Aliexpress is a fraud and they are just a bunch of crooks. I purchased MANY rings from a seller stating that the material was pure silver, that it would never fade. To my surprise about a month after the rings started to change colors, turns out they were actually silver plated. I opened a dispute and after waiting for the longest time they tell me that because I did not respond to a message (which is bull) they considered the dispute to be invalid so they released money to seller. They are ALWAYS going to side with the seller, do not waste your time trying to convince them otherwise.
PD. And don't waste your time requesting to talk to a supervisor or manager. There is none!

I thought this would be an inexpensive alternative to ebay and Amazon but it is a scam site. A "Men's Leather" Coat was advertised at approx. $58 - a heck of a good deal! Coat finally arrived and it is fake leather and the zipper is on the wrong side for a man's coat - is this a woman's coat or just a poor knock-off of a man's coat? Went to resolution center and asked seller for refund including cost to ship it back and his counter offer? $5! This is my first and last dealings with this site. Stay Away! You've been warned!
I started ordering f/ Aliexpress about 5mo. Ago & I have ordered a variety of products. From adult toys and a cupping set to swim suits so I've also experienced several sellers & my products have all been good quality & no issues with shipping. There was 1 time I contacted a seller by mistake but it was reassuring that the seller immediately returned my email. The key is 1st, find good sellers. You order products under $20 as a test run. If you like the quality and communication then save that seller as a favorite, build a retail relationship. Any online ordering from any company is a risk. Be a smart shopper. Be patient as shipping is lengthy but that is communicated up front and it's FREE...

I ordered a few transformers collectable. Was told three times that there was a problem with the billing process. Thank God my bank flagged the transaction explaining that my account was charged multiple times from a female clothes store. If the offer is too good to be true it most likely is.
I purchased many items from AE. They normally arrive at the very last days of the possible time (2+ months), and typically even after that time.
Sellers tend to tell you to wait just a few more days, as it may be related to logistics.
Recently, they stopped responding to questions related to shipping altogether.
I purchased a costume for my daughter, and paid extra for quick (7-15 days) shipment WITH tracking. ($35 just for the shipment)
However, there is no updated information on the shipment, and it is more than a month since I ordered. The seller does not respond (for more than 2.5 weeks now) to any of my questions, and AliExpress support tells me I have to wait 1 more month to file for refund.
I already know the costume won't arrive in time.
I am VERY UNSATISFIED.
This did not happen to me in eBay.
I ordered something from this site. My order came in about a week, and it was good quality. I also was prompted to confirm the delivery by the website. I wanted to leave a review since I saw so many negative, and I had a totally different experience. Not sure why its so negative for other people.
I love Aliexpress as long parcels are not missed and I need their dispute service. The service is poorly with a chat system and a lack of understanding in language as well as international standards. They just do not accept that only the sender/ seller can start an international research with tracking number and never the buyer

I purchased a wig that is poor quality and I have to return it back to seller. 5 months after sending that, the wig came back to me since China customs refuse we returned those goods. Seller should be aware of it and gave me an US address but he didn't. I ask for another way to return and get my money back but seller totally ignored me. AliExpress customer service also won't help. I talked to at least 15 différents agent spending at least one hour each time and at the end they said the buyer protection is expired and that I have to manage with seller. So I am stuck with a bad product and I paid shipping return fees and AliExpress don't even try to talk to seller so they can refund me fix the situation. I am never buying with them, they let seller steal us.
I purchased synthetic wigs (4) on this website, they look nice in pictures but when I received them I could not believe my eyes! They look really bad in fact. No way any person put them on and go out in public. They play tricks on pictures to make them look nice, none of them looked the same as I saw in pictures on website. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
