I made a purchase using my credit card and got a security warning. They asked for me to send them information taking pictures of my credit card drivers license and statement which I did. I thought it was all approved and then when I didn't receive anything.
I found out the order was canceled and then I try to re-order it again and I have the same problem. Don't waste your time. And don't send them your credit card info. Who knows what they're going to do with that information. I've stopped my credit cards and requested new ones
They need to be shut down! This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had! I had used the site before so my credit card info was on file. I put bridesmaid hats in my shopping cart that were advertised free shipping... when I realized it was $100 for shipping and the free shipping was false advertisement, I did not confirm the purchase and decided against them. My account was charged $150. I messaged them a day later and they said that the hats were already on their way. I asked how to send them back and no response. When I filed a dispute with the company, the seller contacted me and begged me to cancel the dispute promising to send back all of my money and admitting that it was his fault. I sent all of those messages to the dispute person and it was determined that I lost the dispute. They also disabled my account so that I could not leave any feedback on the site. I am disgusted by this site and will be filing a dispute with my bank.
People complain about the quality but if you are paying 8 dollars for a coat its not gona be amazing quality. If you are reasonable this site is great. No issues with service delivery or customer service.
I will never buy clothing from Ali Express again their so called xl sizes are really extra small
I have kept them and given the tops to my nieces who are 8 snd 10 yrs old. Beware unless you sre size 8 to 10 don't expect their clothes to fit. They are also poor quality.
This is like a scam site, some sellers don't provide any repair warranty and Aliexpress doesn't care at all.

I ordered an item several months ago from this website and it go lost for some reason. I do not receive this item yet. It is time to close the sales because it has been too long. AliExpress gave me a three day period for me to deal with the delivery agent, USPS, to resolve this issue. I cannot get an answer from USPS and AliExpress said that they did all they can do so they released the purchase amount of money to the seller. I protested and asked why I am responsible their delivery issue. I order an item and all I need to do is wait for its delivery to my front door, period. If I do not receive the item, it is the seller's and AliExpress's responsibility, not mine. I receive no response at all and the sales is closed, i. E. I lost the money I paid for this purchase.
I used one or two times before, it was ok. But recently, when I tried to order something, after I placed the order and try to make payment with my credit card. I got an error message say "For security reason this process cannot be continued. To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by click My Appeal for further verification"
Then I clicked My Appeal, the speed was horrible, after wait and wait then I got error say
"Too many redirects occurred trying to open " blur blur.
As I was use google chrome, then I switched to Apple Safari, same issue.
Then, I tried Firefox, Finally it opened a website ask me to upload:
1: copy of my ID
2: photo of the credit card I used
3: bank statement of the credit card
No $#*!ing way I can give out those info to a online shop. Who the hell they think they are.
If they just want to verify genuine customer, why the they don't check order history or use paypal.

I'ma regular buyer and I've only had a couple of issues with Ali sellers, that Ali management have sorted the issue very, very quickly... and fairly. I find the sellers very polite, even when there is a problem. I love AliExpress.
Shop******* Store is a sham. Placed an order on 3/30/20. Was informed they would ship it from a warehouse in Coppell, TX which is less than 30 miles from my home & if I paid with the order I would receive it in 4 to 7 days. I paid with the order. To further the deception they advised the USPS to expect a package & got a tracking number. On 4/15/20 they sent an email saying they had shipped it & I would get it in 4 to 7 days. One month has now passed & the only response I can get from them is "please wait in patience your package will arrive soon." That is all I get no matter what question I ask or what statement I make. Very dishonest.
I have been after a refund for a month now and still trying to receive it. Be careful with this site, they keep promising and they reassure that you will receive a refund but they keep saying you will receive it. I give up... they can keep the money... won't be shopping with them anymore. I belong to Wish and they are a lot better with their customer service... Customers, switch to wish as they have customer reps that can do things... on this site... they can't do anything... the worse site ever.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
