Goods were reported as delivered, but they actually have not
I logged a dispute, Ali did not even come back.
The seller advised to wait for another 20 days and i am happy to wait.
But Ali should not send me wrong information. It's actually the 2nd order they do this (goods not delivered, but Ali advised that they were).
AliExpress is offering $4 AUD discount voucher for new registration. I registered my self & placed an order. The system allowed me to use the discount coupon. After 2 weeks my order was auto-cancelled & no notification from them at all. It's been around 2 months since then that I have been chasing them... haven't received a refund yet... also now they are not responding to online queries... NEVER TRUST THE CHINESE... I will not use AliExpress again & am also spreading my experience to as much people as possible so that others do not get cheated by this cheat organization.
Ordered an item. When it arrived it was a completely different item! Contacted seller and sent them pics as proof. After weeks of back and forth where they had to "confirm with the dispatcher that the item sent was wrong (the dispatcher denied it by the way) they finally agreed to refund my money right away via paypal. I never received my money so I contacted them again they told me they thought they had said Monday for the refund. Monday came and went and I still never recieved my refund. They then told me they can't do it via paypal (which is definately NOT TRUE) and told me it would take 7-10 days to return to my card. Any other time I've ever needed a refund it has been returned to me within a day, yet I still have not gotten my money back! Save yourself the time and don't bother with this company!

My order didn't arrive I got blamed for it by customer service representative Jhoy is her name. Did not get my refund at all. So now I have no package and no refund. Don't order from this site order from another that's completely legit.
I ordered 5 paints, they sent 4, no notice on missing paint and no refund. Messaged them and was run around in circles about having to file a dispute to get a refund for item they DIDN'T ship. I offered them a substitution of color if original out of stock. Buyer BEWARE!
Some sellers are a scam, in my case if there is a problem, no help. Customer support is no help, tyres to make an idiot from you. Very poor service. By only if willing to risk the money. Make print screen of dispute if made otherwise dissappear.
My first purchase went wonderful. I received my product as promised. The second experience has been horrible! I tried to cancel the order to have the SUPPLIER deny my request! I also tried and opened a dispute on the supplier, still no results! I received an email for the second time that my order has been shipped. Today is 5/10/13, the first shipment email said 4/17/13. Stay away!
I ordered masks 3/14 and had to keep following up with the company to ask where are they at until two weeks ago i advised to please just refund no response butbbn the mask actually came in. No apologies no explanation just mask customer service is horrible
I have used aliexpress for years. Loved it. However I have just experienced a dispute and I am thinking I will never take the chance agsin. From the automated response I received they protect the seller. This seller is refusing to work with me... if the seller and I do not settle the dispute in 3 days all money goes to the seller and the dispute is cancelled. So a seller just has to refuse to compromise when sizes and colors are wrong... and they still get all the money and the buyer is left with three pair of unusable boots.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
