After waiting three months to receive some of my items I've order I've only gotten one. When I asked for a refund for the items I never received they sent me mean and nasty messages harassing me about how I am a liar and how I should be "jailed" because I wanted a refund for the items I didn't receive. I honestly wouldn't waste your money. They also don't keep your payments safe either though their site and don't protect the privacy of their customers. Its been about 6 months and I still haven't received those package and yet they still accuse me of being a liar when the shipping says it hasn't even left their warehouse.

My design
September 10, 2015

AliExpress are using My London Tour design on a range of Tote bags, clutch bags and purses.
They did not get my permission, they did not buy my design and they do not pay royalties.
I am very disappointed that work has been stolen in this way.

I got fraud Micro SD card. Instead of 128 GB I got defective 8 GB. Aliexpress wanted me to record video that shows capacity of card test. Test takes around 4-5 hours. This is ridiculous. How can I do 5 hours video to prove that card is fake. They release my money to fraud seller. Do not buy any memory card, flash drives, hard drives on Aliexpres. You will get fake items and cannot prove it to be refunded.

Bought a shirt from Aliexpress, they took my money and i waited for it to be shipped, but unfortunately nothing was shipped and fake tracking number supplied. To my greatest surprise, aliexpress automatically confirmed the good to be received and closed it. I requested for a refund of my money, i was told that they cannot refund it as they have already released the money to the seller.

Aliexpress is a Fraud!

Aliexpress is a Fraud! No protection for the garbage it sells and no customer service quality. Do not waste your money on its garbage. Recently I purchase a 4TB USB storage and after I transferred my data, within a few days all of my data disappeared after spending a couple of hundred dollars none of that recovered.

You get what you pay for

I have been using websites like dealextreme.com for a while. Since aliexpress came along, it is just so much easier to purchase products. The website infrastruceture is better (similar to ebay), and communication is easier. However, dont expect to get the finest quality for 5 dollars. You get what you pay for!

Look at the reviews on their websites. They write their own stupid reviews that don't make any sense. They charge shipping or taxes because they want to make more money. They don't even deserve a half of star!

Buyers are not protected

Ordered a Bluetooth speaker from ALiExpress. The item was used with marks, cracks and scuffs. The USB cable came cut (someone used a cutter) and with damaged USB head.
After I complained and sent photos as evidence, AliExpress didn't do anything and sided with the seller. AliExpress people have been as dishonest as the seller. The item was not too expensive so I had a limited lose but still, this is totally unacceptable.
I don't think it is worth buying from them. Very sad.

Claims process favours the seller. Bought two phones, one faulty and one never arrived. Contacted seller who said to send back, did not offer to pay postage and AliExpress released my payment to them. 2nd one cancelled as it had not been sent yet seller claims to have sent it yet it has not arrive 6 weeks early and again AliExpress sided with the seller. Used the live customer assistance and was told that my payments would not be released till problems resolved! Clearly this did not happen and the seller stopped responding as soon as his payment was received. If like me you live in the UK stick to Amazon and avoid AliExpress at all costs

I buy a chinese tablet pc from store name shenzhen Ele co.ltd but haven't recieved refund. I lost money 172 us. dollars. This site is no real buyer protection. It's only protect chinese seller. Not recommend to buy anything from this site because it's a chinese web site. FRAUD! Hit and RUN.!
