If you want to get ripped-off, Aliexpress is the place to go. Sellers are thieves and liars and there is no support from aliexpress. I bought cell phones and one was a counterfeit and the other, while genuine, did not work and we had to pay to have it repaired. I had the police involved and was able to prove the phone was a counterfeit and the credit card company reversed the charges for me. The sellers say the buyer must pay return shipping even when the seller sends us defective products. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING THERE
I was a A3 level customer, over 115 purchases on my VISA sent to my home. Now, to "protect' me they insist that I send them a copy of my PASSPORT and DRIVERS LICENSE for my protection! My card is active. It doesn't get any worse than this for a potential phishing scam.

I have been a frequent buyer here for like three years ago and i have never had a bad experience with aliexpress. The sellers are so understanding and always strive to give you the best service.
I ordered paintings on AliExpress by numbers, so they went 2 months. But I do not have the quality of the claims. And for the price that they offer in our city can not be found.
So I had 2 out of 3 orders not delivered but it showed up in the tracking info as delivered. The delivery companies did not help me as they needed the sellers to contact them - which they did not and Aliexpress is siding with the seller because the items show up as delivered.
I realized there was a scam whereby sellers would just send to a friend or themselves in the recipient country and provide you with a tracking number so that when it's delivered, you will see it as being delivered but actually it would have arrived at another address. They can do this because there is no need to provide evidence of the delivery address. GO F*CK YOURSELVES YOU SCAMMING ARSE HOLES!

I bought a phone from xiaomi the phone had many problems I had to pay custom fees on it a thing they never informed me about. I had to pay return fees from my pocket so I had to keep the phone with me it is not working welll. I contact the customer service of alie express they are son nice talking but they do nothing.
