I have been after a refund for a month now and still trying to receive it. Be careful with this site, they keep promising and they reassure that you will receive a refund but they keep saying you will receive it. I give up... they can keep the money... won't be shopping with them anymore. I belong to Wish and they are a lot better with their customer service... Customers, switch to wish as they have customer reps that can do things... on this site... they can't do anything... the worse site ever.

Fantastic
September 20, 2018

Second time am buying from this seller. Nice fabric and reasonable price. I bought the skye blue and now peach colour. The colour really came out on me and people made wonderful comment on it. Will buy again from the seller.

The seller is completely misrepresenting their products. They sell you faulty/wrong products and then you are stuck with either a useless product, or a return cost that is usually more than the product cost originally.

AliExpress are not interested in assisting.

DISHONEST THIEVES
PURCHASED A PRINTER $300 didn't work, provided 8 videos of proof via 13 emails and still no refund. Contacted customer care 6 times who promised to sort this out and still no response and still no response to my 27 emails.
SUPPLIER - WainNian Hero Professional Printers - sell you handheld printers that do not work. Pretend to troubleshoot until the refund time is up.
LYING THIEVES.
UPDATE 30th May Email sent back to me dated 30th advised that I have provided any evidence - even though I had provided over 10 more emails with video evidence. So now they have stated that they have closed the case. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM ALIEXPRESS. REFUND MY MONEY!

Orders arrive broken, not as described, or simply don't arrive at all. Customer service and warranty do not exist. Some sellers do go as far as mocking the customer and instead spam your inbox with more tat.

Don't buy from AliExpress otherwise you will be sorry
Ordered Drone for my child and Its was showing hold by custom after a while. With no help from seller I opened A case at AliExpress which resulted In seller favor making me wait for over 1 Month They told me to contact the customs and i did, they could not find any information by the given Tracking number. Even I did told them, That i did not see any evidence from seller and i m the only one who had to proof everything. I had paid for custom like AliExpress charge at the checkout. I lost 890 Turkish lira and child is still waiting not knowing the situation. Buying is easy from AliExpress, When item did not send or come to you. You want be able to do anything

China! What is this dictatorship? If you delete the app, they reduce your points as an AliExpress member. In General: Very bad app, very slow delivery, I ordered 2 things, got one after 75 days, the other one I didn't get, terrible app. America will remain superior to China. Amazon will remain superior to Ali Express

Very bad customer service

I really am very disappointed with Ali express. Or I make many purchases per month online, and the other websites help me to solve the cases of claims easily, but Alie express almost never solves the claims in favor of the client so I lost a lot of money. Being aware that the product was returned and delivered to the seller did not hear my complaints and I did not even receive a response from the customer service and sellers who know that Ali Express does not care about having the customer as they take advantage and keep the money and the product. Sometimes I keep buying because I do not find what I need in another place but with the worry and begging that the purchase does not present inconvenience. It's a shame.

Horrible Service

My order was never received was told by my local post office that it had not been Transferred from the local carrier in Compton California Ali express refused to reship or refund the money for it. Ali express pretty much said that because it got to the USA it was no longer their problem. Horrible service from Ali express.

Very nice case

The camera case is nicer than the photo, good quality, good materials and workmanship. It fit my video camera perfectly with a compartment that also fits my cell phone. Convenient to attach it to my belt with the loop or to use the shoulder strap. Very happy, thanks.
