Aliexpress website is flashing with promotions where you can get a $3 item for $0.01 with free shipping. The fake promotions are their weapon fool customers. As soon as you pay, your order will be closed for "security reasons". Not a single rule on the promotion mentions anything about use of credit card. Rules snapshot attached. My sibling and I used the same credit card and both of our orders that contained even $1 discount were cancelled while full price items were processes without the "security concern". If your order goes through for using a new credit card, it will NEVER arrive and you will be have $0.01 refunded to your account. The bank fees for international transactions and money lost in conversion rate will not be accounted as loss by aliexpress. You will lose money, time and enjoy a wide range of disappointments.
If you dare bring it up to the customer services, you will end up fighting with a robot for few hours. If by any chance, you come across a Mary or Olivia, then you need to bear their attitude. The customer reps have no sympathy for the customer and kept sending Alibaba rules with fine print articles that are not ever shown on the site. The rules are attached in the snapshot but the fine print is on another website and shared only when you have realized how Aliexpress robbed you.
Don't fall for these chinese gimmicks. You won't receive the products or get very low quality damaged goods. If you want to file for refund, the chinese folks immediately forget how to communicate in english!

I purchased a couple of grow lights and the products were nothing like the given specifications on the website. The footprint was much smaller, over 50%, and the led's were only running at 20% efficiency. The vendor sells nothing but fake lights and after confrontation wanted to give me a coupon for a discount on a new light, which of course is also fake. The vendor is Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd. and the lights are the BESTVA Series. If you are looking for quality, stay away from this vendor and light series.

Lost time and money

I've purchased a USD 140 product, and the shipping cost was USD 60.

The seller shipped the product without all the necessary information, and the product didn't pass through customs and went back to the seller.

The result? I waited for 3 months in vain, and AliExpress decided that I should pay for the shipping cost, despite the seller's mistake.

They returned the USD 140 I paid for the product, but I lost USD 60 (the shipping cost) and never received my product. Because of a seller's fault.

I'll NEVER buy anything else there and I don't recommend AliExpress to anyone.

Easy and cheap

I m glad that i can find any intersting-piece from aliexpress cheaper than my country. Moreover, aliexpress solve almost all of the problems in favor of costumer. Site includes many products in various qualities. I can find anything by the help of filters^.^

Don't waist your time!

These guys have VERY PORE customer Service. I tried ordering 5 different items. I went through the checkout with my VISA and details and their ORDERING page said that I still needed to order them. SAD! STAY AWAY!

The site might be flashy.
They even boast of customer protection - however if you have a problem with a product, you are in for a shock.

Aliexpress protects the seller at your expense.

Have purchased a wireless headset from NAIKU Official Store.
The item stopped working properly in a few weeks.
The supplier https://naiku1.aliexpress.com/store/*******?spm=a2g0s.*******.0.0.*******c4dWMMWgW - just ignores you.

Up to now we have communicated nine times with Aliexpress customer representatives - what a joke.

There sole objective is to frustrate you so that you ignore your complaint

I bought a product that they said it fits to my Glock pistol. The product they sent me didn't fit. It is a low quality. I tried to solve the issue, but never had a costumer service person, just a computer generated messages. Their website is confusing, contradicting the information between the pages. At the end, I never had a solution for my problem. They stole my money.

Never got items

For 5 years i have been buying from aliexpress since the covid 19 outbreak and the now tariffs on everything i have got none of of my 5 items ordered us customs must be holding the items from china i cannot see getting at least one of the items also no customer service no live chat with a person and file a dispute with a seller aliexpress always gos in there favor thank you trump no items out of china now what i can suggest now is buy nothing from aliexpress if you do your just giveing your money away for a item you will never get i have seen the other complaints on here seems im not the only one that got riped off glad they was just a few dollar items

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed two orders at the same time. One arrived but the other has never arrived, the seller won't refund the money, I keep getting excuses, and AliExpress has you jump through hoops to get a refund and months later I am STILL trying to get this resolved! The items come from China and may take 6-8 weeks to even arrive! Ridiculous when I've ordered stuff on Ebay that came from China and arrived in a timely manner. There's no guarantee you will get the shipment so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Honestly theres much fewer shady sellers and fakes on Aliexpress compared to Ebay and amazon, I feel safe shopping this site, and i almost always find what i need at a cheaper price than I can get locally

I have made about 8 purchases, including jewellery and clothes, have also recived refunds twice, once for a fake seller, once due ot item being out of stock.

