Don't believe it when the site says "FREE RETURNS". After requesting a free return, they came back and stated there was nothing wrong with the product and therefor the return was denied. This back and forth of communication took a couple of weeks. When I stated that the product description clearly states it can be return the reply was that I was now past the 15 day return period, the case is resolved and closed! Will not purchase from them ever again.

I thought it was ok. I used it for years - I am a long time buyer, but beware!
I got scammed with goods worth $130. The seller sent goods worth 1/2 what I paid.
I lodged a dispute to no effect.
My only solution to get a refund was to send goods back at $42 postage.
Lodged tracking number in their internal system.
I have just been e-mailed that I failed to lodge the tracking number [I did].
They now notify me they will release ALL the funds to the scammer.
Now I am out $172.
You can't complain to AliExpress.
1. You can't reply to their e-mails.
2. You can't get any 'Help' despite the site looking like there are safety precautions. None of them work!
3. Their 'Forum' is down. Surprise, surprise.
4. I posted on their parent Alibaba Forum. It was removed in hours.
5. I found their HQ in Hong Kong and thought at last I had found an avenue to have my case heard. Not so the e-mail is a dud.
AliEpress leave no avenue for complaint - beware.
I have been having bad luck lately with this site. Crooked sellers, and scammers. I had a order from two sellers in the last two months that were "frozen" because of fake sellers. I am so depressed, I have to wait for a refund, and all my Christmas gifts i ordered for gifts are cancelled. They have no real people only a robot to talk to. I used to feel good about shopping here but lately its froze lost orderes and sellers selling broken products. I am really sad and descuraged instead of excited im sad. I just dont know who to trust here anymore.
Worst service I have ever received in my life! I'm a lace wig Queen and I've ordered from other vendors. But HALO is theeee worst I've ever come across. The order took forever then when it arrived it looked like a shaved dog! I sent it back (and paid for the shipping) now they claim they never received it, you should have seen the long address in China they have for returns The post office could not believe it! Now after two months I'm still fighting for my money, my bank has a dispute against now. Steer clear PLEASE! Not worth the hassle, and by all means do not believe all those paid reviews they have

Just like eBay, AliExpress has good sellers and bad sellers. Like eBay, there are seller ratings and number of sales each seller has made. It's up to you to decide who you will buy from... just like eBay. I choose the seller with high ratings and lots of sales. They are usually the ones who can be trusted to give you the better items. However, with the current aggressive anti-west climate in China, I haven't been buying anything from AliExpress. Why support those who hate you? Just my opinion. Feel free to do what you like.

I my case I ordered a computercase. I received one for a different size. Supplied Photo-evidence but seller claimed that he had shipped the right weight!. Such things can happen but Chinese sellers will never admit a mistake.
Do yourself a favor do not buy here and save your money. Buyerprotection is seller protection
I have bought product from aliexpress and all was in working order the only thing is the shipping company does not know if the product is fragile unless aliexpress put a fragile sticker on the package, my packages were damaged but the product survived the trip
I bought a 100% virgin hair on Ali express, when I got it did not took anything like the picture, I had ordered #4 and got #8, it was very frizzy and I have never used it. The seller will not refund my money. I do hair and make wigs few people for some I just order the wigs for them and there is no way I can treat people like this. She asked me to lie for her, give it a five star review, and tell everyone that the wig is good, for only 2/3rds of the cost of the wig.
