Recently I purchased or made a purchase I should say, of a product through AliExpress. On receiving a receipt from AliExpress, the said receipt was not for the product I purchased. The correct details of the product are shown on my PayPal account which AliExpress also has a copy. I have sent AliExpress a number of emails advising them that they were forwarding me the incorrect product and if they can't forward me the correct product I ordered, I would like a refund of monies paid. To date I have not received a reply. I find this very annoying and very unprofessional. The purchase was made on the 3rd of December 2022. I have used AliExpress before without any problems but definitely won't be using them again, unless I get satisfaction with this purchase and the way things are going it doesn't look good. Hello, I brought the malaysian body wave human hair extensions virgin malaysian hair weaves natural black 4pcs lot malaysian hair 100g/pc 8-30 inch by vendor Queen Beauty Weave Co., Ltd.
The hair is absolutely terrible after install. When the hair was received it appeared to be a good quality by the softness and full bundles. However, the hair instantly shedded when combed. As the hair has been in for 3 weeks and has shedded a significant amount. You also have to constantly wash the hair due to stiffness and how much it tangle. I hate that I purchased and installed this hair. The reviews on the site are mostly of people before the install. I wanted to post review after I actually installed the hair. However, I could but leave a review due to it only being opened for reviews 30 days after purchase. I will NOT be purchasing any future extensions from aliexpress at all. This is the first and last time because I prefer quality hair!

WORST SITE EVER! I purchased an item that arrived destroyed (5 weeks after the actual purchase). Seller insists the item arriving destroyed was my fault and refuses to refund my money. Zero customer service and zero ethics!
JIUAI Apparel Accessory Co., Ltd seems to be a scam! Complete with a charade about giving me a refund. I paid for the product on the 17th of June, was told the same day the order had been shipped and I could follow the progress on a link provided (it was all in Chinese characters). At four weeks the order had not been received, there are instructions not to complain before allowing six weeks for delivery but AliExpress closes the case and lists customers as satisfied after four weeks unless we intervene. I requested an extension and stated I wanted the product I had paid for. AliExpress told me the seller had offered a "partial refund". I wanted to know why I was being offered a partial refund when I never received a product, no explanation has been given.
Now, more than 8 weeks later I have accepted I am never going to get my product. I inspected my bank account to see if I had received a partial refund. I hadn't. I had been given a full refund on the day I ordered my product!
The items I purchased were not even remotely like the ad. To get a refund, I had to ship it to friggin China. The return shipping was more than the cost of the item. Aliexpress agreed that the item I received was not the item I purchased, but still said I had to mail it back to get a refund. The vendor was lying trash and aliexpress backed the trash vendor. Complete human garbage, hope they get the virus, one and all.
Claims delivery, wont provide package id or carrier name, so you cannot prove you havent.
Seller then after some time, sent a nonfunctional link at a carrier for package id, and a tlf nr for the carrier that is not in use (its a year old nr for the carrier, that has been canned).
Still aliexpress refused to refund.
I bought 2 motherboards for Iphone 6 plus 64gb, and both did the same. After update the IOS the phone doesn't start, in both motherboards. Before update the phone works normally. I asked aliexpress for refund, or to send me transport account to return the products, and they wanted to return the product at my expenses (100 eur). This policy is very good for scammers.
I am very satistying with AliExpress. I have made more that 400 purchases. 99% successful purchases. I have never had a problem with refund. I have never meet any kind of fraud. I think that Aliexpress is the most safest and reliable service. Thanks a lot/

I ordered a costume from here a couple of weeks ago. I got it and it was poor quality and couldn't fit so I asked for a refund. I told them I would send it back. On top of the $73 or so that I spent on the costume, I had to pay $66.25 to send it back to China. I asked if I would get reimbursed(even if it was half of what I paid) and they said no. They said I could just keep the costume and get partial refund. What am I gonna do with a costume that doesn't fit? Like come on people. I tried getting in contact with them about this and no response. I will not buy from here ever again and I will not recommend this site to anyone.

I bought a e88 watch from Ali, it arrived defective. Wrote them 2 emails, no response. Opened a dispute in timely manner, they sent link saying dispute ended and click on link for results. When the link is clicked on it takes you on a dead end circle on their website, and no answer for dispute. Have asked for clarification of dispute, they send same link.

I have bought Lenovo A858T phone for 95$. I think I got product for his money. I mean it is cheap and works so. Signal is not stable. Material is not so good. But it works and support 4G. Shipping was very long also. Shipping took more then month.
There are many shops to AliExpress. However, two of them are beyond dishonest. I ordered a pony tail extension from one shop which I never received. THEN I ordered a supposedly 925 Sterling Silver ring which, although stamped 925 as advertised was actually silver copper plated. When I took her to task about it she changed the wording on her site, but TOO LATE! I have a screenshot. She is ignoring me and although the majority of the sellers are honest, many are passing off sterling silver for silver plated and you are still paying the same price. Plus I want my bloody pony tail, it must have been a year and I am STILL WAITING!
