Unfortunately I ordered a refurbished samsung S5 cost me $240 NZD.
Phone wouldn't connect to computer. So I wanted refund. Meaning I had to send it back. Cost $45 NZD.
Conclusion: Don't spend more than $50, bigger items buy local

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter in November for Christmas. They were dispatched separately but I was only given one tracking number. In mid January one pair arrived and the buyer marked off the order as being delivered. I uploaded a photo with the order number and the weight of the package and the value of one pair clearly printed and yet the dispute team said I did not have any evidence and awarded full payment for both pairs to the seller. The website is designed to frustrate you and prevent you from making a complaint. The Live Chat was also time consuming, frustrating and a wasted of time. All in all very bad service, none of the agreed time frames were adhered to and very dishonest business acumen. Buyer Beware!
I placed an order 3 months ago and i still haven t received anything. It didn t say it had long waiting times for it to arrive and when i contact customer service (which is a chatbot) theyalways come up with new excuses. This is unacceptable.

I bought an iPhone 5s from that ali, I spent 365 euros, it came in good time, at least for China and was well packaged. I didn't use it immediately as I had no cover to protect it, after a week I started to use the phone and noticed that most of the time I had no cellular/network coverage. I messaged the seller to ask if they could help, I was told to restore the phone and I did so through iTunes, long story short the iPhone no longer works as it wont reactivate through the apple servers. And because I'm outside of the 15 day window to open a dispute, I am left with a very expensive brick.
I would not purchase anything costing more than 5 euro from this site
These guys are theives. Do not trust them. I ordered a phone that was damaged. They asked me to retturn it. While the item was in transit they proposed an offer of $0 refund effectviely stealing my £450 and giving it to the vendor.
The products where well made and cheap to buy, I expected worse when I saw how cheap it was. I only bought jewelry and nick nack items so far, I will most likely look into buying clothes as well. So far AliExpress has earned a good review.
I ordered quite a bit of items. Took well over a month to get and they then blocked me from using my card asking to email them an ID and other items if I wish to order and use the same card again. HELLOO... Thats very rude and what the heck do they need my ID with personal info for? To scam or hack me? I think NOT. Just order with another card but DO NOT send them ID info.It is cheap China items you can buy on other sites without sending info. They have rude customer service as well.
I ordered a lot of stuff like smartphones, lcd's for smartphones. I had problem, either they didnt work on arrival or stop working within a week.
If im gonna be you for a second i would think again before ordering tech products from Ali Express. They customer service will not protect you.

The watch that I bought has gone and now it is neither working nor charging. The seller does not respond my messages and the customer service does not help as well. They only say we are here for you, we are behind of you and bla bla bla. They do not find a solution for this problem. I think from aliexpress do not buy anything that is valuable for you. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
