Lenovo phone

I have bought Lenovo A858T phone for 95$. I think I got product for his money. I mean it is cheap and works so. Signal is not stable. Material is not so good. But it works and support 4G. Shipping was very long also. Shipping took more then month.

DISGUSTING DISHONESTY

There are many shops to AliExpress. However, two of them are beyond dishonest. I ordered a pony tail extension from one shop which I never received. THEN I ordered a supposedly 925 Sterling Silver ring which, although stamped 925 as advertised was actually silver copper plated. When I took her to task about it she changed the wording on her site, but TOO LATE! I have a screenshot. She is ignoring me and although the majority of the sellers are honest, many are passing off sterling silver for silver plated and you are still paying the same price. Plus I want my bloody pony tail, it must have been a year and I am STILL WAITING!

The seller contacted me after shipping the goods out and they said that the goods was brought back to them by the trucker. So they wanted to refund me and asked for my paypal account. I consented and gave them my paypal. But after 22 days, I have not received my refund but the goods. I already bought it from the other seller and received it for a while. Because I trusted them and they told me the goods would not be delivered to me. It's not my fault and I am not supposed to pay it including the shipment returning it. It was radiculous that AliExpress asked me to ship the item back to China even if I chose 'Ship from the United States' when I placed the order. I don't care about where it was from originally.

I bought several devices from a seller on ALi Express. The seller send me wrong device and I disputed the case. Ali Express took the seller side and when I appealed they did the same. Ali Express took the seller side again. If I presented my arguments to a naive person he/she could understand they point I was making and how i was spammed. But Ali Express did not listen to my points. It is obvious that Ali Express would take the seller side when they get their commission from the seller.

No customer service

I dispute a transaction in aliexpress and aliexpress says in dispute details it is escalated and "We will contact you at the complaint center within 2 calendar days". Past morethan 1 week and thay didnt contact me. I really dont recommend aliexpress. Recommend ebay.

I purchased a phone from Ali Express that was used and full of malware. After 5 months of being told that my claim would be escalated to the upper team by 4 different client service representatives, I was finally told that when I don't hear back from that team, that basically my claim has been disapproved, and that I would only hear back once if approved.

Thief my money

It'd been a few weeks now and I have yet to receive my money from AliExpress. I bought a wig from a seller on their website and the hair was poorly made unwearable so I returned it. The hair was delivered and upon contacting them for my money they still refused to return my money. I don't recommend doing business with them plus the staff Mavis was very rude, unprofessional and inconsider. Spend you money local these people don't care and customer satisfaction, won't be doing business with AliExpress and Allovehair seller ever again. The seller try to extort me saying if I give them 5 star review they would release my money. How could I be dishonest the hair is trash I won't lie to people.

Very satified

If you are using your common sense, aliexpress is a realy good marketplace. I have bought a lot of items, and had a very few disputes (all closed in my favour).

You can't expect much if you are cheap. Spend a little bit more money on a specific product, and you will see that there are a lot of good sellers. Especially pay atention to "Top sellers", every item that I bought from top sellers, were wery good quality.

AliExpress is horrible!

AliExpress does nothing to help when it says your order has been delivered when obviously it was not delivered! I tried to cancel my order literally 5 minutes after I ordered it and of course they said they would cancel it, but the same night it said it was to late to cancel! So then I started looking into all the reviews for AliExpress and now I see I made a mistake by ordering anything from this AliExpress and I will never do it again!

7 days to arrive in The UK

The laptop is very nice, runs Manjaro Linux without issues, the battery lasts 6-8 hours depending on usage and it arrived in 7 days. Exceptional service from Aliexpress, I never had such quick delivery from Ali especially around this time of the year (Christmas)

Ali Express... Not Again!

It has been a while since I ordered anything from Ali Express. I recently did. On November 10,2016, I ordered a maternity prop outfit for my daughters maternity pictures. The order was shipped out on the 20th of November according the them. It is now December 29th and no outfit. The tracking has not moved. They keep saying maybe bad weather in my country. I notice they say that a lot. I opened a dispute for a refund on December 23rd. Now I have to wait until January to see what will happen. I am starting not to like anything coming from China.

Ali express needs to listen to buyers more and look at proof, you buy something, get the wrong product en its the buyers fault according to ali express dispute team!

I have been using Alixpress for a number of years now and have never had any problems. The site is well run and the few disputes I have had have resulted in a full refund. I can't understand the number of negative posts here.

A horrible website

A horrible website. Matter of fact they have a lot of seeler like wedding zahing and so fort, full of lies. I ordered a dress for my roommates wedding. They sent me the wrong color and wrong dress 7 days before the wedding. Then they said they would sent me the correct one. I got nothing on the mail. Then when i left a bad review the seller contacts me saying he'll refund my money if i change the feedback. So i do, and he stops replying me and the website isn't helping me. Hence i lost $200 on dress which has stains and something i'll never get to wear. So try not to order from here. It's really really bad

The site sells directly from China but does not offer better pricing than websites based in the US. The problem is with AliExpress support and disputes. If you have a problem with an order you will lose the dispute and will get no resolution options. So you file a dispute and YOU WILL LOSE because it is AliExpress and they only want your money.
If you use a US company you have at least a chance to win or get resolution. I deleted my account and will never buy from them again.

I bought this power bank, and do you believe that the time limit for ordering processing time is 70+ days? And I ask the seller since it has been 2 weeks waiting for it to process order. I did ask the seller why it has not being process for shipment yet? The does not replied anything. I am cancelling the order, and the seller refuse to cancel my order. And also do not believe the seller rating given by the reviewiers. The reviewers tend to be selective and probably the most favourable review will only be shown.

The items aren't the cheapest but the free shipping is really attractive. You'll be good if the item is working but if it's faulty then you need to prepare to spend time and money for refund - delivery fee back to seller; time and effort to take photos and videos of proofs.

The worst kind of seller I encountered are those that drag and drag and in the end still nothing! And the worst of the worst, AliExpress might side with the seller and you get nothing but a bad taste in your mouth and a faulty item.

I hate it

So I came across this website and ordered a pair of sneakers and some tops. The seller selling the sneakers never shipped my shoes and said to me " We are sorry but our item is out of stock" so I'm waiting for 2 weeks for my shoes to ship and was told that They stole my money without telling me that my item is out of stock. Then the tops I never received I was given a tracking but wasn't mine the package was going to Spain and I live in the U.S. I contacted the seller and explained the situation about the tracking they insured me it was mine. But I doubled checked my address info and it was all correct. SO never got my items and I called my bank and they reimbursed me and the shoe seller messaged me saying I stole money from him and I did not when they never sent my shoes. Never again will I buy from aliexpress. I hope you get shut down ASAP

I got a phone that only work on USA on 2 G. The manufacturer stays that works on USA on 4G lite. I have to pay like 60 dollars to return it to China. Customer retained and the manufacturer did not want to pick it up. I have almost five months on the dispute. I do not have the phone and they billing me. Do not buy from Alliiexpress! You will be sorry like me

Ali is oke.

For people in Europe it's not the quickest way to place an order, but surely it; s one of the savest.
Ali aways help the customer in a dispute with the seller and only once in 500 orders I dissagre with there dissicion.
