SCAMMER ALERT

I had the worst experience ever with seller Guangzhou DiuDiu Technology Ltd.
Firstly, it took more than 7 days to process my order although he was able to accept my payment on the same day I placed my order.
Secondly, he was very rude towards me. He does not speak English but he told me that it was ''out of the question'' to satisfy his customers. English is not my mother tongue, but at least I do not copy paste my sentences from Google Translation like he does all the time.
Thirdly, he refused to extend buyer's protection AND to accept my dispute request. My tracking number has not updated for more than a month; therefore, I presume it got lost somewhere in China. It does not track on Canada Post website, so I guess I will never be able to know what have happened to my package. I understand that sometimes, the delivery time can exceed the estimated shipping time (from 15 to 34 days), but after a while there is no hope left. My package is not held by Chinese customs, so what else could it be? The seller won't believe me when I relate these facts. He ignores my concern about throwing money down the drain and he won't provide any solutions.
Finally, he has at the moment 98,5% positive feedback. How is that even possible if he treats me like crap and he acts like an $#*!? I wonder if he can filter every comment he gets from his customers. That's some shady business in my opinion. Don't ever buy from his shop, you could possibly go through this living Hell by trusting him. I am a broke college student so I take this very seriously. I want to get what I paid for. You have been warned.

I ordered several items on the website. So far, everything went well. Fast deliveries and good quality. I wouldn't buy any expensive electronic stuff there because of the possible warranty issues.

Pissed customer n I sue

I ordered a freaking steering wheel cover it was 10 11 dollars n it's been 3 weeks now when I track the package it says delivery confirmed n says finished but I never received my package I hate the fact there's no phone number to call n talk to anyone and when you try to chat it's another company that pops up called live chats or something that has nothing to do with aliexpess n they say they are a part of Ali baba this is bad for them I'm seeking legal action n suing for thousands because I know I'm not the only one they scammed THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED now

Disappointing!

Never, ever buy electronics from AliExpress. I bought a USB flash drive which did not work from the start. Bluetooth headphones advertised as a brand name were not and broke after first touch. The buyer refused to give me a refund unless I gave them a positive review. So basically lie. Although cell phone covers are just fine as long as you are willing to wait and wait for it to arrive. A seller will usually state your item will arrive between 23-35 days, but I generally receive my products 6-8 weeks or never! When you complain you have not received your item by the 35th day, the seller will extend protection by 2 months which means you sit and wait. There are some sellers who will not ship your item, so you need to be on top and file a dispute before the protection ends. One supplier confirmed an item had a specific attribute but that was not true, however, when I filed a dispute, I was only given back 80 cents! As others have said, quality is for the most part terrible, clothing is totally fake, size is totally unpredictable and you will most likely be stuck with the stuff. I ordered a dog travel bag and when put the dog in, I could not unzip it as the zipper was of the lowest quality. They really use cheap stuff to make their items. Dont get fooled by the pics, brand names and their notes starting 'Dear Friend'... Bottom line? Rip-off!

Bad refund ploicy

I purchased a compressor that was faulty,after having to negotiate with the seller for 2 weeks,I get the seller to agree to give my money back.Now aliexpress is refusing to give my money back! When aliexpress says they will step in they do the exact same thing you just went through with an independent seller! DO NOT PURCHASE BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

Warning! Do not buy from this seller!

I just checked the rating - aliexpress entered 100% satisfaction! But when you go to the details of calculation of the rating, they use only data for the last 6 month, and don't take into account previous negative ratings. No reviews available for now as seller sold less then 10 items, so future customers can't be even warned!

Got bad quality and impossible to use product with missing parts.
Opened a dispute, but as it was my first time and I didn`t know the details, agreed to ship it back before checking the rate for shipping. The size of the box is quite large, so shipping costs same as I paid - $200, there was no sense to ship it back.
I didn`t have any buttons to change my dispute.
Asked seller to change it, they refused.
Asked support to help - no help, just promises.
Now I lost $200, have product that I can`t even sell as it doesn`t have some details and can`t be used properly due to poor quality.
Where is customer protection? Never aliexpress again!

Would not refund my items never came over 79 days now. Spent over 500 dollars this past year and they now kicked me out because i filed disputes on last 100dollar of items that still havent arrived!

I thought I would give it the site ago, however not happy ordered and paid for items then told the business had closed. Thank god items were very cheap so I didn't lose to much money.
WARNING JUST BE CAREFUL. DON'T OUTLAY A LOT OF MONEY. FAR TOOOOO MANY BAD REVIEWS WITH ALIEXPRESS TO WANT TO KEEP GIVING MONEY AWAY

Hello.
Id like to share my experience with AliExpress.
So...
I had ordered one ice pan machine(order id **************) and before ordering i asked the seller 1000times if the machine had an enclosed refrigerator and guided to the apropriate model which had one.
The equipment arrived and guess what. No refrigerator.
I opened a dispute on aliexpress demanding a refund about the issue providing all proofs of evidence (pictures videos of machine, screenshots of conversation between me and seller) and aliexpress judge my case as not legit.
I appealed 2 times, contacted live support but nothing happened.
I asked specifically for a refridgerator as the use of the equipement would have been mobile so storing fruits and liquids was mandatory.

