I ordered for Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Mi Max 3. I also paid for DHL shipping, everything totalling EUR 447:46
Items were supposed to arrive within 10 Days via DHL

I have written to the seller twice but the response is usually ''Give us few more days, you will receive your goods. Don't worry''

This is how it is for now.

I will keep you updated within the next few days.

Scammed out of $70
September 30, 2020

I purchased a $130 CAD product in May and waited patiently until August to check on up it being that it said "If it does not arrive by August XXth you can request a full refund". So, I check and my package had been RETURNED TO THE SELLER! So, I ask for a full refund and what do I get? "The buyer and seller couldnt agree, so we will give you $57.00"! So, I did NOTHING wrong, waited patiently and never received my product yet got scammed for almost 2/3 of the cost. The seller is/was completely silent, so how did they "disagree"?

The website has a page that says FULL REFUND if your product is not received. We supposedly have buyer protection. Apparently not!

This website is a complete and utter scam. I've been robbed of about $70 CAD. In fact, until I receive my "refund" of $57 I'll assume I've been scammed out of the full $130.

Do not buy anything from this website and spread the word that they are a scam company.

Do not waste your hard earned money order a product from this company. There are too many other legitimate companies who DESERVE to earn YOUR hard earned dollars. I defer to maintaining my comments in a politically correct fashion (what I'd like to post would not sound professional).
ONE AGAIN... AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Aliexpress changed since they are sold
Alot of bad sellers who do not sent without informing the buyer, the disputes takes sometimes more then 3 months before it is solved
The support chat are people who actually can not do anything and are using prepared sentences (= useless)
It is a pitty because in the past I really liked aliexpress, but now...

Don't do it these guys don't know anything they care more about seller than customer bought a not working unit of fitbit and it took 6 weeks to get meanwhile the chance to open a dispute went away because I was waiting and upon testing unit to see if it worked it didn't and they won't do anything because I didn't open a dispute when I said I didn't have time they said that's our policy to bad

I make an order for iLife vacuum cleaner and when the seller send with different carrier from different warehouse, I needed to pay extra feeds, they didn't refund me the extra cost I paid, after a 60days waiting of them to negotiate with the seller

Reason for rejection:
I am sincerely sorry for your unsuccessful purchase experience. Regarding this dispute, we found there's no detailed evidence for the problem you mentioned when our Case Management Specialist handled this case. Besides, there is no video from you can prove the quality problems as well. As you know, it is hard for dispute team to help our buyers if the evidence is not supported. If you actually receive your merchandise, and this is a BIG if... You will be hounded for feedback / review from the moment it hits your mailbox. DON'T DO IT! Once feedback is left, it can only be UPGRADED to more positive. NEVER downgraded to negative. So if you have a problem there is no way to let other buyers know. As for AliExpress customer service? You will get a more positive response if you simply tell your cat about the problem you are having. They do nothing to assist the purchaser and make excuses for the sellers. They are also quick to remind you that AliExpress doesn't actually sell anything and they are just an outlet for sellers. They constantly email me to "check out these items for sale" on their site but once the garbage arrives in your mailbox (if it arrives at all) they don't stand behind the quality (or lack of) at all. Most of the items for sale on AliExpress can be found on Ebay as well and at least there you have some recourse in the event that things don't go well. You also have the benefit of being able to pay with PayPal which provides additional protection. Bottom line... Stay away from AliExpress. You might as well throw your money out the window and then go bang your head against a wall. You will feel about the same afterward either way.

Seems genuine

OK. After all my doubts I have reviewed Aliexpress in a favourable light. Seems that super slow China Post is the culprit and my items are slowly arriving. Had two refunds owing due to cancelled orders with items out of stock and while the process is a bit slow at least they are processing.
Overall a great site. Lets you buy things in small or single quantities at whole sale prices. Much easier to set up and use than DH gate where you often have to buy in bulk and I find their system really confusing.
One or two of the merchants on Aliexpress are a bit painful - they advertise and sell things that are not in stock and are hard to communicate with. But most of the merchants are great. You email them a question and they get back to you pretty quickly.
I now feel that Aliexpress is a safe and easy to use site and plan to continue using them.
Shipping is a bit hit and miss but that is out of their hands really and most merchants have a quick shipping option but at extra cost. At least there is that option if you need something fast.

I made a purchase and paid extra for DHL item arrived quickly but did not work. Contacted the seller and was offered 1usd refund item cost 50usd plus 30usd for DHL contacted Aliexpress they said send it back at my expense for full refund. Did this via DHL 30usd again. Seller refused to call DHL to arrange delivery, and the item was returned to me. Aliexpress said because I failed to ensure deliver no refund. So I paid for a faulty item two delivery and no refund dont buy from aliexpress I will never use them again

A seller sent me an item that is not what was described and on top of that - IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Tried to open a dispute on Aliexpress after many tries on sending communication to the seller and not responding at all but the website will not allow me to 'submit' my dispute when I checked and all required file size and file types were met. No CS contact number and you cannot even send an email to them for support. So how do you trust to shop at Aliexpress now when you cannot do anything if the seller had ripped you off? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

AliExpress Becomes a Criminal Organisation

AliExpress are criminals! They forced me to send back damaged goods (15 euro) from horrible sh! T store AIRGRACIAS. Shipping cost 24 euro! I'm not gonna pay 24 euro to get 15 euro back you *******@ck! Ng id! Ots! Customerservice prommised me to contact the store and send me an email within 48 hours and prommissed me to solve it. They were *******@ck! Ng lying! They never did!

