Never never buy Anything from AliExpress Any More!
I have ordered 3 order of batteries cause me more than thousand US dollars.
The web site promise: "Full refund if product is not received in 75 days."
But after 3 months, I still did not receive any of these package.
I contact the seller, seller show me a image which shows: last update at 2021-12-17, "Destination Customs procedures finished import procedure completed, your shipment is on the way to the recipient". But now it is 2022-2-18. I still did not received the package.
Filed a dispute in AliExpress, but their final decision is just ask me to continue wait.
What is the promise "Full refund if product is not received in 75 days."? It is just a sh--t.
They may do something to block my response in the site, I cannot submit new response from the dispute any more. Any time I try to response, it just in "Submitting" forever when I clicked "submit". I tracked the site response, my submit was return to HTTP CODE 302 and go to nowhere!
I have no idea how I can get the product or get the money back!
What I can do is: Never never buy Anything from AliExpress Any More!
Ali express scams returned a hand bag NEVER was refunded, then I bought army jacket so small never was refunded! WATCH THIS site another bag was $31.00 and I never received, never refunded, who runs this site? I WANT THEM to investigate, these open disputes go back n forth with seller, you get no were, they SCAM, scam you out of money... we need to investigate aliexpress.com and we need to have owner do right by us customers.
No problems here. Ordered many items and they come along as promised. There are scammers on this site for sure and I have carefully avoided them. First I check their reviews in feedback and take into consideration their feedback score and compare it with how many successful transactions they have verses bad ones and how old. For instance they may have had a bad transaction six months ago but haven't had any problems since and have a hundred happy reviews. Their score may appear nasty and this is an example of a skewed score only by outward appearances. I would avoid those who keep dropping the price of an item you are interested in and do contact sellers for any questions or concerns. I always start with a small inexpensive item ordered first and see how they do. Then a second one behind it and if everything goes ok then I add this store and shop till I drop. Take your time and research and read read read before you decide to buy. Stay with stores and vendors you have proven to be trustworthy. Please be aware that shipping times and in item stocks have so many variables that shipments become delayed and stocks can't be guaranteed. Patience is key.
In Ali I found many usefull things and get many positive expierence and learn much new todo. Almost things are delivered in short time. Few times, when the item not delivered, Ali returns money. Thank you!
Aliexpress routes all their online chat support to Philippine because (1) they want to hire cheap labor and (2) they thought these people can handle english better. WRONG WRONG WRONG.
Every time i engage with these chat agent, they are totally useless and a waste of time. They all read from the same script stating 'i am so sorry for your inconvenience. If i were in your shoe, i would feel the same. But don't worry, i will make sure this gets resolved with the highest priority.' this all sounds good except they do not have a clue why the customer calls or even understanding the first thing about the complaint.
I ordered something on august 16,2017 with a delivery window between 20-39 days. 45 days later, i did not receive the order and the tracking still says in transit. I opened a dispute stating i did not receive the order.
When i chatted with the online agent from Philippine, she said i see you had opened a dispute, but it shows your order was still in transit. SERIOUSLY? Do they even read why i opened the dispute?
If anyone order from aliexpress, then don't bother to speak with online chat because you are not going anywhere with them.

As for the bags and 'shameful the pullicita' that is made from two well sites that describe the bags dicento that are of genuine leather, and instead arrive bags that meet the photo but they are definitely a synthetic material of very low quality ' that you can buy here too the goal 'than are paid by sellers who rely on you.
Unfortunately returning the consignment over here costs from 9 to 12 euro that being against me make that the customer takes the product.
I apologize for my outburst, but I wanted to tell you that among the vendors who rely on your company 'we are a bit' of cheaters that may impair your business as they can ensure that you do not buy more 'for nothing fear of being cheated.

I operate as an online seller and recently placed an order for 48 pairs of polarized sunglasses. However, upon receiving the shipment, I discovered that I had been sent non-polarized sunglasses instead. I promptly contacted the seller, who acknowledged their mistake. Despite the error being on the seller's part, when I sought resolution through AliExpress, I was only refunded 5% of the total purchase amount.
This experience has left me feeling disappointed, as it seems the promise of 'free returns' and 'buyer protection' may not hold true in all cases. Regrettably, I have decided not to continue ordering from this platform and will be pursuing a dispute with my credit card company. I intend to provide them with evidence of the seller's admission of their error.
Looking back, I realize that my only oversight was not ordering samples first, and this situation has certainly been a valuable lesson learned. I am attaching a proof of purchase and redacting sensitive information as well as the seller's store name because the seller was willing to refund the full amount, but since ALIEXPRESS issues the refund, they made a different decision. I have to be fair to the seller.
I have ordered men's wear twice. Order was for assorted men's boxer briefs, size men's XL, various solid primary colors. I received underwear made of printed fabric remnants that would fit a small boy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I love the different variety of merchandise that they carry, but remember they are owned by alibaba, so be careful trying to place orders. First, I NEVER got the chance to purchase anything because their payment system DOES NOT WORK. They have advertised Paypal and Escrow on their website, but guess what when you add merchandise to your cart and go to the checkout to place the order, the escrow website halfway comes up, as though it's a fake escrow website, anyway I sent an email about the problem I was having and nothing was ever solved, so this means they lost a customer here.
I applied on October 1 and arrived on Friday 12. Good deal, good stuff. Standards are longer than normal batteries. You'll be satisfied with the carefully examined orders.
There were a problem on the first order, but it was solved so good.
0% problems is impossible. What matter is how they are solved.

I've had great experiences with AliExpress, until I bought an expensive item from a seller that didn't deliver what the photo showed. Then you realise that it is impossible to get hold of a human, and the bots aren't able to help you with anything out of the ordinary! I will be EXTREMELY weary of ordereing from that platform again!
All the warnings i must say prove accurate. They seem to want to shelter the crooks and are catering to US people.
I am in china right now, found a product worth checking out at a very low price and an incredibly high shipping fee to US. I figured, ok it's 10RMB (1.50) to get it to me in china and i will save the shipping cost. NOT. Starting chat with the merchant and asked for price in RMB and ship to china location 25 miles away. Another shocking shipping fee. The merchant, Shenzhen Value in Action Technology Co., Ltd., claimed the listed price was an error (ever heard that one?) and he had to make it up as he was losing money. If you try to compain to ablibaba, good luck!
Btw, people in china say not to buy from aliexpress. Taobao gives an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately, it's in chinese, but i boutht similar product with help from friends here.
OMG they say you get what you pay for or maybe not :(( I used a vendor from aliexpress called for your nice hair well I put my card info in I got a message" payment unsuccessful" this is my debit and I know there's money on it. Sent the vendor a message and they asked me to try it again reluctantly I did, it went through or at least I thought it did until I got an email stating my order was closed. Look I'm lucky they didn't bleed my account dry to be safe STAY AWAY!
I am one of many, as I regrettably had to acknowlegde: bought a Huawei smartphone via an AliExpress seller (AyniLove). Seven weeks after the phone was defect. Now, dispite of "warranty" given, everything does not work anymore: no feedback after sending back the phone, no money back, no replacement, no answer after complaints. After 2 months without a phone, I realise: my 400 dollars are simply gone.
I had to realise two things:
1) Huawei phones are not working.
2) Sellers in China are not reliable.
Therefore, I warn you: do not buy Huawei phones, and do not buy online in China. As a customer, you are not worth anything!
Items take forever to be delivered. However, it's worth it! I order small things like phone cases and baby headbands and belly rings. I have not been disappointed!

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
