I have made several orders in PanelLook Store and I am awfully satisfied with quality of products. There was no problems with equipment, good packed. The seller gave me some information of products and firmware for those boards. One of those boards I use during a year, it works perfectly. I can give recommendation to buy in this store, the best combination of quality and price.
You start a chat with some customer service attendant and they simply disconnect from your conversation! That happened 4 times. Once you have a question and they don't wanna answer they simply ignore you. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Also, they won't refund you even if you cancel your order on time, they lie that it was already shipped when it wasn't.
I placed an order with aliexpress. Com and payed with my credit card. Three weeks later I received an e-mail telling me that my order had been cancelled due to aliexpress. Com not having received payment for my order. What happened to the credit card information I submitted with my order? There is nothing wrong with my credit card account. I am not ever declined for anything ever! I will never order anything from aliexpress.com ever again. In the off chance that they were out of stock, then why blame no payment? My credit card is perfectly good! I am very unhappy with aliexpress. Com. I'm crossing aliexpress. Com off my list of sites to check out!
AliExpress sells very bad products on the image it's so big but when you buy it so small. If they were 0 stars I will rate 0. I bought a sewing machine and they fort me the wrong charger. AliExpress told me to contact the seller so I did. The seller told me to go buy another.
This is not a policy it's bad normally he is supposed to get you another.

At aliespress sellers can take your money post false tracking numbers, false pictures for their products and when you try to complain the only person you can talk to is a lame chatting service that limits how much you can say, blurrs the images you try to send as proof, limits the amount of evidence you can provide, have incompetent staff that blatantly lie to you. It has been over a month and i still don\t have my item or my refund. Shop with amazon they are safe.
I pass an order 2 weeks ago with ALIEPRESS. I paid and just the day after they locked my account.
I'm contacting them 3 times and the only answer I'm getting is that they have to send an investigation report and I have to wait for 2 or 3 days. No one is doing follow-up, they took my money and now I'm stuck, because they are not doing any effort to help me. They just don't care. Keep receiving the same answer to wait for 2 business days.
But in the mean time, I was able to change my password without even login in my account! No service at all, no possibility to cancel my order as per to cancel-it I have to login, no help.
Horrible service and company. Don't order, just run and save your money!

Order was never received. Requested to extend the protection purchase and didn't work. DHL tracking number was invalid. Filed a complaint and dispute was escalated requesting for a refund and no action has been taken. It's been for almost 60 days since I placed the order and no action was taken by Ali Express. I placed the same order on Amazon and got the order in 7 days. I will never deal with Ali Express anymore. I've escalated the matter to Visa Credit Card to get my refund.
Over the last year I have made several orders from this online store and I can say that I was very pleased. I cannot find the prices at which I find the goods here in another online store. The goods are delivered relatively quickly to the other end of the world. I recommend it!

Really loved this necklace. It was high quality and just like the picture. The pink stones on the drop are REALLY pink and the chain is not gold, but has a pink gold hue. It's really well done. My only issue is the clasp: it's kind of weird and may eventually break.