Avoid like the plague!

I ordered an item from seller in Aliexpress. Waited a few MONTHS for the delivery and the item was sent to a different country. I escalated a dispute and advised for a couple of WEEKS to see if the item arrives. Still NO ITEM. Then I'll have to wait for a couple more days so that someone from Aliexpress can review the case.

REALLY SLOW in resolving disputes and claims. BUYER PROTECTION IS A JOKE. You cannot call them on the phone only CHAT (good luck finding the link).

You cannot leave a feedback to the seller when you do not complete a transaction (buyer confirmed that the goods were received) hence only positive feedback can be seen. DECEITFUL!

I lost a couple of hundred of dollars because of AliExpress. I've been a victim of fraud in eBay as well but that was my fault (did not use PayPal). However eBay's support is better and quicker that Aliexpress (THERE IS NO SUPPORT! ALL YOU CAN DO IS WAIT AND HOPE)

AVOID ALIEXPRESS!

DO NOT order anything from LULAA. The owner Yunfeng Ling pros imbed me a refund. I have been waiting for products I ordered back in November. They are quick to take your money and then blame you the consumer when something goes wrong. They are a FRAUD!

I wish I could ever read all the reviews on this website before buying anything from Aliexpress. Not recommend this website to anyone at all.
I basically ordered two pairs of boots and 1 pants from different stores on Aliexpress. They gave me one tracking number for all three items since they combined my packages for shipping to the US. The nonsense here is on tracking tool, i saw that it will come in 2 parcels. Under 1 tracking number? Doesn't make sense right?
And well you can guess... only one parcel came (of course, how can they send 2 parcels under one tracking number?) And then on their tracking tool showed all items were delivered. I disputed since I only received one package of pants, no boots at all.
I did everything I can: USPS letter showed number of package is delivered -1, the weight -14 oz and the size of package: 6Lx6Wx2D... pics of my orders, pics of package I received... Nothing is counted during the dispute. No ethics here. No customer service, no consumers rights... like other people said in other reviews, they tried to do everything for customers to give up... the dispute will go on and on as the seller never agrees to refund or until you give up because it's time-consuming and unfair and nonsense and time-wasting. No fair judgments here.
This was my last straw. Will never buy anything on this website again. Save your money and headache.

The tracking number is the same for two parcels.

I bought a solar video camera from a seller on Aliexpress that arrived without
Batteries. Bummer but, "it's only a couple of batteries," I thought and went to the garage for a couple of rechargeable C-cells. I tried to pop them in only to discover that they were longer and smaller diameter than a C. I contacted the seller via the Aliexpress mail forwarding including a picture of the camera battery compartment with the wrong sized C-cell, and informed him/her of the situation and invited them to ship the proprietary sized batteries or refund my purchase price.
The next day I received an email from the seller rejecting my proposal and accusing me of stealing a battery and then trying to get the money back. I replied re-stating that the camera arrived without any batteries and that the battery in the photo was a C-cell.
I heard nothing more from the seller but a couple of weeks later Aliexpress said they
Were intervening and made me two offers. Ship the camera back with tracking for
A full refund or, I could accept an $8 settlement. I chose the full refund since I cannot use the camera without the batteries.
I just got back from the post office and it will cost me $55 to ship the camera back to China with tracking and $35 without; which is moot because I must provide a tracking
Number. The camera only cost $100. So the end result is I'm out more than half the purchase price with NOTHING to show for it. This company is NOT Amazon.
BUYER BEWARE! I for one have learned my lesson. I'm quitting the service and writing reviews like this on every review site that will take my comments. Next up YELP.

I ordered an item with a specified 3-7 day shipping time. The company sent me an email saying because of a holiday the shipment would be delayed. I gave my OK because doing the math this would only put me behind by a week. I received the item just shy of 5 weeks after I placed the order and just shy of 3 weeks after the "new" shipping date because of the holiday. DESPITE multiple emails requesting shipping notification, NONE could be given. So finally I asked to cancel the order when I found it on another website but the Aliexpress company told me it could not be cancelled. Ironically the other company's item arrived the same day as my first order (even though the second order was placed 30 days after the first). Now the company is threatening me with lawyers. AND YOU CAN"T GET ANYONE ON ALIEXPRESS to whom to complain to. This website is a TOTAL SHAM and should be avoided at all costs.
