My order never came. But the tracking number showed delivery. I have to show them a form (the name of the form was never given) from the local post office, I won't be getting a refund. I guess the seller knows the aliexpress policy well. I won't be shopping here any more.

This outdoor camera is perfect! It is true quality color HD 1080P not like some cameras. The night vision is very well lit and the field of vision reaches very far. I added a 64gb memory card so it can store enough video footage for quite some time. It has motion detection to record when it sees movement in the camera. They have the option to get the cloud storage for weeks to a month. Depending on your situation and the price is very cheap. You can view the camera from anywhere through your phone with their App. I have no complaints about this waterproof camera and you won't either. Buy this item and you will be 100% satisfied just like me! Thank you for having this product at such a cheap price!

I ordered from Aliexpress and the delivery date changes all the time. I ordered a couple months ago and when I ordered it showed that my order is coming soon when it still hasn't come yet and it now shows to wait another month. I don't recommend ordering from here. Although it is cheap.

I am absolutely livid with this website I ordered my wedding bands from this site after processing my payment I got an email stating the order would ship after payment was verified then not 20 min later i get another stating my whole order 2 was canceled because payment could not be verified. What! Furthermore they asked for a scanned copy of my drivers license and bank statement showing the charges as well as an image of the card! Do you think I was born yesterday!#&@ no. To make matters worse they did process the charge to my bank which put a hold on the funds so I couldn't even use the money to buy the rings someplace else! I tried customer service and they are non existent and the chat is worthless every thing has to be on china's time 7-30 days to release the funds STAY AWAY from this site!

I ordered a dash cam from AliExpress. It was supposed to come with a real camera in addition to the dash cam, and the connecting cable I got only the dash cam went on the website and app. There is no place to request missing parts. Keeps going round and round showing more products to buy. Don't waste your money with this service.

As the items are not as description or lost, then you complain to Aliexpress, they will block your account. You will be unable to open a claim. And those items are never arrived, they will blame the buyer not the seller. Waiting for over 60 days, all the items are likely will not be arrived. The 100% refund policy and buyer protection is a fake. They spoiled those replica sellers and inferior/defect items sold on their website.

Beware! Do not buy from Aliexpress hair stores. Dream Beauty store will send damaged wigs to you and will not refund your money back. This store has poked holes in their own products and will sabotage products just to prevent refunds. Please do not spend your money because you will be disappointed.

I ordered a product that was not at all as advertised and did not work. I was offered $49.00 back of the $52.00 the item cost only to be told I would have to send back the defective product at my cost prior to getting back my money. The cost to ship back was $35.00. It doesn't matter that it did not work or that is is not what they have advertised. I will never buy from this again. They are thieves and their products are junk.

Over the year I bought many things at Ali. All the screw drivers, nuts and bolts were good and did the job, but when it came to the 20 USD and up it was just a disaster. Problem is that Ali doesn't really protect you: Either get only half of the money back or ship the product back to the seller which often cost more than 15 dollars.
Here are some examples:
Sous vide system for 50 dollars stopped working after the first time.
Vacuum sealer for sous vide stopped working after the third time
Another sous vide never arrived. The seller sent me the money back. Nice guy.
Dacom Earphones disintegrate after about a year of use.
Other earphones for phones turned out to be with a non working mic. Did not get a dime. Money to the garbage bin.
There are many more, but I have other things to do. Eventually I decided to limit my shopping with Ali to 10 USD.

I ordered 2 balls of glow-in-the-dark yarn. I received 36 2.0mm knitting needles. Despite their own delivery invoice showing a picture of the knitting needles with a description of the yarn, they insisted that since a package was delivered (although the item sent was not correct), their obligation was complete. Be careful!
