I ordered 3 different dresses from 3 different sellers and they were all no good. It took longer then they said to deliver. One of the dresses sequence on the dress were falling off and the dress was not made no where close the measurements I gave. Another dress was missing material around the butt of the dress, so your butt was being exposed. The sellers gave a tough time with returning and refunding the dresses. For 3 months now, I have been going back and forth with trying to return and receive a refund from the 3 dresses for the sellers. I also was threatened by one of sellers. We also returned two of the dresses and they did not refund as back our money. This company is horrible. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this website at all.
I recently opened a dispute against seller dillilil store (buyer beware) this seller is selling items described as large men's when indeed it would struggle to fit action man. Avoid like the plague, all aliexpress said was seller was correct in his sizing and not enough information, I had enough information to take it to court never mind a small time dispute on a website. Shame on you aliexpress I really thought you would mediate and find a solution all you did was chase a customer away. I ordered a Peruvian u shape human hair wig from seller LEO... once I FINALLY received the order it was far from what I actually ordered. The description of the wig was not accurate. The picture and description of the wig was totally different from what I ordered. When expressing my dissatisfaction to the seller via email, I was never offered a refund or exchange. The seller offered a discount on my next order, which is not an option. The sellers have full control over your order, its a scam site. The seller stole $158.00 from me using a falsified ad. The site claims a guaranteed buyers protection which is also falsified! I am unable to open a dispute, request a refund like the site advertises. After I signed into my account, it shows 0 orders. There isn't even a customer service phone number to contact. SCAM SITE... STAY AWAY!
