I purchased synthetic wigs (4) on this website, they look nice in pictures but when I received them I could not believe my eyes! They look really bad in fact. No way any person put them on and go out in public. They play tricks on pictures to make them look nice, none of them looked the same as I saw in pictures on website. I tried to return them back to China to get refund but It costs almost the same money I paid!... So I threw them into trash. Horrible experience!
Bought this as a Christmas gift and arrived with defective zipper. Seller kept asking me what was the problem over and over again and would say `"what is your advice" and finally said "I don't know how to do" even after receiving photos of defective product as he requested them. Since then, I've been in touch with at least eight staff members at Ali Express who said they we're sorry, they were concerned and cared and understood how I felt and that they would take care of this and keep me informed. They were going to contact the seller. Believe me I was never informed. I always need to contact them again again and again and repeat repeat and repeat the same thing over and over. Just a bunch of lies. Until today, it still hasn't been solved. I just need a refund and that's it. Very disappointed.
First of all, I do check whether sellers have stars or not. Mistakes from sellers should not happen, but do happen, OK. But that is not all. Unfortunately, there are very few honest sellers, yes, but lots of dishonest. It is like playing in the lottery. Customer service is extremely unfair. In the end, you simply loose your temper, time and money. Even if the seller sends something else than bought, you have to dispute a lot and in the end you tops 50% of the money back with AliExpress. The way they deal with customers is unbelievably bizarre. They dare to ask for body pictures and copies of bank statements. I recomment people to avoid buying anything at AliExpress.
I would be very loyal and straight forward with this.
Its been more than 5 years, I've used Aliexpress and I never had any problem, in terms of disputes, orders delivery etc but since the start of this year, I dont know, what happened to Aliexpress, the platform just started supporting liar and scam sellers over and over again.
Take my example, an order of mine came into dispute and I provided legal proofs from post office in dispute but the seller replied that I'm a liar and my account should be terminated... and Aliexpress just terminated my account of over 4500$ pending orders which were closed and money released to sellers.
Everyone, plz stay away from Aliexpress now, it has just started so scam buyers for petty commissions.

If I could give this site zero I would. It is 45 days since my order and there is no sign of it. When I went on the site to find out what had happened to my order they gave me a tracking code that didn't work at all. When I tried to open a complaint I was told I couldn't for another 45 days. So I have to wait three months after placing my order before I can even start a dispute process. What a joke! I then wrote to them via an email address I eventually found, and have never heard back. I think this site is a scam, that has stolen my money. Avoid at all costs!

Company claimed they couldn't do anything as I lodged a claim with Paypal despite Paypal asserting that they were awaiting a response from them. If it looks like a duck...
Ordered parts in october. Shipping information is all wonky, yet its January of 2022 and never received it. Filed a dispute with no luck. They said its in the USA, and I still never got it.
Emailed the company and told them I never received it, and they replied "OK" And that's it. No help, no refund. I probably wont order off ali express again
Purchased universal chair covers, one fit perfectly while the other three just would not stay in place. Contacted AliExpress with photographic evidence and guess what I was denied any resolve. DO NOT SHOP with this online joke of a company. Ridiculous
So I ordered 100 led light bulbs for my place but when they arrived none of them worked! I couldn't figure out why... they fit and were the right size. I finally found out they are rated for a different country's voltage. The return shipping would cost me almost as much as I paid for them! I'm never dealing with these people again.
Avoid this site at all cost. At my first and only shopping there I lost $60. The seller suggested that I issue a partial refund request for $15 because of delayed delivery. When I did as suggested they released the rest of the money to this "SELLER" even though I had not received any goods.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
