I have used AliExpress for many years and was pleased so far. They never had real customer service but their policies and practise was protecting buyers. However, they recently changed their polices regarding buyer protection and it is total disaster for buyers. If there is any issue with order, they direct you to return product, which is fine, But you have to pay to ship it back with NO guarantee, no protection, none whatsoever, that seller will reimburse you when you return an item. At best, Aliexp. Says they will give you a "COUPON" for shipping costs? But I do NOT want coupon, what if I do not want to buy anything on Aliexpress again - why would I want coupon? If item costs $10, my return shipping fee would be $50 - $60. So I would be out of pocket for $50 - $60 with coupon I will not use.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered 4 Bundles Malay-sian Vir-gin Curly Hair Weft 12"-30" human hair for hair extensions for $218. After paying the cost to have the hair extensions installed after just one week the hair tangled and matted beyond use. The owner Anson said that he would give me a full refund if I changed my rating and removed my negative review! He is unscrupulous and is in business only to rip people off. The company Doesn't live up to it's promises. It takes about 3 months for delivery and is hard to track. You have to document every thing. I strongly do NOT recommend using this company.

I ordered as wig from there cus I suffer from alopecia it was a 200.00 dollar wig from Ruimei hair factory the lady was Sunny Wei. Aliexpress and Aamazon or eBay are some kinds of differences. Generally, the price on Aliexpress is much lower than eBay or Amazon.
After 50+ items from Alipexpress, I am quite satisfied with Aliexpress except the lower shipping from Chia to US. However, I can understand the issue of shipping.
I ever canceld the orders several times from sellers without any problem before shipping. I received every items correctly. Actually, I am supposed give Alipexpress 5 stars. Because I never exprenced their disput or customer service, I just give them 4 stars at this moment.
I do not like to compare which one is better. I prefer inexpensive and no hurry items from Aliexpress. Costly and little hurry items from eBay or Amazon depends on their total amount.
Stay away from TELOTUNY HI Store. I purchased pajamas from them and the description indicated the item was cotton. Instead, I received a 100% polyester item. It was ill fitted and totally opposite from the picture depicted on the website. When I reached out for assistance, they did not respond. When I tried working with AliExpress for a refund, they told me that they would refund it all but to date, I have not received my refund.
AliExpress "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"! I have leaned the hard way that their implied warranty is worthless. The attitude reflected by AliExpress is that all Americans are lairs. They treat you with arrogance and ask that you go through unreasonable steps to prove that their item is defective. All the while they have already made up their minds that are not going honor their implied warranty for a defective item. "Without honor, such people are thieves and cowards".

I bought some eye pads for improving my eye sight as it claimed for $40.36 and end up making a big mess one my face. This pads burned my eye lids, upper portion of my nose and the face areas around my eyes. Only used it twice for 10 minutes according to the direction for two days and wanted to believe it will work. The area it touched was swollen, caused wrinkles and black red patches. This is the worst time of my life and it makes me look at least 40 years older with unnatural discolored face. I just hope this condition will go away in the future. I'm not using this pads for beauty reason but it caused a big mess on my face. Wondering with what kind of the ingredients they put in these pads.
I send the seller a picture as a proof for complain and refund but the seller ignored it, turned to AliExpress for solution, their solution was no refund which is no buyer protection at all. Once complain started, it won't allowed me to write review for this particular item on their website.
Be very CAREFUL when buying item in AliExpress, you may regret later because the item you bought may cause long lasting damage to your face or body and also lose your money.
I bought 4 items from Aliexpress, they did not send me my refund, I asked for that during 4 months, always they said, we have refunded you and you should ask your bank, but I did not receive anything in my bank :/ please I advise every body who want to buy from Internet to avoid Aliexpress, they are a bunch of scammers.

I lost $100 + dollars buying on this site, there are still many sellers hiding behind the GOLD SELLER seal and they are SCAMS, so just to be sure, stay away, and now they even removed the Paypal feature so its even less safe. If you buy on aliexpress.com, you are at your own risk.
P. S: The Escrow feature is a joke, they will lie and tell you to wait and wait oh and wait some more, a refund from them is truly a miracle.

So if a seller screws you over like RECOOL hair did to me your just screwed out of your money I lost 140$.
They sent me poor quality hair so I left negative feedback then they messaged me saying if I changed my feedback to 5 stars they would give me a full refund and never did. And I have no one to report this matter to because aliexpress doesn't have accustomed support system!
Aliexpress protects fraudent sellers. I ordered a dashcam and received a toy, took video evidence and pictures of it but aliexpress gave seller have the money because he sent me something.
This time I cant even get a refund for something the seller doesnt even have, he says its out of stock so he wants to send me something smaller and cheaper instead and refuses to give me a refund. I have ordered 4 LG HG2 ******* 3000mAh Batteries. For 60 days I was waiting and with no tracking information. I asked for Buyer Protection Extension (Aliexpress) but nothing came. I open a dispute and they immediately gave it to me.
They had delayed me of getting batteries that I needed for 60 days. They had enchain my money (and still do) that I could use to another serious seller and do my job. Yhey gave me no excuse and no information about my order. What kind of a store they are? They are unacceptable...
