A place where scammers are scamming customers in any possible way, and aliexpress deletes negative customer reviews about these scammers. Dont expect to be protected, to have a right for something. You have right to be scammed only. And dont expect fair disputes-all og them are closed for benefit of scammers

Stolen Phone
October 23, 2020

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi phone from D-PHONE Online Store and it was shipped Caniao Express. When it finally arrived I saw that the package had been open and sealed back up so I suspected Canada Post had inspected the package but when I opened it the phone had been removed only the wall charger cable and empty phone box remained. I filed a complaint with AliExpress and sent photos and a short video to no avail as they would not refund me and gave the seller the payment and the thief got a brand new phone. I got ripped off and lost $268.81. So buyer beware as I am sure I'm not the only one that got taken by these thief's.

I've been buying regularly from aliexpess for years and never had a problem. Once i had an order that didn't turn up and contacted the company. They asked me if could eait just a bit longer or they could refund or resend it. I agreed to wait a bit longer. Still didn't turn up and just as i went to contact them it arrived. Checked and it was posted when they said. It just must've gone astray I the post. Everything else had turned up pretty much within the time frame. Be prepared to wait up to a month though for your items unless you pay extra for fast shipping. I was prepared to wait as most items i bought were cheap and included free postage.
Have bought some lovely jewellery from there as well as clothing and electrical. Bought a phone once but wouldn't venture into electrical items again as its too hard with warranty if needed.

I bought a battery from Alixpress and when the item was arrived and it was not as described. So I filed a dispute and Aliexpress told me to send the item back for refund but there was a catch that I had to pay for shipping charge instead of the seller and the shipping cost was more than the battery itself.
Do not buy anything expensive from Alliexpress or China because returning purchased items could result in high cost and dishonest from one sellers in China. Buy only with EBay or Amazon or reputable Chinese vendors have offices in the USA.

Stay the heck away from this site if you value your money. Firstly, they have a SINGLE JOB of running the site properly, which is EXACTLY what they are not doing. My order could not be placed "because the server is down"? After trying to contact customer support by chatting I was not able to send a message. They may have lower prices, but it is deffinitely less of a hastle to just buy the product in a shop or using some other site.

Risky website

I ordered many products. Most of them arrived only after 4 weeks of shipping. But the products did in fact work. The quality is usually okay but NOT GOOD. However, the customer service is really bad. Money back guarantee is a lie. I orderd 2 remote controls. They did not work at all. The cost of sending it back was more than the purchase costs. They do not accept proof of faulty equipment. Many people are really unhappy. So if the product is good, you are lucky if not, do not expect anything from them. The complaints procedure is very bad. It is very difficult to upload pictures and video take 90 minutes to upload on a 300MB connnection. Many security programs like McAFee and Kapersky list the site as unsafe. So when you buy there is a real risk. Most of the reviews by other users are also very bad

1. Ordered 10 left handed Golf gloves on 24 April 2023;
2. Received items on 8 May 2023;
3. The items were Right Handed gloves which can not be used;
4. I have triggered the refund process on 12 May 2023;
5. As Aliexpress demand, I have shipped the items back to the seller on 13 May 2023;
6. The seller have received the parcel 12 June 2023;
7. Refund of AUD 88.04 for the items received on 12 June 2023;
8. I have made appeal to ask Aliexpress to assist rufunding AUD$23.50 of postage for returning the items on 13 June 2023;
9. The appeal has been rejected on 14 June 2023;
I can not contact anyone from Aliexpress since then. They only have a robot called Eva who can only frustrate you with no brainer answers.

Dishonest sellers

I have found that there seem to be quite a few dishonest sellers & Aliexpress keep them on. I am getting a bit fed up with losing money to these dishonest sellers who send cheap rubbish to generate a tracking number & do not send the goods you ordered & paid a lot of money for. A lot of sellers are con artists who lie about what they sent. Then there are the very honest reliable sellers with whom it is a pleasure to do business with.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIDY HOUSE STORE as they are completely DISHONEST. They sent me. 25c cheap plastic hair ties to generate a tracking number & trick Aliexpress into thinking they sent me the items I actually paid $40 for which were plastic coin wallets.
See photo of cheap rubbish they sent me just to generate a tracking number. I had paid for 23 x 100 piece packs of coin wallets but they sent this cheap crap. Ripped off alright by the biggest lying scammers.

Worst service ever
January 20, 2016

I bought a tunic with pants. First the order was cancelled for "security reasons", however the money was still charged to my card. Then I was asked to send a copy of my passport if I wanted to order, but the button to "submit" the upload of the photo does not work, does not allow you to submit it. Then I ordered it again and I was told again to "send documents" but they don't allow it to be uploaded and there is no help or customer service button to be able to even ask for help. It's the worst service ever...! They still charged me the money but no product was delivered.

