The product, I've ordered was not delivered ever to the requested city Vilnius. Arrived somewhere in Lithuania- and they sent the status it was Delivered. The refund process with Ali was with 0 help. As I can't prove I didn't get it. How can I do that? On the other side, if you see where it was delivered please prove it! I've attached the tracking info, the parcel was never in Vilnius. If you order anything, be ready to loose your money!
My organization spent more than $800 on items that arrived completely (100%) damaged and more than 3 months late. Aliexpress' system of 'negotiation' with seller took another months to complete. I ended up only receiving $400 refund. So I basically spent $400 of junk that just went to the trash.
I (and the institution I work with) definitely will not go through them again.
This site is awful and full of scammers. I was sent incorrect items that I did not order and defective items so I submit a request and Aliexpress did NOTHING. Because there was receipt of delivery, they say my claim isn't valid. I was sent junk I don't need and did not receive what I ordered though. So I would avoid this site if you don't want to receive nothing or receive the wrong item that they will not refund or send the correct item of because hey, at least they sent something albeit not at all the same thing. Seriously guys, shop literally anywhere else if you don't want your money stolen. This site is the absolute worst I have encountered and I shop exclusively online. I had an awful experience before here and thought I would give it another shot, but there is nothing redeeming about this site. It is full of junk products and they enable sellers to scam buyers.
I purchased something from NA style a vendor of ali express it was not as described so I contacted the seller and we agreed i would send it back for a full refund. I kept my word and returned the product I sent receipts of the return along with pictures and the the vendor id still giving me the run around its been two months now.
I buy from Aliexpress since 2016 and had 0 issues with all kind of sellers!

Seller sent wrong item. They want me to pay return fee for something I didn't order. Went round and round with customers support 3 different times within 2 weeks of receiving item with no help for m seller. I even asked for boss to talk to. They says, im boss, again they said wait 6 hours for refund. Nothing ever comes. No text, no emails. Yet they can send me this kind of test and email about their stuff for sale. After 3 wks, Christmas is here. Nothing but disappointed kids this yr. I'm crying over these mistakes. Even items I bought weeks ago won't make it by holiday as they promised around check out. Stay away from this site. They're not trustworthy. Don't back up on their promises
I bought my daughter a cosplay outfit for Halloween from LadyGaga Clothes Company Store (based in China) through AliExpress. When it arrived two weeks past the last expected day of delivery (several days after the holiday), we obviously no longer needed it, so I started the return process, which was both lengthy and quite a hassle. When I finally got them to refund the purchase, they refused to pay the return shipping ($46.21 on an $89.93 before tax item). Dealing with AliExpress customer service generally got me told to deal with the seller (LadyGaga etc), who generally took a day or two to respond. Overall, the worst shopping experience of my life. After the initial purchase, everything felt like pulling teeth.
Ok so refund was eventually processed (with no notification or message about it from Aliexpress, I found out by religiously checking my bank account statement and order payment status on order page). I'll raise the rating to 2 stars as it was a relief to get my money returned, however, I'm very disappointed in their chat "support" that provides faulty information and simply drops chat session randomly and the absence of contact email.
I placed an order by mistake back on 11.11 and instantly canceled it, seller confirmed cancellation quicky the same day.
Aliexpress STILL HASN'T PROCESSED A REFUND.
I contacted their chat support several times and they blatantly lie that refund was processed and I just need to wait for a bank when clearly the order is in refund processing state (it literally says that under order info)which means that Aliexpress has not released the money.
This has been 2 weeks and this is ridiculous. And it's serious money, it was $150. Aliexpress chat customer service is sub par, I spent hours of my time on it because agents are not qualified, provide false information and literally drop the chat without waiting more than a minute for your answer, the latest agent just dropped the same second he provided his answer that by the way made zero sense. There is no way to rate chat session or even receive a transcript, there is no email to contact customer support either. I am SERIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY MONEY, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Make sure to do your own research on high ticket electronic items before you buy. And write down or save sellers email contact at point of transaction. I've had good service overall, but there are low life's on here that are scammers so be careful. I've got one problem on an item costing over a hundred bucks that I can't get an answer from the seller on. Message board for your account not linked unless you down load their app which I don't want on my phone.
Another item I found on YouTube after I bought it turned out to be a fake with false advertising. Luckily they refunded money without too much hassle.
You can save big bucks here if you are careful and spend the time researching the product you want. But always remember most vendors/sellers are in China and your order may take up to month to get.
Purchased caster wheels for a table on Jan 9 and never received shipping notice or tracking info, despite numerous requests. Item finally showed up at the end of February, a week after I bought wheels locally. Will never order from this site again.
As a first time buyer from Ali express ive already encountered delivery problems.
My orders are long overdue, the refund/dispute process is tedious, really not a pleasure buying from this organization!

Had multiple orders of products ranging from $1 - $150. Can't say im very satisfied with them. All were cheap knock-offs that either didn't work when received, broke within a week, worked very poorly, came in 1-5 weeks late or just never came in at all. Do not use this website. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money and go purchase elsewhere.
Ordered 12 volt ext cord picture shows heavy wire. When received small wire might work for phone charger nothing else junk never again should have knew better. Went and bought canadian made paid 3 extra dollars got a good product.
This company must be a scam site. All they do is represent a host of foreign manufacturers. No way to reach customer service by either voice, email or even Facebook Messenger. Ordered an item months ago. Finally arrived and it is junk.
This company does nothing about consumer complaints, false ads or stinky boots and shoes. Don't care if buyers are satisfied or not. Lying sellers are allowed to continue selling while i am out $39.00.
Good store. Low cost, mostly normal quality and wide selection of different products (I buy flash drives from them almost always).
Not all stores on this site show good integrity, but customer protection is well established.
My order has been on it's way for 3 months. The site is built to protect sellers not buyers. Don't get rip off stick to eBay you can still find cheap sellers from China over there.

I buy stuff from this site. Anything from clothes to craft supplies and cosmetics. They always deliver fast. Sometimes though the product is way off. Like once some solar lights arrived with a plug on the end of them lol. But they are extremely cheap and free shipping too
Aliexpress is an Ebay-like storefront that allows local & at home Chinese vendors to sell their product worldwide. Some vendors are better than others. Don't pay too close attention to the dummies who posted a negative review after trying to buy expensive things from an online source located in China! For the best AliExpress shopping experience, follow these rules:
1. Don't buy expensive items, that have great value. AliExpress is intended for buying fun, novelty items. Sometimes things get lost in the mail.:/
2. Avoid buying electronics, particularly cell phones. Their mobile system is much different than ours, and the cell phone likely won't be compatible.
3. Check for current vendor reviews. Seasoned vendors especially, will have many reviews around sizing, shipping, and communication. Be sure to filter out reviews from your Country.

Anyone can sell on AliExpress. Kids even. Zero seller criteria, so buy at your own risk. OK, so that I knew all along, but felt protected with AE's dispute process. Well that ended when they changed their dispute process recently. Less options in the drop down menu so you have to select the closest one and if not accurate, you lose the dispute. Oh, and the live customer service, most are useless scripted responses with little to no knowledge or ability to solve your issue. And the NEVER contact you back when they promise they will. Been with them for 5+ years and was A3 level buyer, now never using AliExpress again! Same stuff on Amazon for a few $$ more and you get much faster with better buyer protection.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
