamming people. I filed a claim and was quickly given a refund for 1 item on the order. I talked to customer service and they told me to wait 15 days to get the rest of my refund. At which point they closed the dispute. I never got the rest of my refund and now I can't get a hold of customer service. Thats what I get for trusting a shady site like this. Don't make the same mistake

Think carefully when you order because there is a possibility that you will never get what you paid for! Aliexpress has a fake tracking system. The system will falsely show that your shipment is in the local post office and has not actually entered the country, so there is nothing you can do when opening a disputie. From my experience and the experience of many other people which you can read on many forums about experiences from Aliexpress, Aliexpress started doing big scams! You may get what you paid for, and big chances are that you won't! You will throw away money like I did.

Double invoicing
November 19, 2015

I am new to aliexpress and placed two separate orders to them. I was frustrated to receive many emails informing me I need to pay and also comments from sellers informing me, on the doubled up orders, that I need to pay. I spent most of the morning sorting, deleting and arguing with sellers etc. Extremely frustrating. Also, sellers telling me I need to make up my orders to certain amounts, to guarantee shipping and arrival. Very frustrating and not trustworthy.

Bought two rifle scopes that were advertised as first focal plane scopes. When I received them they were second focal plane scopes. Contacted seller and ask for refund, buyer refused refund. Turned it over to AliExpress for refund They wanted photos to back up my claim. I told the them I could not photograph the inside of the scope. It takes a better camera than I have to photo the reticle of a rifle scope.
Evidently the idiot that was doing the investigation did not know anything about rifle scopes. I am stuck with two scopes that are not what I ordered. Their buyer protection is a fraud. RB Big Rock TN

I ordered a ROBLOX book bag for my son from the beginning the seller & I were in contact, after a few weeks it came my son was so very excited. The only problem I have with the item was that it smells, but I guess traveling for 3/4 weeks in a plastic bag in scorching heat guess it would. That's my only complaint.
