I am AliExpress Customer for only a month now and i must to confess that it has been a nightmare dealing with the seller.
1) don't trust the review you see on the items.
2) they have a tricky and fraudulent triggers if a buyer want to cancel an order and on the end you end up without your refund. You lose.
I have been using Ali Express for about two years now: Watch out!
Clothing and any thing that fits on the human body will be too small for North Americans. My XXXL bike jacket fit my Medium son. Not even his girlfriend could get her hands in the bike gloves.
I usually order on November 11 for Christmas delivery. This year (2016) the items appear to take more than two months or not arrive at all
I bought LED bulbs that did not work. The seller insisted that I return them. The shipping by Canada Post was more than double the cost of the item.
Their settlement system takes way too long.
The items I buy are usually available on Amazon or one of those daily deal internet sites for about the same money only they arrive in a week or two.
Ordered a product that never came. Their Chat line is useless and the dispute process a scam. You can't dispute while your buyer protection is still valid and then once it isn't they say well you've missed the deadline for a dispute. Their Chat line are useless. They just keep repeating the same questions and nothing ever gets resolved. You have to contact the seller if something goes wrong and then they never respond.
I ordered a size 10 and was shipped a size 7. I have been contacting them for two weeks and they still have not solved my problem. I am a customer service rep and I know what GOOD customer service consist of. This is by far the WORST company. I will never ever purchase from you again... I learned my lesson USA baby :)
I have ordered many many items on this website. I am going on a very expensive vacation to the virgin islands and didn't have much money to spend on bikinis, dresses, shoes, sunglasses etc. for the trip. I read all of the horrible reviews and then decided to try it for myself. I started out only buying one sundress for $5 so that if it never came or was bad quality i wouldn't be upset. The dress ended up coming faster than expected and I absolutely loved it. I ordered all of my vacation clothes and accessories from the site. Now i'm ready to go and didn't spend an arm and a leg at victoria secret on bikinis! Thank you Aliexpress for a great experience. Btw-- to all of you who blame it being on the fact that they are "Chinese" get a life u racist pieces of s*it. Oh and you must not be able to read because most, about 95%, of the items you use, wear, buy are MADE IN CHINA!
I ordered a dress from here 5 weeks ago and it still has not come. The estimated delivery date was 20-30 days! I messages them to find out what was going on but they just ignored me! Just to find out that they have already charged me for the dress and said that the order is 'complete' even though I have not received it yet! I am not ordering anything else from there again!
Do not buy from BESTNAVY TECH Store. Sent me a bad DVD drive. Wanted me to pull up on the sides to fix it. Sent videos and pictures to dispute. Like many reviewers have already stated, the dispute always goes to the seller. They said I didn't have proof (even though the videos and pictures show a bad drive). This model isn't sustainable and eventually people will catch on. When you think you're saving money, you're not. Especially after you loose $100 and then just have to buy it from a reputable place that stands behind their products... like Amazon. Never again from aliexpress. Until they clean up their act, be prepared to kiss your money goodbye.
Overall as a service AliExpress is below average when you consider the length of time from order to delivery. Seriously, 30-60 days for delivery is way below what other online services offer. I realize that delivery time may be a limitation on the companies selling on AliExpress rather than AliExpress themselves but when compared with Amazon it really does make me consider whether the now minimal savings the AliExpress offers is worth it. I will certainly shop around before I place my next online order.

Most of the products are unusably of poor quality and pathetic response from customer care. I strongly advise you not to take any chance with those Chinese shams. I bought a shaving brush and had a bitter experience in every aspects (counterfeit product, inappropriate and uncivilized behavior from the seller, poor response from customer care and eventually no refund) and decided not to buy from Aliexpress.com any more. Don't get tempted looking at the prices at aliexpress.com. Always buy from reliable source; It's worth spending little extra money and be assured of the the product quality and customer support.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
