I opened case in oct 18.2017asked a refund for items i didnt receive they asked me to wait for the seller response in oct 26 seller reject it aliexpress asked me to wait 10 thats should be unit nov 4 yesterday no body do anything thing they didnt response when i talk to their customer service they say will ask the management to give you response as soon as possible other agents say we r waiting for the seller response and the seller doesnt response as usual because he doesnt want to refund the money. Today they send another email to wait another 10 days. What kind of company is that? I didnt get my orders seller doesnt answer, aliexpress doesnt do anything just put customer on hold 10 days after 10 days i dont advise any one deal with them ebay with pay pal is the best and i have a really good experience with them when i call customer service they answer when i ask for refund they do it right away without lying on the customer and put him on hold for ever for no reason.
Don't even think of canceling an order. Keep getting refused. I even payed for postage. What a joke. Over 4 weeks to receive item when I payed for quick delivery. Communication is also a joke. All I received was a condasending emoji. What an insult. I have spent a lot of money on Ali express and the more I deal with them the worst the experience is.
I bought LCD for my mobile to replace broken one. After receiving new one from seller i placed it on mobile and noticed strange behavior of it. Touch function was unusable and white was very green. Brightness of screen was about 30% of the old one. See picture for reference. I opened dispute but aliexpress claimed it invalid: there was functional problem and they simply said "there is none" despite video i sent, and about green white thats their explanation - "DIFFERENT COLOR - DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER". Thats my lesson, i will never buy lcd from aliexpress again.
On the 24th of May 2014 I purchased Peruvian lose wave 24, 26, 28, 30 which is a total of $287 from luxy hair.co/ ailluxy store number ******* order number ************** on the sellers police it states that if hair is not as described the buyer can refund the item and the the seller will pay the return postage so on receiving my order I noticed that the hair was shredding a lot and tangling the hair is not human hair, after opening a dispute th seller is refusing to pay for the item refund. She has been harassing me on phone calling me at odd hours and emailing me to leave good feedback and trying to bully me now the seller is not willing to pay for the return postage and I am now left with very bad item and lost money as well so please can can you ask the seller to honour the promise of a full refund policy as I am now very scared of buying anything on this website. I fee like I have been defrauded and scammed.
DECEPTIVE LIES:
I use to purchase items from Aliepress and now they are totally unreliable, deceptive, cunning, lack of communication skills all together, my complaint have been ignored a million time for example: my 2 orders never recieved its been 4 months, refund was ignored, checked their tracking numbers for shipments my orders were never delivered so was delayed but never got thur the flight.
Their customer service is really very unreliable and response time is so poor, they stole my money the items I order and got away with it.
Most of their products are counterfits and not reliable especially in electronics and clothing... so beware consumers be careful what you buy or lose all your money from this company... I learn my lesson..
It is an aweful and nightmarish experience with these bigots. I am in the middle of it and am so frustrated. I ordered a gift fot my son's birthday on July 30 and today August 11 is his birthday and it is not shipped to me. When I want to track my order, they ask for my username and password. I hit the password forgot button and they advise me that I would get. 6 digit code but I did that may be 100 times all ready and I never got that elusive 6 digit code!? When I chat with the online 'Robotic' personnel, she answers me every single time with, "How can I help you"? I write my question and send to her and her answer would again be "how can I help"? They do not have a phone number for us to speak to a real person. I will never ever do business with thwm again. An aweful service really!

NEVER ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE. I ordered a few items from this site before at first not knowing the products were very low quality, but the cheap price lured me in. At one point one of their crooked merchant never delivered the item and the system allowed them to get paid. I tried to open dispute with aliexpress and all they said in a nutshell was, sorry too late... Forget about navigating to get to customer service. When you write to them you'll get a generic email they probably send out to dissatisfied customers. STAY AWAY from Aliexpress and don't get ripped off.