I was only buying small value items from ali which was safe.
Buing expensive stuff from this trash site is something i wouldnt be doing again and i would recommend others inexperienced not to do so.

I'm going to be short and sweet and to the point on this one. I have been shopping at ali for the last 15 years and believe me I don't want to say this BUT the last three months have been a total shopping nightmare!, and I can honestly say that I think aliexpress is going down the Crapper and FAST! One of the stories: ordered, was shorted, aliexpress didn't care, and then the store that did it, still continues to do it to other customers/shoppers. The stores name is: Perfect Tool Store (far from perfect believe me) Store ID: *******355 It really is a very sad thing that once a good shopping site turns to TOTAL CRAP, and the sellers, and the company itself CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED! I will stop shopping there, because now there are just to many RED FLAGS! When a company who used to care stops caring for it's long time customers It's GAME OVER! Just because they are super large now, it doesn't give them any excuse to CRAP all over their customers! No No NOPE! WRONG CHOICE!

I should have checked this site before placing my first (and last) order through AliExpress.com

Ordered an extended battery for my Android. The battery came after about 2 weeks and worked perfectly... for 2 days. Unfortunately I was misled by the website and clicked on "Confirm Delivery" thinking this is just to confirm delivery. There was no indication or warning that this is actually final acceptance of the order.

I contacted AliExress immediately, requesting help with either refund or replacement battery since I am getting no replies from the seller. The reply I got was a canned answer referring me to the "Open Dispute" button which was disappeared once I clicked on "Confirm Delivery".

In my opinion this company acts as a store front to many crooks and its practices are not completely honest. This company is based in China or Hong Kong and yet is managing to deceive many innocent US customers by promising them purchase protection and then disengage from responsibility when an issue arise.

I wish there was a way to file a complaint with the FBI or other authorities and have them investigate the numerous complaints about this company.

AliExpress is a very good site for dropshipping. But it have over 85% of really bad suppliers who their not looking into & fixing. Buyers sometimes wait over 8 days for their item to be shipped, just to receive a message from the bad supplier saying " dear friend sorry this item is out of stock or this item has bad quality can you cancel using other reason" like why should you tell me what option to use to cancel a order that I waited over a week for. I have to right to select "out of stock" that's what you told me. ALIEXPRESS NEED TO LOOK INTO CUSTOMERS REVIEWS & FIX ALOT OF BAD SUPPLIERS THATS NOT USING THEIR PLATFORM!

Was unsure at first of getting this hair, but then after speaking to Amy regularly, i decided to get this hair... anyways i do love this hair, the texture is soooo soft, the length is perfect... I have bleached, dyed and wash this hair and to be honest no shedding, no tangles occur... this hair is something you would have to try for yourself, dont believe neg, reviews you read. 100% virgin hair; great communication and all... if you wanna have a look on what it looks like install SEARCH FOR ME ON INSTAGRAM- msceekay. Complete bandits!

Bought 2 cameras from Aliexpress/COMFAST and paid 162 USD. Seller promised 3-7 days delivery. After one month the goods were returned to seller due to address and phone number seller put on package was complete wrong. There is NO buyer protection in ALIEXPRESS, they judged and will refund me 90 USD, so I have paid 72 USD for nothing. Now after 3 months no refund yet!
ALIEXPRESS is a fraudulent online shopping site, STAY AWAY!

I ordered few items to test what they are like. I haven't gotten all my orders yet but amongst goods from 5 different sellers, there's nothing I am happy with.
The products are poor quality. You might say "what do you expect from $5.82 product?" but don't you go to a dollar store? I was expecting, at minimum, dollar store quality since everything in dollar stores are made in China anyways. Some of them are just downright unusable. One of it arrived un-usable and the seller is refusing to refund.
I thought they have "Open dispute" process because there are so many sketchy sellers that the company itself will deal with them, not customers for the sake of the company's reputation. Their dispute rules are all set to protect sellers, not customers.
I am glad that I was at least smart enough not to order anything expensive.
But so far, my $20 went to some sleazy business' owners pocket.
Do you know the owner of aliexpress and alibaba is the richest man in China? And 70th richest in the world?
I saw one of his interviews and thought he must be doing a decent business. That's why I tried aliexpress, before that I didn't know anything about aliexpress. I can't believe after building that kind of crazy wealth and let the business be "doesn't get any worse than this" rating worthy.
I am sure there are good sellers as well, but I am not using aliexpress any more. I will just to a store and buy "Made in China" products. At least a store will refund your money if something is not working properly.

The most unreliable company ever. They sell items which do not match the description on their website, the quality of the item is far from satisfactory and the item is good to use only for a week. Even though they sell items under the so-called money back guarantee, this protection does not work and they do not want to refund anything or accept a returned item as a proof that it does not work. Instead, they ignore your emails, refuse to help and DEMAND YOUR NAKED PICTURES/VIDEOS in order to give you a refund. You can feel sexually harassed by this companys employees and see that they are totally unwilling to help you solve the issue. Their live chat does not work at all (there is an automatic robot replying to you and NOT a real person), their employees English skills are too low to communicate with clients, they are the worst company that you can ever encounter!
