The Package was rejected by the customs office because the seller forgot to lable the product right. But Aliexpress is not capabale to confirm the official Document from the customs office. I provided more Papers E-mail Adress from the customs office... but
4 1/2 month later i am still trying to get my money back but i think the money is gone.
This was the last time i ordered from this Store!

Super Scammers

DO NOT SHOP AT ALIEXPRESS! You can't do a return or exchange because you have to ship items back to China which costs way more than the item you paid for. You have to get Customs receipts at the Post Office. An awful mess. They won't acknowledge to you about a return until a couple weeks later as if they are scare to tell you that the item have to go through customs. Deal with a copy that gives you return and exchange satisfaction and may even provide you with a return label.

Scam

I have made several purchases with no problem and all of a sudden they want verification for security purposes and they declined my info and cancelled my order and now i cant use my card. For any purchases. They want you to submit all this sensitive info. Sorry after i get my current orders in im deleting my account STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS B. S ALSO. IT [PROBABLY AN AUTOMATED PROCESS.

Bad sizing
December 12, 2018

My daughter ordered $200 worth of clothes using her birthday money. The sizes on the chart are absolutely wrong. None of the clothes fit. They were WAY TOO SMALL (Chinese sizes) and one of the outfits was not what she order. HERE IS THE PROBLEM "RETURNS". When we went to UPS to mail them back, the cost was more than $100. Now, we are stuck with $200 worth of clothes that don't fit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM>

I have made 7 orders through Aliexpress.
GOOD: 2 orders were lost on the way. Aliexpress was able to cover the cost.
BAD: 4 LED bulbs worked for 1 month and then all were dead. No warranty at all.

Bought a LeNovo Mobile Phone and received a fake phone. Openend a discute and after 4 months and a dozen of chats with the customer service agents of AliExpress i keep being told that the case is waiting to be revised by the security team.

It is more than obious that nothing more will happen, but the least i can do is to expose my case and to ensure that others will avoid buying from this organization which actively supports the sale and distribution of counterfaith products!

The sellers are liars in sizing department. All clothing are for kids sizes (yes! Even the XXL) when Im a medium.
Their models and pictures must be of midgets if you believe you will fit in them.

The BUYER PROTECTION and CLAIMS are a joke and complete waste of time. The reason they take a max 60days is that PAYPAL only protects you for 45days.

Read between the lines people.

I must say, I bought belt and that was only correct item.

I ordered three NFL youth jerseys in November 2016 to be given to my sons as part of their Christmas gifts. I didn't receive the jerseys until the second week of January 2017 and when I did finally receive the package, one jersey was missing and one was in an adult size, way too huge for my 7 year old son. I immediately opened a dispute for both jerseys requesting a full refund. For the one that was sent in the wrong size, I had to supply all kinds of pictures showing measurements, etc. Ali Express still did not rule in my favor and refused to refund me. For the jersey that I flat out didn't receive, Ali Express issued a refund but only for a third of the original price. A third of the price, really? There's no justification for that. Basically they flat out stole from me. Of course, I immediately appealed the decision but I don't have much faith that anything will change. I will NEVER buy from Ali Express again because they are nothing more than dishonest, fraudulent thieves. Also, if you try to go back to the seller's page its always no longer available. The company is a sham! I learned my lesson the hard way and I hope anyone reading thinks twice before ordering from Ali Express. They can't be trusted. I ended up ordering the jerseys from NFLshop. I spent a little more money but received them in less than a week and was very satisfied with them. I can't stress it enough... DO NOT buy from Ali Express. You will get nothing but hassle and you may even get ROBBED like I did.

I bought two items from Aliexpress back in the spring and encountered no problems.
I went back to purchase boots from them this month and they wouldn't process my payment. First they requested the photo of my credit card, credit card statement and ID. That's unheard of, but I complied and provided all they required. I thought that maybe there was an issue with my Visa card co I tried a different card. Another payment didnt go through - this time Mastercard. When I complained they asked for Id, photos of the card and the statement again. When I provided they implied that it wasn't my card! What do they need all this information for - photo's of the card, statements, ID's - no other site ever required this. My personal opinion is they try to obtain your credit card information to use it for scamming purposes. I won't be shopping there again. It's aggregating and outragageous how they conduct their business.

ALIEXPRESS THIEVES!

