I purchased an item worth 2 dollar but i urgently need it so i purchased a fast delivery fedex which bring up a total of 30 dollar. The seller rip my 27 dollar delivery fees and used a china delivery method which force me to wait. I tried to communicate but there were no respond. I then seek for "customer service" three times and was told to just wait and they will contact the seller on my behalf and get back to me by the day(again no action were taken). I again try to ask for help was told to open a dispute which will only be availabe 10 days after delivery and wait 5 days for the seller to response. You can guess no respond

Long story short. Time waste ping-ponging. Money wasted.

STAY AWAY

As I said before: like pulling teeth, and I worked in dentistry for 30 years! Half of the buttons and drop down menus don't work, worst customer service ever, help is a ROBOT, and robot ONLY, so if you have a question that is not on the menu, forget it! My correspondence with a seller with photos as a proof of wrong item sent disappeared overnight, and now seller is not responding... That is $50 I will never see again, because drop down menu on the reason for return DOES'T WORK. The order took over month and a half to get, the address label is so weathered and pale, almost ineligible, so I have no idea if this is worth sending back. Apparently, the only thing that worked fine on this website is the payment page! Another words: I miss Amazon sorely and just about any other website is better than this... Just DON'T!

Cooperation Lesson

An incident was on the way to compromise my business, regarding of my sax purchase T- WO37. I recommend for all business people to be very attentive, at all details, when he make the offers! If we talk about "Free Shipping" and the delivery is "DAP" please look what means it. Copy paste from INCOTERMS quote: "DAP, or, Delivery at Place is an incoterms defining the buyer and seller's responsibilities when moving goods. In this case, the seller is responsible for moving the goods from the country of origin right through to the end destination, which includes responsibility for loading, transport and unloading." Close quote. The seller can't ask never, from the buyer additional payment for the transport. A same problem, based on excellent communication, with my friend Jackie Chan we have solved together in a same incident. Today we are good friends. This is a lesson where, based on communication ( at least 30 or 40 messages was needed) the partners can find every solutions if we wish it.

I have purchased many items from AliExpress and have been pleased with everything I have ordered. Their selection of items is endless and most items have free shipping. I'm yet to have a bad experience from shopping from their site.

Aliexpress is lying to its customers. The order does not arrive at the specified time on the site. Money does not want to return them. The dispute takes time. Sellers do what they want - they extend the waiting time. They will not categorically return the money, even if the waiting time has already expired. I do not recommend ordering on Aliexpress

Site not secure and would not buy anything using my credit card.( Paid by PayPal). Product I bought was reasonable and the quality I was expecting. Would order again only using PayPal to protect my credit.

AliExpress political is very simple. They charge low price on product but they get double because they only ship half of the orders and for the other half they just say they shipped but is your local post problem and they won't refund your money.
They NEVER respect what they say on product page of 60 days money back if item is not received. All they do is to extend your protection even if you just want your money back, and after that they won't even answer your messages.
And when Ali Express steps in is even worst because they propose you to wait 10 days, and after that 10 more days and so on...
I have almost 3 month since i ordered some products and they just don't want to send my money back
They are unprofessional and LIARS

Product's picture is fake

All products that I received from Aliexpress were different from the website's picture. I tried to return but the sellers dont provide and label for return. I disputed with the sellers and I lost. Big scammer!

Do Not Buy from the seller ROSA HAIR COMPANY or ROSA Durand who sells hair extensions. I ordered two products from this vendor which were not as described on the site and of bad quality. Firstly Aliexpress will only let you upload 3 pictures to support your dispute and the seller basically has free reign!

The vendor accepted my dispute on the terms I entered i. E. product returned and full refund! The system automatically goes to 'approved - enter tracking information'. The vendor messages me after and states 'sorry for the confusion, but you will have to cover the cost we paid to ship the product to you and the cost to ship it back! This is the policy of most vendors'. WTF! Now I can not withdraw the 'enter tracking information stage'

Aliexpress is not helpful, you cant speak to or email anyone. The have a crap virtual assistant called Eva, which is not helpful at all!

I would stay well clear of this vendor!

I have ordered many items and some are still on the way, Living in Europe gives normally a long transport time. And it may be difficult to find a special item wanted, I searched for expensive bike-parts, named: XTR and I have found most in shops. And also, most times You are able to find a list of: "Similar Items" to chose from, and may find lower prices in the list? Prices are reasonable compared with at least my home-country

Got dress from supplier Suzhou Asa Wedding & Evening Dress Co., Ltd. on alieexpress, they will not admit that dress i received is not what i ordered, badly made and fit all wrong. Sent photos with measurements, they will not give refund or ask me

I ordered three customized dresses and the seller told me I would have to pay extra for customization but never explained how I would pay for the extra cost. I bought the original cost and then I questioned the seller about this and she told me to reorder the dresses. I told her no. Then she told me to go to a different site and buy a different dress because it was "close to the difference" she also wanted me to extend the processing of the order I ignored her and asked their new help board for advice and they told me to ignore it and it would expire and I would get a refund. I only had one day left for processing and the $#*! pushed the order though as processed and shipped! I KNOW she never sent them so I contacted them again and asked what to do. Now I have to wait for ten days before I can even start a dispute with the seller to try and get a refund. Luckily I printed and saved all the messages on my computer so I have proof!

"Thanks for your help" - i hope you understand i was being sarcastic. Alli-Express was not helpful at all! I bought some shoes, the size that i needed was not the one! I made a complaint about it and they responded me with the " sorry but its not our fault you dont know how to chooze your shoe size." SERIOUSLY?

Fraud website

I ordered a jacket. ( Order No. **************) However i didnt get that and in status its showing its delivered. How come they can say delivered when i didnt get that.
I filed dispute and after two week they have closed it. Without any end result.
Don't buy anything they are scam

The items they have not so bad but the customer service are really horrible so long procedures to chat or contact with a customer service agent too long time to receive your items and too long time to get your refund with a very complicated process

Process ur order and then after some time will cancelled ur order, retain ur money for days and then will give you supposedly full refund except that they'll apply fees to that and u end up getting less money that u originally paid for

Disappointed Customer

Product never delivered I lost 60 USA dollars.
They send the message to me " Package is on the way " I was waiting for delivery 3 months.
After complaining they gave me 3 days to prove my case with Canada Post it was weekend.
You close my case mondey. By the way i checked with Canada Post they know nothing about package. Disappointed customer Tad

Improved shipping

AliExpress has improved shipping with reasonable cost, but you have to search hard to find the tracking info for your country. AliExpress does not provide link for your local tracking info, so you have to work hard to find out who is your courier and what is your local tracking number!
