Very good shop. The sellers are very friendly and the security after payment, no question. I never had any problem.
I ordered items and waited long enough. I receive notification its been delivered at 5am. My local post office doesnt work at that time nor did they receive any parcel. Tracming number provided is fake as it doesnt come up anywhere. Have tried to reason for a refund but their dispute process and case management team have been very unreasonable and unplessant to deal. Never again and strongly advise to stay away from aliexpress. Bunch of scammers. Stole my money and neber delivered my items.
Had been a customer for last five years. Hardly i faced any problem. Whenever i came across some trouble, Ali eXpress helped each time in a quick and favourable way.
I ordered a bicycle tyre and seller could not deliver after accepting payment. The refund is only partial.
Then it happened a second time.

AliExpress.com has become THE hub for product SCAMS. The company has no interest in customer service. Try and leave a message anywhere on their site. Good luck, you'll spend hours trying to find any kind of review or communication with them. I've had it with AliExpress. Most of the products are low-priced, perfect for SCAMMING everyone, with no recourse. I'm done with getting ripped off from them and their low-life suppliers like Super Tempered Film Store. NO MORE SCAMMING FOR THIS GUY.
This company should not advertise money back guaranteed. The service is okay if you get your item but beware if you don't. I didn't receive my order or a refund.
I have been buying from this site for 4years and must have bought a couple of hundred items. Art and jewellery supplies the only problem I ever has was when I bought two items of clothing where the quality and size was awful but anything else I ever bought was perfect and I always contacted the seller before I bought to ask for a picture of the actual item so I've stuck to the same few reliable sellers and you really need to test out different sellers. I bought the same item 3times from 3 diff sellers with diff ratings and prices and amazingly the ones I found the best were those with a lower scoring
This site is terrible. I've ordered clothes & shoes... what a mistake! The quality terrible, with poorly sewn items, including uneven hems & shoddy seams, as well as damage on the product such as glue marks & scratches. When trying to get a refund, don't even bother. The sellers don't seam to care & AliExpress sides with them. Sizes for clothes are always smaller than listed (I go by actual inches/cms, not by typical sizing). I was told "Because the product is only partially damaged, you only get a partial refund" as though I would wear a dress shoe that's covered in scratches & glue marks. I got less than 10% refund. You can return it for a full refund, but shipping costs are on the buyer no matter if the fault is the seller's & you MUST provide tracking proof. In Canada, this usually means that shipping costs more than the product itself. Customer service is a joke. Not only is it extremely difficult to get a hold of an actual person, but they lie. I was promised a full refund by one, which I never received. Then the next told me something different... which also never happened. Garbage company. If you want to take chances with quality like this, go to Wish. At least they refund quickly & hassle-free.
I see ALL these very BAD reviews and still people continue to keep them in business... But I thank all of the people who left their comments because I was fixing to order some items from them and now I'm DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO... you would think these people would give quality customer service and merchandise and they could have a successful business. But NOT WITH THOSE KIND OF REVIEWS... that's why I would rather walk into a local Melrose or Papaya and pay $20 for a good shirt that fits and I can return with no problems. Why would anyone in their right mind order anything from them after seeing all of the disappointed customers... DON'T assume your any different
I have bought 14 items from this site this year. This site is a total scam! They will take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. They have no customer service number to call or anything of such. The only items I did not have a problem with (besides one pair of shorts, which came ripped) were the clothes. Anything from this site that requires a battery or any type of assembly is straight BOGUS!... I opened plenty of disputes and none of them ever got resolved. They just disappear into thin air. Its really sad.

I've been shopping on Aliexpress over 20 years and I have realized that AliExpress don't care about their Customers but ONLY favor sellers.
Ali Express fails to provide accountability, legitimate customer service to the buyer.
It's *impossible* to speak to anyone (which is really frustrating!) and the help section of the website is completely automated.Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.
I've had some good purchases from AliExpress, but when things go wrong you're on your own.
You'll probably have to try and reclaim costs from your bank.
AliExpress's duty is to verify their sellers yet unlike EBAY or Amazon they are the Worst for customer services.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure seller is shipping what you have bought. Ali Express is not going to help.
There is no oversight or real attempt by this site to check on the sellers veracity.
Customer service protect the sellers only because that is where this site has chosen to put their trust.
Do not buy from any New Sellers that have no history or good reviews.
When you file a dispute, prepare for the dancing and the lies.
You can only depend of your Credit card to cancel your transaction and get a refund.
I have been on Ali Express for many years but the prices are now rising quickly and in some cases now more expensive than local.
At the same time small item deliveries are getting very slow.

NOTE: I did NOT get my order and I had to contact my bank & Google to report AliExpress as fraudulent. The sellers give false answers to questions and no clear response, as so many scammers do. Also AliExpress correspondence to fix any problems is very slow, thats why I had to send Google and the Banks all my evidence and messages. We use many online platforms to shop small & large orders, we were not surprised that this store was a scam by the feedback and ongoing correspondence. We also noticed the privacy act was not held as law, while during the trading with the seller & AliExpress we received scam (Emails & Text - SMS messages) that were tracked back to our order.
I ordered 12 bulbs from LED_Lo seller of Ali Express (Order no. **************). Out of 12 bulbs I received 10 bulbs defective. Inspite of raising dispute with Ali Express nothing happened. They believed their Seller and finalized dispute in his favor with ultimate loss of USD 42.35. Never purchase from this seller and never trust Ali Express for their warrantee. Chinese will ultimate remain Chinese i. E. Cheaters.
It is extremely difficult to buy clothes on ALI since they don´t accept or have a standard Sizing. The seller can send a dress in a size small and call it extra large and Ali does nothing to remedy the situation, Ali always cancel a dispute if it has anything to do with Size of Clothes
They force me to accept seller 50% refund even if got damage items and scratches on it so I did not accept that offer
They are showing something on the picture and sending very low quality anyhow I already informed to credit card
It's thousands time better Amazon who is taking care for buyer
And customer service is much better then Aliexpress
Website is a mess w' no way to EFFECTIVELY search by price -- Even Much Worse Than eBay. Terrible search ability -- Even Much Worse Than eBay. Appears to be in FULL SUPPORT of Bait & Switch Sellers. Idiotic emails telling you to pick up item at post office. Email notices that send you down a pointless clicking rabbit hole. Defective items only get tiny partial refunds -- even though the item cannot be used. They know that PayPal will not do a refund unless YOU pay the huge shipping cost to return item -- so they ignore you.
I ordered blazzer as named in my photo attached with 2xl size, but they sent me small size. No size mark or description on physical product, not even has size information on package. Only chinese words label, and i dont speak and read that languge. Aliexpress customer service also defense seller, and said everything is described and correct. But as people can see on photo attached, my poeple in my house also see that there is nothing size description on the product and it is also small when i measured it, they dont want refund my money and not even send the corect size. After i read review in this blog, i found lot of complaint of this marketplace/aliexpress. Very very disappointed

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
