When I discovered this site I thought I hit the lotto! So I went crazy and spent a few hundred dollars on shirts and some electronics. The first shirt arrived very fast, perfect fitting, I was very happy. But then everything came late. Many of the shirts need to be altered because they are too big and colors are wrong. Nothing was slim fit then I realized they pinned the shirts on the mannequins. What a lie! So I went back and forth with the seller, got $5 refund on one shirt, some shirts I could not wear.
The infrared binoculars don't work at night and they don't focus right in day time. The seller ignored me. The other HD camera didn't work at night at all, so I went back and forth with the seller and got nasty treats. I opened a dispute and escalated it, Aliexpress completely ignored me and determined $0 refund and closed the dispute.
Be very careful of what you are buying from this site, stay away from expensive items especially electronics, they are not like Amazon with refund guarantee. This site it operated in China, they can get away with murder.
I'll still shop from this site on cheap clothing, hope to get something ideal. I believe there are good vendors, although it's a gamble.
Aliexpress (not vendor) cheats and charges my local state tax when they of course are NOT PAYING tax in America
They lie and say it is customs but I have never been charged customs duty in over 200 orders- SO EVERY SINGLE SALE IS ALMOST 10% OVER PRICED
Never order through Aliexpress they steel my money have placed two orders from (Clara Au) I never received them once she told me the items return to us broken we will resend them second order she told me We are sorry for this issue.

I am very disappointed about Ali Express Customer Service! My phone which I paid for and I have 2 years garantees never worked. After I complained I was told I have to repair it on my own! They cheeted on me sending me a broken phone! Such a terrible customer service they offer! I asked for sending the funtional device or return me the money! I regret I ever order any phone from Ali Express. The answer from seller was " repair your device on your own" after getting paid! How horrible! Never order any mobiles from them. Don't buy from this seller! They send their goods in poor packaging and when they are damaged you do NOT get a full refund. Some time ago I ordered 2 items (as gifts for a friend), both of them were damaged. When I contacted the seller, they offered me a 20% refund. When I said I didn't want a 20% refund as I would have to go and buy my friend a brand new birthday present, they then offered me 50% refund... obviously they do NOT understand English because I had already explained this was a gift and I would need to go and get a brand new gift... whereas they could have just simply replaced the broken item (which was only 1 drawer in a storage box). When I opened the dispute on Aliexpress, things got worse because now Aliexpress got involved and they offered me 2 options: return goods and get a full refund (which would have cost me 63 euro and the item value was 27 euro) or an 11 euro refund. At that point in time you get only a few days to accept or reject the options by Aliexpress. If you reject, you are totally screwed because the dispute is closed and you get nothing. So I needed to accept the best of the 2 bad deals... the11 euro... In Europe this is a violation of legal buyer rights, at Aliexpress this is called ' customer service' and whilst I am a diamond member of Aliexpress (and never really had issues before).
Sellers send you bad items or mismatch one, even their customer service are scammers, they dont refund anytime back, instead they close your account, so you dont get your refunded.
Very good comunication and good service of aliexpress team for many years now, i allready did more than 100 orders now over the year. Very trusted sellers on the site and if needed refunds are allways bin payed. Very happy. I wanna say to the team of alliexpress, go on with the good work
Awfull plateform, I ordered a phone and the seller sent me a default product.
I sent it back but the seller pretend the parcel never arrived. I uploaded all the shipping proofs including tracking number but Aliexpress decided in favor of the seller... $189 lost. This site is a scamming plateform, Don't buy there!

Fake tracking numbers, excuses, " I will resend your products" so as to avoid the refund/ open dispute. This site has no complaints department which any company worth there salt would have SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I bought a faulty camera product in June 2018 worth $900US, its now September and no refund or result dispute case. Aliexpress only looks after sellers and not customers.
No response after product delivered. They DO NOT WORRY ABOUTGETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. No customer protection. You cannot come into contact with the right people even though I followed every step after lodging a dispute. Its like sending an SOS into deep space and hoping that someone will respond.

Very nice detailed product. Most important is the excellent aftersales support. We had a small transport damage, the seller responded instantly and sent us spare. Great!

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