We just need to make sure that the seller we are picking our products have veery good feedback and have been trading for at least 4 months on the site. This can be found on the " visit seller site " on the right hand side of the product page and then " feedback" on the seller"s site...

Free shipping: If you are a consumer, ensure you always pick the option: Free shipping and one pice only and seller rating to get the best results.
Amazing site. Huge discounts and amazing prices..

I like the site, but the problem is that the seller sometimes delay the shipping until 5 days to ship, some sellers choose differents logistics with track no standard and it's difficult to find.

I like the messanger because one can talk with the seller

Not safe to buy on AliExpress, you will not receive the product you have paid for and AliExoress will not help you, when AE's system falsely confirm your receipt of the order without your knowledge. You will be asked to get some impossible proof that you did not receive your order so that they do not have to do anything to help you. How does anyone prove the order did not come?! It is not safe to buy on AliExpress, AE and sellers are together to scam you.

RIPP OFF

Ordered 8 items of clothing. After 4 disputes and 65 days still nothing has arrived. I have had to go to mybank and dispite the transaction on my credit card to get my 32 dollars back. I warn all Australians NOT TO ORDER from aliexpress or any other chinky chonk site!

I recently purchased a s4 phone case from Shenzhen TOMYOU Technology Co., Ltd. I never received my order. I ordered it December 8th and still have yet to get it at. It said that it was confirmed to be delivered on December 18th, I check my mail and I checked with the post office who said they didn't have it and if they did it would have been delivered. I contacted Jackie who was anything but helpful. He put blame on the post office, refused to send me a case or refund me my money. It's a Damn joke trying to contact aliexpress. Don't waste your time or your money

Dishonest sellers are protected, save your money because if you need a refund you will not get it! Does this look like a burgundy dress? Well I got a burgundy dress in the mail and lost cloee to $30 because they stuck with their story "you no order yellow dress", and they kept my $$. Dishonest sellers = NOT A RELIABLE SITE.

Ordered a Nexus 5 D821 (International Model) board from Store No. ******* (Seller: Legolas Elf Store: Tea Brings Beauty& Health Store No: *******) and seller sent a D820 (US Model) board. Cannot use 4G therefore its a waste. Sent 86 messeges to seller, chatted with 20 different agents, wasted around 16 hours of chat. Avoid AliExpress. Pure scammers from top to bottom.
NB: All transcripts, messages, screenshots and evidence are available on request. Will surely hand this evidence to anyone who wants to investigate further. Will also upload evidence when I have some spare time.

I ordered a product 27-Jan on-line from AliExpress. They charged my credit card and than shipped the product to an INCOMPLETE address. The USPS destroyed the package because AliExpress did not include a return address. AliExpress has refused to refund the purchase and continues to send messages stating for me to contact USPS. AliExpress refuses to refund the charge.
WARNING! Recommend to ALL not do business with this company, or at least I will not. The company advertises very low prices but will not Honor mistakes they have made. I ordered the product on Jan27. It is now March 12 and who ever is responding my request ONLY responds with "we see your package was not delivered - contact USPS - who in fact has posted on their Tracking that the package was destroyed.

Ordered and recieved a pilot watch which in product description was supposed to be super luminous. It isn't and am stuck with an inferior product. Tried to reach a resolution but no luck. Am stuck with cjeap product. Never again.
