AliExpress can't and should not be trusted. Sellers on AliExpress advertise for too many products at low prices (for some of them). When you place an order, they send you either damaged or wrong products. For example, I ordered an LCD for my laptop and they sent me the wrong one although I provided the seller with all the information. Returning the item is a huge problem. You ship it back to the seller at your own expense and they promise to refund you. Technically, there is no refund because shipping to China takes too long and is too expensive as well. AliExpress gives about one month for the returned product to arrive at its destination in China, which is impossible. They then close the dispute in favor of the seller (you get no refund) because returned product was not received within the given time period. Also, sellers play the game of not having received the product and; therefore, you get no refund if sellers do not confirm the receipt of the returned product. It's a win-win situation for them and it's a loss-loss situation for the buyers. Save your time and your money as well and do not buy from AliExpress.

Untill now I have'nt succes to place an order at Alieexpress, when I will order, I always receive a message that it is not possible because of savety reasons, whatever that means. I have never ordered before, never got a e-mail back when I ask for more information.

IMHO, AliExpress is a BIG deceptive Scam. They do NOT have the customer focus of Amazon, and they will never be Amazon.

1. First, the savings do not compensate for the extended wait times. That alone should drive most shoppers to avoid them.

2. If you never receive an item, you my have to wait 3-4 months before you get your money back. UNCOOL.

3. If you get a defective item, and you get defective items regularly, you will have to jump through hoops, and waste a lot of time to send them evidence with pictures and videos (that they may or may not be able to see) before they give you an AliExpress judgment.

4. An AliExpress judgment may be valid (refund without return), or invalid (your evidence is not to their liking), and you're out of luck. You can appeal, but you never hear back from them.

5. The worst, and most deceptive AliExpress judgment is when, after you do everything to their liking, and they deem the claim valid, they tell you "full refund but you must return the item to China with tracking (they recommend DHL) in 9 days (seriously?)".

6. Shipping anything from anywhere to China by DHL and in 9 days, is cost-prohibitive, and is often more than the refund amount itself.

7. This basically amounts to: "yes, you got a defective" product, but you will get no refund. We shamelessly lied about Buyer Protection.

Everyone should report them to NYSE so they remove the BABA stock from the NY stock exchange.

So I ordered a few items a couple weeks ago from three different shops on Ali Express. One item showed sent the next day, the next item show two days later and the third showed sent almost five days later, just before the timer expired and the order cancelled. But I'm getting the picture that 'sent' does not mean sent, or even processed, it only means they generated a tracking number and they will send it sometime later. Now two weeks later only one item looks like it might be on its way here. One item just recently updated to 'posting', one item said it was on its way to here but is now back at their sorting facility.
Even if I receive the item(s) I'm not too impressed with the process and I can see through their misleading messages. They are meant to give you the impression that something is happening when they haven't done anything yet. The shops have five days to send the item but get around this by generating a track and trace without actually posting the item. I suspect they only ship every couple of weeks to save money on shipping (they get a discount for shipping more items at a single time rather than fewer items more often.). But this is misleading and unfair for the customer who has already paid for the goods and makes it harder for them to file a claim with their credit card provider.

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS
I spent nearly £50 on an order (AliExpress, for your information Order ID: **************, not that you care!), goods were never delivered. After several weeks later, I cancelled the order and raised a dispute. The dispute was finished and no refund has been given. WHY? I have not received the goods and the seller has kept my money.
ALIEXPRESS AND THE VENDOR ARE THIEVES!

THIS IS THE WORST SITE ON THE INTERNET. ON MARCH 5 I ORDERED 4 GUITAR STRAPS AND WAS GIVEN 72 HOURS TO CANCEL THE ORDER, THEN OVER NITE I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT SUDDENLY THEY SAID THEY SHIPPED THE ORDER THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH SOME BS TRACKING NUMBER THAT NEVER GAVE THE INFO SO I CALLED CANADA POST THEY TOLD ME THE TRACKING NUMBER IS BOGUS NO GOOD. ANOTHER CASE OF THEY TAKE THEY MONEY AND RUN AWAY NOW ALIEXPRESS KEEPS TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 DAYS THEY DONE THAT TWICE. THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE IN 16-26 DAYS AND THAT SHIP HAS SAILED ALSO. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINALS. ALIEXPRESS ONLY HELPS THERE SCUMBAG SELLERS.

Good experience with the ECG 180D
October 26, 2018

It is nice to have a good experience after some bad experiences. The order arrived fast, The carton smashed, but the inner box without any damage. I tested the ECG, downloaded to my PC "ECG Viewer manager" and then connected. The manual gives you a wron link, so just search google for "ECG Viewer manager" and go to Heal Force 180D and download it.

Aliexpress gone from good to bad.

For the past 11 years i have been buying from aliexpress with no trouble no fuss until recently. Since January 2019 sellers will display a colour of product they don't have, then immediately you paid they will now message you that they don't have the colour. Before if i buy African lace within a week i will receive it. But lately i will have to wait for 2 weeks, or more most of the time,
For example i paid for an item on my tracking it shows ( Received And Signed For) when i haven't even receive the item, that is called fraud. Since January 2019 I bought a lace from a seller, after paying she messaged me that she doesn't have the colour only have gold colour in stock, i said OK. After a week i didn't see the item she now reply that she only got peach colour i said ok no respond after a while, then i went online to check tracking it says received and signed for. I message her that i did not receive the item no respond until now. I clicked Eva to complain at the end of the complain they said aliexpress release my money to her up until now no refund no item. I think it is important to know what type of item you are buying on aliexpress. All of the stationery sticky notes and tapes I have bought have arrived so far. The other thing that I bought was clothes, and there had been only one issue with the seller when I bought a pair of pants and it didn't match my size. Aliexpress sellers will fight you tooth and nail against refunds. And usually the site itself is on the sellers side. But it was my fault for buying the wrong size. The other clothing had arrived with no problem.

Just remember that you buy what you pay for. If the item is considerably cheaper, then either the quality is bad or the seller wants to scam you. I had bought a pair of pants for around 40$ and the quality was extremely good. But again, it depends on the seller you are buying from. Items the same price can have different quality.

Some of the sellers don't respond to my messages and questions about the item, or they say something else entirely which is probably done with an automated system.

Overall, aliexpress is an okay site when it comes to buying clothes (just look at the sizing info and measurements when buying) and cheap stationery. I have no information about the potential safety of other types of items nor have I buyed any.

After receiving a poorly made product from them, they sent me over 25 emails wanting me to lie and say their product was good. I never kept the product, once received it, returned it. LUCY WANG IS CRAZY. I actually reported them to Aliexpress and received no feedback. I sent the complaint on Friday and then received 3 more emails from the company stating that they wanted me to change the information again.

AVOID AT ALL COST
