Yes, some shops are better than others. You can find the same item for different prices, that's why you have to look. The prices are super cheap so obviously the quality is super cheap. If you are a tall girl and it says Mini, DON'T ORDER IT. It will barely cover your hooha, I learned that one or order a medium or large for extra length. I stand 5'9 and weigh about 110 lbs and wear a medium in dresses and pants, everything fits small. IF YOU WEAR AMERICAN LARGE NOTHING HERE WILL FIT YOU! This site is in CHINA so obviously the sizes are different and people there are super skinny. So many people complain, the quality isn't good, they took along time to get here. People its coming from China for goodness sake! It takes 3 weeks, you don't pay for shipping so just relax it's coming. Everything I ever ordered did come, it just takes 2-3 weeks. Be patient and if you're looking for quality try amazon.

Terrible company

Order a manicure grinder with ac/dc adapter and it adapter must be for a different country because it doesn't plug in to American plug-ins. Tried to contact company to get different adapter and their site would not recognize my password or mobile phone number. There is no way to contact them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Five of the seven orders I made from AliExpress never arrived, and one of the two that did arrive had to be refunded because it was the wrong item. The one fully successful order was fine.

I found their customer service agents generally friendly and helpful, but none of them were able to actually do anything. They also seem to have a pretty hazy idea of how to go about disputing orders and asking for replacements/refunds- full of suggestions that didn't work or advising me to click options that weren't there. There were no customer service agents available at all during most of January and February, due to a spring festival taking place in China.

The sellers are mostly selling unfinished/unpolished counterfeit goods and bargain-basement prices, and the ones that I dealt with told the most flagrant lies about how long I should expect to wait for delivery. One in particular told me my order was only a few days away from delivery, despite tracking information showing that it had never even arrived at the departing airport six weeks after I paid for it. This was for an item being shipped from China to Korea, as well, so it's not like it had to go across the world or anything.

I'm fairly certain I got all of my money back, as customer service does seem to take that seriously enough, but it takes almost a month for them to process refunds.

Don't bother trying to buy anything here.

Ordered my 3d printer and was promised 7-15 days. Aliexpress promises to 'have your back' should you not receive it in time or it's not as described WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. I am currently reclaiming my money through Paypal as their support is NON EXISTANT.
The seller has supplied a fake tracking number showing that the parcel has been delivered and it has TO NORWAY not ENGLAND. Avoid them they are real scum

Dishonest beyond belief

I purchased a 20W solar panel but what arrived was a 10W solar panel. I contacted the seller who lied and told me I have a 20W solar panel but that I don't know how to measure it. Well that got off to a good start. I filed a refund with Aliexpress and the whole system is clearly aimed toward not giving refunds. They're asking me to submit more information but not providing a way to submit more information. I had an email that said the seller had agreed to my terms and that I should press accept. When the screen came up, the only accept button was to accept the seller's terms. Dishonest, do not do business with these crooks. I'm going to try to do a chargeback via the bank now. Sure - it wasn't much money but it's the principal of the thing.

I place my order on Oct 11,2020, it's promice 16-26 day on delivery.

Item was delivered on Nov 4, but on wrong address in different province. I apply for dispute, Aliexpress postponed the dispute 6 times! Now is Dec 30, I didn't get refund!
Seller, CHONGWU Store, instead of refunding the money for the product that I did not receive, he is trying to drag me into some kind of scam.
No refund, no parcel!
Vendors are fully protected. Stealers and fraudulent vendors also. It is absolutely impossible to get back your money, because in case of abuse there's no human customer support to whom you can speak! Aliexpress have the worst customer support ever!

Cheap quality! Do not waste your money! Yes it may be only like $10 that you're spending but that $10 could have bought you lunch or a good drink or gas. Now you have an item that you're just going to throw out. More wasteful items thrown in our country causing pollution. I have to admit I got sucked into their "great deal" and hope I would get what was advertised. And i even purchased only from the seller who had good reviews from other buyers. Remember everyone has different in opinions, something can be trash to someone but can be a treasure to someone else. I learned my lesson the hard way. I actually purchased a couple of times from this site. I ordered a bag that looked pretty legit to the real ones in person. THe outter shell looks pretty good but once when you open inside... its a different story. It was poorly made. And started to rip within a month. The strap fell apart when I was carrying it out in public! It was so embarrassing! NEVER AGAIN WILL I purchase a fake bag.
It also took over a month to arrived.
Others stuff I ordered before was completely cheap! THIN see through material you can't even wear. Or the sizes are super oFF. Runs either super Huge or super small! So trust me DONT WASTE your time sitting on this site to shop like I have. And then receive it a later and end up throwing it out.

Avoid like the plague!

Awful. Buyer protection is non-existent. Vendor sold me a poorly made faux fur coat with BALD spots!

Size was 3XL, but it was too small for someone that fits into a regular US size large! Width was over 5 INCHES smaller than what was stated in their own size chart.

Item was supposed to arrive in 12-20 days, but took 45. Too late for Christmas!

Also seller kept calling me "honey" and "dear" in their responses. Not sure if they don't understand that this is patronizing, but sure was unprofessional.

Ali-Express dispute process responded in a day and refused to allow a refund or a return. They did not look at the evidence I sent them. Two videos of the coat with measurements and screen shots of the vendor's incorrect size charts. Consumer fraud at its finest and just what you'd expect from the Chi-Coms. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be filing a complain with the state AG office.