AliExpress customer service lied to me
They told me to return an item I bought from a vendor on AliExpress and I would get a refund from AliExpress because the vendor did not honour free return.
I returned the item and AliExpress ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT TRUST AliExpress. They lied. I lost CA $58.76

Very poor quality

I bought a model of the Titanic with lights which was supposed to be compatible to Lego.
My goodness me what a disappointment none of the bags were labelled correctly and the colours didn't match up with what they should have been. There were pieces missing and none of the pieces fitted. I am convinced they were all rejects.
The name block which should have spelt TITANIC spelt TITANAC. I was so disappointed with the whole thing and wish I had never bought the thing.
I would definitely NOT recommend to anybody and would not buy from this company again.

SCAMMERS

After i paid for a product and waited 6 weeks for the seller to answer me if im getting it or not, he did not answer to my messages anymore. I had to open a dispute and ask for refund. Here is where ALIEXPRESS SCAM jumps in. They only refund me 81$ out of 96$. CRAP PLATFORM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

We are a 5 years old Aliexpress client. Huge story but we will try to short.
We purchased a Cube tablet from "Shenzhen Senyong Electronic Technology CO., Ltd." (http://senyong.aliexpress.com/store/*******). - Manager: Weijie Huang.
The tablet received, stopped working after few months but outside it was brand new.
We forced to send it back to China (Why God?) we paid all shippings and after 2 months we received it absolutelly damaged, scratched and not working.
We believe that the seller never took the tablet to the Cube company to fix it.

Seller is a liar, scammer and their reviews are fake.
DO NOT BUY from Shenzhen Senyong Electronic Technology CO., Ltd. He is the WORST Seller and we lost 300 Euro.

Aliexpress DOESN'T protect clients. We are very disappointed and we have stopped buying from this scam site.

Bought a GPS, after 65 days still hadn't received, tried to open dispute, but Aliexpress said we had reached an agreement. No way you can contact Aliexpress and opening a dispute is totally useless. Most of the sellers are complete frauds and Aliexpress is there to work with your money for 60 days or more, that is, in case you ever get it back. Never buy anithinG in Aliexpress. FRAUD, FRAUD.

The site boosts that if you do not receive the order within 60 days, it will offer full refund. I ordered an item in November and shipped by registered mail. It is now March and still no item. Went through the arbitration process and at the end, they decided that I didnot have any proof and refused the refund, what proof can you provide if you have not received the item. The tracking nunber they provide cannot be tracked by the local post office. I have ordered many items from them before, this is the first time I have to use the arbition process and found it to be totally useless. It does not protect the buyer.

Aliexpress is just a bullying online shopping, the dont refund your money, they torture, they bully, ignore, than finally they scrow you real good, no more further communicating, and make you wait for couple of months so that you forget about your items and refund... since may I am waiting for my item, and never been recieved, even when you open dispute, they still ignor you. So up until now that is July 13, there is no item, no refunds, no more comunication from aliexpress..

People have to understand that there is always a risk in online shopping. You must protect yourself. Before you click "Pay," you have to make sure if you can trust a seller. I was very, very, very careful and had a great experience.

I was looking for both front and rear seat covers for my car, and I found some very cute ones at Ali. Of course by this time I already read many negative reviews about the website so I was really careful.
I picked a couple of stores and emailed all of them, and purchased from one of those who replied me immediately (She replied me in a minute after I emailed her!).
Many times I made sure that I would receive the exact same product in the same color as shown in their photo in a right size.
It took about 2 weeks for them to process my order but the product arrived only 5 days after they sent it to me (they used FedEx).
It is exactly same as the photo. It's beautiful and I love it.

Yes it IS true that there are many bad Chinese sellers, but if you become a smart buyer and choose a seller very very carefully, you will be fine. And if you are looking for great seat covers go to The best price best service!

Only thing is that it would be better if the product description was in English and it came with a how-to manual book. But I'm just so satisfied so I don't care! Thank you very much.

Photos are the actual covers I received. I haven't done putting all of them, but there is no missing part. It had some wrinkles but that's one thing they can do nothing since they have to put the product in a box, so I don't mind.

Rifle scope cost 160 USD which I believe I was getting a great scope but when the product arrived what a disappointment! Product was broken and I tried to contact seller but no response from seller not from AlieExpress. The number by the webside was *******200 but the number was not working. Get your product from a US company better quality and much much better customer service! They only sell crap!
