I buy a lot of items on this site and dont have any problems, you need have same cares, 1st you need waiting for items very slow service, 2st ask if item are in stock before you buy, 3th be very clear wend you ask for colors or styles por ex. Send fotos on msg, confirm the tracking on 17track.com any problem open the claim, look with care for feedback of sellers

Good Experience

I ordered some bundles and frontal for my daughter and was surprised at the quality of the item. I recieved it in a timely manner and was daughter was extremely happy with the product. Will definitely order again.

As soon Aliexpress get your money they dont care about you or your order any more, if your order does not arrive they will ask you deal with the seller whom will let you go in a circle in ordere not to refund your money. There is no human customer service to claim or to dicuss you issue. After five years my advice is not to deal with this company.

It states on their website that they have easy returns and refunds- IT IS A LIE! I have been fighting with them to return products, on my expense, for items that were not as described and they will not accept them. They are not a reputable company/business to deal with.

Protection my butt
October 20, 2015

Im trying to get a refund on a poor quility, but very expensive, doll. With their protection plan you open a despute and if the seller doesnt contact you in the 5 days given, the case is closed. So if they dont contact you too bad its you problem. Dont make my mistake stay away from aliexpress!

No delivery no refund

I ordered a product mid June and it's Aug 2nd. I haven't received the product and am unable to receive a refund as system keeps erroring out "system busy" wasted over a month on this. I'm reporting this to my credit card company for refund

I bought running shoes from aliexpress, when delivered they were two different sizes. I wrote to them telling them this information and i said that i was going to return them. This was in May2014, it is now July 2014 and i have wrote to them numerous amounts of times and they will bot reply to me! This website is a fraud, they will steal your money of you and never reply to you! I am £50 out of pocket and no running shoes! Terrible website, don't trust them!

I am appalled at how "unprofessional" Johnny Gu is at the store " OXO V on the Aliexpress. Website. I will NEVER purchase anything else from her. The merchandise I purchased was nothing more than scraps of material and came apart the minute I pulled it out of the bag. Johnny Gu and I messaged back and forth and her demeanor is pitiful to say the least. I would rate her and the merchandise but there is not enough negative numbers other than a -10.

I read a few of the reviews/complaints I purchase from aliexpress often I only had one bad experience which my first purchase from them I reported the seller to aliexpress and I also reported the transaction to my bank I received my refund from my bank and the seller gave me a refund as well. Since that transaction I have purchased from the site several times clothes, jewelry, and other items and I haven't had any bad experiences. Their are sellers on aliexpress that accept PayPal you just have to ask and ask the seller plenty of questions. Also look the seller up on YouTube to see if any other people have purchased from whatever seller you are thinking of buying from, read the sellers feedback as well before you purchase. I have 4 vendors that I purchase from each time I'm satisfied with my products

I wrote to the seller four times until now but he didn't give me a concrete solution to my problem. I paid Aluexpress a product. I put repeated questions of confirmation if the the product is right and the seller refuse to answer and to come up with solution if necessary. No seller in Aliexpress didn't treat me like this in this way until now. I am totally unsatisfied with the way this seller communicated with me as a client. As a client, I am protected by global online commercial regulations. I will cancel the order again with the reason "you don't answer to my questions, I will give bad feedback.

Had a empty package arrived clearly opened so i put in a claim
Aliexpress denied claim saying it has not arrived
2) i appeal they want photos so i uploaded appeal denied no proof

3) so i appeal again the want high quality photos showing order number and delivery so i did appeal denied no proof
4)so i appeal again up loaded letter from nz post with investigation number appeal denied no proof

I have had to do a charge back ali express you are corrupt and dishonest

Wanted to putchase 3pc vase, ordered and paid amount. They declined my transaction stating for security reason. And what they wanted is my credit card details... I mean really? Who want your credit card number along with ccv number, statement of card and id proof. Next time Aliexpress will ask your ATM PIN also. Beware they are fraud with no customer service

FAKE... TOOK MY MONEY!

I ordered many things from aliexpress, on 11.11 sale. They gave me 2 months time for shipping it to india(maharastra). I got few products in 2 months but today is 4th feb almost 100days complete and still dint not receive the rest. When i open the dispute to refund back, they say wait for more 15days or go check in post office near by.
I have a question, will they give me the rest of my products or refund my money back if i open the dispute?

Never buy from this site!

I bought a head massager from them on November 29th, 2022. I received the item on December 12th and the box was ripped up. So I opened a dispute with them and they agreed to give a refund as long as I returned the item. I sent it back the next day but I was sending it from Canada to China! I spent $93 dollars to send it back, which is more than the item! They said they would reimburse the cost of the item and the shipping cost! They closed my case because they said they never received the item, and it is now March. Don't buy anything from them! They sell crap and won't give you your money back! I would give zero stars if I could!

Scam and fraud company

Worst quality ever

I ordered a pair of leggins for the gym. On the picture it looked nice and the material looked like that from normal workout leggins. When it came I was shocked. The colour is off, the material is like my pyjamas and it is SO see through I need another word for see through. Panties, tattoos, skin, your buttcrack - you can see absolutely everything. Plus it took almost a month to arrive. Cheap china quality and misleading pictures, be aware of that.

In my opinion the buyer protection does not work outside China. Even if the item is incorrect or defective the refund is predicated on you paying tracked shipping of the returned item. Ebay and Aazon make seller pay return shipping on bad items. They ship to you cheap bulk and subsidized but In most cases the cost of tracked return shipping of a single item is more than the cost of the item. It appears many sellers know this and when you do a dispute they just ignore you and wait until the required tracking number return sent time out and they get your money. The seller could send you a rock and you are out of luck! (Unless you ordered a rock) Unfortunately this is the truth on how this really works and AliExpress is losing and will continue to lose good buyers and good will toward AliExpress when they eventually experience and realize this.

AWFUL
October 19, 2014

AWFUL. I ordered a halloween costume and paid 100 dollars for it. After paying the money, I found that it wouldn't be shipped until november 20th. I contacted the seller and told him that I needed it sooner, which he responded by saying he needed an additional 30 dollars to pay for faster shipping... I complied, since I had already bought it and the item would be pointless after October finished. Never received my item, the tracking number was for a completely different item, and I contacted DHL who informed me that they had nothing in their inventory being sent to my house. Contacted the seller, who said he sent out a new one as soon as I complained, but refused to give me a tracking number. I once again called DHL who told me that nothing was sent out for me again. Never did get a refund, and that was 130$ down the drain... STAY AWAY.

I feel like they are fooling me.
I bought an item on semptember.
They write everywere about the customer protection. Everyone should get a refund if the package does not arrive on 60 days.
For me 60 days are passed many days ago, and they ask me to wait more. I start a dispute, but nothing happens
