Do NOT believe their BS claim - Buyer Protection, there is no protection for you, I was told by one of their sellers that he (or she) is tired of customers like me, who complain. OMG! For everyone that says this site is garbage I have to disagree. While there are MANY scammers out there I do have to point out that there are MANY different people selling things here, much like ebay. (actually a lot of people that sell here sell on ebay as well) However most things here are dirt cheap and honestly you can't expect great quality for the prices. What you can expect is to save money on things like stationary or other things that don't need to be high quality to use. But I do suggest that you look at the reviews for EACH item before buying to see if the item is worth it/if there was any problems getting it/etc.
Another thing that people seem to be complaining about it having problem getting refunds. I've personally have never had any problems getting refunds from sellers, you just have to contact the seller directly and then open a Dispute. I've gotten my money back with out any problems so far.
Though shipping dose take a LONG time as most of these things are coming from China or over seas in general. But for the most part shipping is free so I really can't complain.
First time buyer on this site. Figured I would take a chance. Entered all my personal information, name address, telephone number and all credit card information. Hit buy it and it rejected it for "security reasons" did not state what they were. Tried it again and same thing happened. No problem on my end with the information, Appears as all this site wanted was my personal info and my credit card information. I believe it to be a total sham, scam and ripoff. Buyers BEWARE! 32 days ago I ordered a small electronic board, which was send by Aliexpress Cainiao courier to Spain.
Handover to airline with take-off pictogram "3 weeks ago" and today the package arrived in Liege Arrival (Belgium), however they indicate "destination arrived". This is a absolute LIE as destination contry is SPAIN!
On the other hand, 3 weeks from getting from some China Airport to Belgium "by air" is even slower than by railroad.
As the package is now in some warehouse in Belgium it is far from been delivered here in Spain.
This is NOT SERIUS at all, and I will avoid in the future continuing buying from them.

People stay away of AliExpress, they have contacts with lots of fake sellers, take your money and never receive what you order, if by any chance they send you something, will be lower quality, different look and even defective. They are very bad in dealing with disputes also, waste of time and money. You never get the money back from ALIEXPRESS. DO NOT BUY, STAY AWAY!

Over 90% times you're not receiving what your ordering, the majority of this time the sellers do not send the goods to you but they provide false tracking numbers to fool you, then after 3-4 months waiting time when you finally realize the goods haven't sent, you have to go through the hassle of refund which takes almost another month!
In many cases the sellers ask for more money after you paid and if you refuse to pay the extra money and want to cancel then order it could take up to a month for the refund to be started as in Aliexpress the sellers can refuse the cancellation even if it's due to increasing the price after the fact!
The sellers refuse to accept the cancellation due to asking for more money or lack of quantity and simply ask you to lie and say your cancellation is because you changed your mind and you don't want the goods anymore.
There is no way to contact customer service in AliExpress you have to wait for over 3 months then you can open a dispute and ask for refund.

Ordered FOUR seperate Christmas gifts over the course of two days. Never received any of it. The USPO doesn't even recognize the tracking number. AliExpress basically said, "Sucks to be you." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!

I made a lot of orders on Ali and received them all. When there was some mistakes with orders (wrong colours) I got my money back. The dispute system works very well on Ali. I like this platform.

I did not see anywhere on the website advertised that I was purchasing a copy of a dress. Something needs to be done with aliexpress website; because, he is entertaining fake suppliers.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