TL; DR - Cheap Chinese crap is cheap Chinese crap. Not worth it. Unless you are buying something cheap and don't care if you lose your money, stay far far away! I will never order anything from there again. Their promise "buyer protection is fraud plain and simple.

Experience Poor

Experience Poor. A year ago I ordered some products to be shipped to a motel we were staying at. Cameras arrived, cam corder arrived(poor workmanship-unusable within 1month), memory cards arrived, but TABLET never arrived. Set a few messages to supplier, by end of holiday product DID NOT ARRIVE, and we did not have access to internet. Never received ANY REFUND-Buyers protection?

It's now 1 year later, I have access to internet, and tried in vain to get refund. I was sent in a loop. From Eva the robot... until, finally, tucked under ALL THE LAYERS, I could "Chat" with a person. I tried and tried in vain, no-one came up with a "Hi", as per instruction. There are NO EMAIL ADDRESSES, NO CONTACT US FORMS THAT ONE CANE COMPLETE. NOTHING!

Buyer protection, I say: NONE!

THIS COMPANY I DEALT WAS A COMPLETE A RIP OFF. Guangzhou Queen Perfect Hair co., LTD Store No. ******* They deserve no stars. Catherine made promises she did not keep. We made arrangementS for them to send me out a new wig when the one I got was not want I ordered or paid $200 for. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The wig they sent was HORRIBLE and not a lace front. Catherine made promises if a gave them a good rating and she did not keep them. They do not deserve 4 stars. They deserve none. I don't know if I will ever make another purchase from Aliexpress because of this experience. It was my fault because I should never had trusted her and released my money. But it is a lesson learned. I am warning you, don't buy from this company. I ordered a lace front wig and what I received was a regular wig with not lace at all. This was a horrible experience.

Tried to buy a battery from them and it was faulty and did not work. (Would no charge)

I disputed the item after I retrieved the item for a refund and the buyer did not accept, so Aliexpress stepped in to say I could get a refund if I return the item. Except, I contacted the courier delivery agent and they said Lithium battery delivery into China from external sites are prohibited.

So I contacted Aliexpress like 4 times and they will say something like "We understand your situation and will help you fix it in no time!" and "We will put your issue as top priority! Do not worry!" so you will rate their customer service highly.

For a month they will try and bargain with you saying like "Oh, make sure you put the battery in properly. Charge it for 12 hours" and then you tell them "IT DOESN'T CHARGE? Do you NOT understand? I sent a video in my dispute".

Then they will wait like 5 days and then say "Please send video evidence and picture of the item" and repeat this process a few more times then eventually stop responding at all.

If you plan to buy anything there, anything that you want a refund for will probably never be refunded (Even with solid evidence). So if it is broken, then you will lose your money.

The big 'market place' and I love it! First, can find something that i like very cheep and most important shipping free. Also I use LightInTheBox but for some items couldn't pay 3 x bigger shipping price than item worth. Waiting for orders up to 30 days for my country. Have all kinds of experiences, from cancellation of orders (my fault), the vendor did not send the goods or 'false' send, every time I get a refund in max 5 days. Ease of monitoring ordering, payment and excellent customer support without much hassle. Price is equal to the quality of the goods. After all the same item in another store may be cheaper. I never bought electronics, so I have no experience with that. Only USB stick.If I had any problem with future orders will specify.
And to the gentleman, who wrote in his commentary that all poor English speakers gave good evaluate to this site and stated that it is a collaboration of 'other' countries, I want to say thanks for the compliment, after Your statement I am proud of coming from 'other' country.

Aliexpress is a platform for CHINESE SCAMMERS.

Both Aliexpress and their Chinese sellers have low business ethics and are unfit for a global trade.

I purchased an electrical item from FLJ OFFICIAL STORE (The Chinese seller). The item exploded 5 minutes after charging. Therefore, I raised a dispute, spent days with Aliexpress bot CS dozens of times and both the seller and Aliexpress just IGNORED my issue.

Their Buyer Protection Service and Warranty etc look reliable - but don't be fooled by these clever marketing tactics. I am 100% certain that they don't actually protect any buyers nor provide the legal warranty services that I signed up for.

There are SCAMMERS in the platform and ALIEXPRESS LET these SCAMMERS FLOURISH in their platform.

Please - if you are a sane, educated consumer, then please STAY AWAY. Don't lose 600 dollars for an item that you can NEVER USE like me.

Disclaimer: After the whole incident, I didn't purchase the item.

I wanted to buy a necklace and was reading the reviews. Saw a buyer stating that she was charged more than the listed price. Seller replied saying that the buyer didn't meet the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. So to play safe, I decided to contact the seller to double confirm on shipping as the necklace is listed as free shipping to where I'm located even after adding to cart at checkout.

Seller was not polite at all (through message centre), replied to me that it is written clearly on product details and shop's front page that (quoting exactly what's written) "Orders full $10 free shipping", and that I'll be charged $2 for shipping.

If shipping is not free, why is the item listed as "free shipping" even during checkout?!

Bottom line, if you are buying stuff from Aliexpress, always communicate with seller to confirm about shipping fee even if the listing says free shipping. If the item already has bad reviews, and your dealing with the seller isn't pleasant, you might want to try buying from else where.

PS: In the end I bought the necklace from another place at an even cheaper price via a secure payment method!