I placed an order and was charged 108.00 dollars and I paid it. Then I also got an email asking for adjustment and was charged an extra 30 for shipping. I did it and was told I would receive it in 3-5days and never received it and never got a refund. This is unfair and I am reporting and contacting the authorities. This isn't what I expected and This is a scam. You don't take money for an item you don't provide. REALLY THE REVIEW IS ZERO!

I recently purchased a Kindle battery, and unfortunately, it arrived in non-working condition. Consequently, I requested a full refund, a process that both the seller and AliExpress promptly accepted. However, to proceed with the refund, I am required to return the defective battery to an address in China, and the associated return shipping costs are to be borne by me.

Regrettably, the most cost-effective return shipping option available to me is nearly ten times the value of the original battery purchase. This presents a significant challenge, as the return costs far exceed the initial investment in the faulty product.

Adding to the frustration, AliExpress has frozen the order, preventing me from sharing my feedback through a review. This limitation inhibits my ability to inform other potential buyers about my experience with both the defective battery and the seller.

I sincerely hope for a swift resolution to this matter, as I believe it's in the best interest of all parties involved. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Stay Away

The site has many different companies that sell on the site. Many are out to scam you and take your money while others sell illegally copied items from legitimate companies.

The site itself is very difficult to manoeuvre, and it's hard to answer any emails you receive from the companies you order from. You have a set amount of time to ask for a refund or make a complaint - but you'll often get just enough information to think you're getting an item until it's too late to ask for your money back.

I ordered 15 items before Christmas to see what the site was like and only two items were legit. Six items were copyright infringement items (I found out later), but were completely defective. The rest of the items I was supposedly tracking my orders but then companies cancelled the orders the day after it was to late to ask for my money back.

This is a terrible site out of China. The prices are very cheap and you might be lucky and get the product you ordered BUT make sure you stay on top of the order and lobby a complaint within their time frame if you don't receive an item because that's the only way to get your money back. I was burned on 13 items and wont order anything again.

I ordered one tiny package and it said it would come in 3 days, and it took over 3 weeks. Never buy from this company, you're wasting your money. Their package tracking is terrible as well and getting in contact with the company was basically impossible, and contacting the seller helped none. NEVER BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS! YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE, I PROMISE!

Unfinishdress

I order a long sleeve yellow with flower cheongsam dress in October 2016 in the picture it looks beautiful but in person it wasn't done rigth and stiched unfinished. What a rip off I'm glad I paid only $26. Dollars for it. I gave the site a try and I don't like it at all it took for ever to get the unfinished dress don't recommend it

I have been a customer for many years and has been purchasing small items (less than $50 on each item). So far I have spent almost $600 on the items on the site. However, recently, most of my orders did not arrive so I filed for a dispute. Note that I file a dispute where in I already waited for almost (or more than for some items) 60 days. AliExpress sided with the seller and flagged my account as abusive, I currently have 14 outstanding orders awaiting delivery still and 4 orders (with multiple items) that has not arrived. NO REFUND OR WAY FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND SINCE MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. I think this is a tactic for them to run away with your money. TOTALLY NO SECURITY. I am planning of complaining to the consumer's board here in Canada so that these thief can be blocked and other consumers can be warned.

Frustrated

I don't want even to give it one star.
Aliexpress is the worst online website that you can buy from, Don't use it. I made an order from Agust 25 and I didn't receive it till the moment. When I ask about orders, they have no idea or mention that it was delivered. Don't buy any products from this website especially LOVE LOVE LOVE and RAV stores in it.
If you don't want to waste your money don't try to use Aliexpress.
There is no comparison between Amazon and Alixpress.

I love buying virgin hair from Aliexpress vendors! Very affordable! But do your research of the vendor of your choosing PRIOR to ordering, I've made that mistake once or twice in the past.

Bad service

I orders a lot of supplies for a new business that I have started. The products took 2 months to arrive and some I did not receive at all and when I opened a dispute my dispute was turned down because they want me to proof that I did not receive the product. When I asked about tracking number they said the item can only be tracked as long as it'sin China and once it leaves China it's marked as "Product Delivered". How am I supposed to get proof of a product when it's not a valid tracking number that I can track in the US. When I sent a mail saying that I had checked with the post office and the product never reached here, they told me to go knocking on my neighbors doors to ask if some one else had received the packet on my behalf. I will never shop here again and do Not recommend this website to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
