I purchased a food sealer from aliexpress and It was an earopean model for european plug... I didnot get my refund from them because I dint have a camrera (it broken)... What am I suppose to do with this 30$ piece of dung?

I ordered a ladies' silk top, large size, from Ssilk Store via Ali Express. Large size in UK is 39 - 41" bust, this one measured 35" across. When I complained ti to the seller, they said I could return it to the shop in China for a refund but refused to pay for the postage, which, when I checked, would cost almost as much as the silk top. This was my first experience of using Ali Express and I certainly won't be using it again.
I claimed the the shoes i purchase (app 90$) was not genuine leather as described.
AliExpress replied that i have no evidences.
They are both in the same country and I am in UAE.
Aliexpres should verify that the materials are as described, and not to transfer the money to the seller while the depute is still open.
I placed my order Feb 28th for our March 26th wedding. Here it is April 5th and still no merchandice. The seller "friend" was horrible in assisting us. He was suppose to track our package weeks ago and yesterday he responds with a 50% off offer... that doesn't help! Even though their site said 5-15 days to deliver... what a joke

They take your order money they used it t for a month or two and they give you a scammer tracking then when you talk to the costumer service about your order they give you a hard time to answer your questions
The seller lied to me and sent the wrong item. I ordered 9kg item, he sent 4.5kg item instead. He asked me to send him 30 more dollars, so he can send the right item. Aliexpress asked me to return the item, seller pays return postage. Checked with Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, Fedex it was more than the item cost. £62 item (same price for return postage). Tried to contact Aliexpress multiple times, you just cannot get in touch with them at all, their chatbot Eva is useless. Aliexpress is a scam website if you have a problem and want to return an item. They will not help you. In the terms and conditions it was said that if the return cost is higher than the item cost, contact Aliexpress for the solution, but it was impossible to contact them, chatbot never transfers you to the live agent. It works as a scam.
I ordered a gift for my son in November and was told it would arrive by Dec. 6th. That day came and went. The seller wouldn't respond other than to say it had shipped. The tracking number wouldn't work. When I contacted Ali Express they wouldn't help with issue. They wouldn't give me a refund. I contacted PayPal and they would issue a refund because Ali Express told them I had gotten the item. I hadn't. Then finally on Jan 3rd after Christmas a package arrived and low and behold my missing item that was supposed to be a Christmas give to my son arrived. So I guess now I just wait til next year because I had already gotten a different gift from a more reputable source for my son. Just disgusting customer service and no compensation for my troubles. I do not at all recommend this Chinese run company. (I discovered later that it was Chinese.)
Until the moment, I reccomend this place. I`ve bought more than forty articles. Only in 2 cases I didn, t recieve the parcel but was a problem with the spanish delivery company; when the warranty period expired, Aliexpress refunded me the money in the first 24-48 hours. After that I have bought a cellular phone and all perfect in package and in time.

There is a reason aliexpress has so many negative reviews. It is literally a scam site. They will remove your feedback if it is negative, they will not refund you even when it is clear the seller scammed you. Do your self a favor and stay away from these scamers.

Ordered curved knifes for a really cheap price.
They are cheap indeed but still they are knifes with a decent black coat and can be sharpened. Hands OK for medium to small hands, a little less for big hands.
On Aliexpress I am always satisfied, I bought many things and I have always been satisfied. Some sellers do a little "crafty", but with Aliexpress it always resolves everything.

After being a dedicated customer for a long time i can safely say that when it comes to Aliexpress all is well until you run into a problem and ask for their help. They have no respect for their customers and in fact they have no customer support or support email aside from a chat bot that's never helpful.
I bought a Braze torch and after a 3 month wait i received a laser level. When i opened a dispute, uploaded all the evidence and asked for a refund or the correct item to be sent... they answered that the package wasn't empty, the item wasn't missing and refused to compensate me.
You read it correctly, i said that the item i received wasn't the one i ordered and they answered that the package wasn't empty and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
All in all i'd stay clear of Aliexpress and use another, more trustworthy platform for any online purchases.

I placed several clothing orders, all of them came with the wrong usa sizes, requested xxl and is not even a usa small. Aliexpess web site take you no were when you wand to open a dispute, you need to upload photos and videos, but the web site shows a error with the video upload... basically you go no where,,,,,, what a waist of money..
My family and me we've 85% of good experience, and 15% on bad experience. I belive Aliexpress need to do a deep clean to take out the bad sellers. Yes, we need that.