I just bought 2 pair of Salomon shoes from AliExpress, after 40 days I received 2 pair of shoes which are unstandardized size. They are smaller. Someone said, Asian size is smaller, but they specified EUR size as well. Salomon shoes should be standard size all of the world. It only can approved, on aliexpress selling the fake shoes

I purchased a few items from AliExpress however they were defective and broke down after use. The TSA key broke off, food container utensil do no fit and the bow tie accessory was poorly made. NEVER AGAIN.
I always buy products from Amazon and Temu. First time i tried it from AliExpress. I was not happy with the shoe since the width was small and started causing pain on my foot. I started asking for the return process within a week after receiving the product. Their customer service is very bad. Their app is pathetic. Seller asked me to dispute. I raised the dispute so many times and told them that seller is ready to refund the amount, so initiate the return process. They simply rejected all my dispute and said they need more evidence. I have also submitted my hospital visit and xray which they suggested for my foot pain. They don't even consider anything. I never had to give such a big explanation to other online platforms like amazon and temu. They simply refund the money without asking for the details. NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM ALIEXPRESS. THEY ARE REALLY HORRIBLE
The version of the OS on the tablet I bought at AliExpress was called "KUNG" Obviously this version of Android has been altered by it's sellers or manufactures. Something in this OS makes some apps by Google notably G+, not able to install.
This is a huge problem for keeping the tablet safe from malware and infections and viruses as well as making it useless as this is one of the apps I use most.
I disputed 50% of this purchase and made a video showing the problem to AliExpress and they promptly turned it down.
Stay away from AliExpress and its sellers.

I got refunded from AliExpress after getting scammed on a Lenovo P780 phone which I never received. I had opened a dispute and later the supplier was found to have "unsafe trading activities". My money was refunded within 10 days after AliExpress suspended this supplier. I like AliExpress and my experience with them so far has been great, also my friends who buy items from this website never had any issues.
My advice: use your common sense when buying online otherwise you might get scammed on Aliexpress just as like on eBay, Amazon and ANY OTHER online marketplace. Cheers.
I've ordered a lot of times from aliexpress like jewelries and bags. They are saying that it is silver, but believe me, it isn't. Try to leave your ordered hewelries from aliexpress in an open air. No box and plastic, few days after they will become yellow. They also say hypoallergenic but it isn't. I ordered bags from aliexpress worth 70 it is supposed to be gift to my friends. The store's name is HAPPY SHOPPING FACTORY OUTLETS. It is all with bags. The seller called lanlan is ignoring me. I sent her a million of messages and the worst part was they automatically declare that it was delivered to me. When she always say wait dear wait it will be there tomorrow until my open dispute is over and now i haven't received any message from her. So beware. Do not buy any bags from this seller. And my comment was not shown on her reviews. The other costumer before me put the same comment asking where are her bags? I saw it that afternoon and the next day it's gone.
I took 3 days off work waiting for my package to arrive. Not only did they not show up on the first day, but they didn't book me in for another delivery. I had to call and then wait another 2 days. I missed that delivery at 4:20 pm after waiting all day, but I did leave an authority to leave the package at my front door! They somehow managed to ignore that. Then another delivery was scheduled and they didn't bother showing up again after I waited all day. And by the way, as I write this, I AM STILL WAITING! The customer service operator and her supervisor were so incredibly rude and basically told me I have to wait for the driver to text me ON THE DAY to tell me that they will be arriving! So they have my order and I have no idea when it will be arriving... SO STAY AWAY!

I've placed 3 orders with Ali Express over the last few months - NEVER again! Orders take months to show, are missing items or the wrong item is shipped. Communication with Ali Express is a joke as well. If you like to gamble, go ahead and order. If you want the product you paid for - AVOID!

My goods never arrived, told by Ali express I needed to chase UK customs, Ali fabricated tracking which showed it cleared customers then never arrived at uK postal facility, but like I said, I'm 99.9% sure the tracking is fabricated.
I made a purchase, & received tracking info, but it is fraudulent & made up by the seller.

Ali Express say they offer a 11 day delivery guarantee, my parcel has been 30 days & nothing from Ali Express.
