Be Careful What YOu Are Letting Yourself In For
I have purchased many item from Aliexpress and not always with success. The latest items have been a disaster. First I bought a new screen for my phone. Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. Wrong Part! They asked me to return it by the cheapest method and they would send the proper part straight away. After chasing them for a tracking number they informed me that they will not be sending the replacement until they receive the wrong part back! That will take weeks for them to receive it and more weeks to send the proper part! On top of all that they expect you to pay for return postage! You have to pay for their incompedence! Next I decided to buy a new phone. New phone arrived. Camera refused to focus. Took it to a manufacturers service depot. Was told they could not fix it cuz it was a different version to the local version. I had payed for postage, customs etc. The supplier asked me to return it. I said who will pay for return? They said I have to pay. What about customs duty I had payed? To bad! Demanded I sent by EMS with tracking or no refund. They also insisted that they would not refund the original postage I had payed. So I lost original post costs, customs cost and return post cost all because they had sent a faulty product! Can you believe it? If they had checked the product properly before dispatch they would have known there was a fault. So be careful when buying from Aliexpress. It might cost you more than you think.
I purchased two Samsung S6 phones July 2. They arrived July 7. None of the chargers worked. One phone stopped working after a day. The Seller agreed to replace the phone and suggested a 4G LTE upgrade for $10.00. I had to ship the phone back ($18.00) The day after I shipped the phone the 2nd phone stopped working. I notified the seller and decided to wait till the new phone arrived. Three weeks later the new phone arrived. That phone would not recognize the SIM. Contacted seller and AliExpress. Seller would not return emails or Skype. AliExpress to me to follow their complaint process, which I did. In the process of trying to work this out. My carrier said that my phone was stolen and shut off my service. It took two days to get my other phones unblocked. As of today, AliExpress told me that the Seller was out of business and there was nothing that they could do at this point. If you look deep into their structure, there is no way to contact them directly. Only means is through their CRS and they are worthless is resolving issues. I am out $421.00, all due to AliExpress failures to protect their buyers. DO NOT purchase anything through AliExpress. There is a very good chance you will lose your money and own a worthless piece of trash.

I finally got my money back after nearly 5 months through the credit card company. They went after them and it turned out good. Word of advice... document everything and let the credit card company to the butt kickin'

Aliexpress getting worse. Price are increase; and freeshipping dissapear. Now I bought in it wery seldom. Sad; but it is. Coins of Aliexpress are useless. I cant recommend this store.

Bad costumer service if something goes wrong. They ignore your arguments by sending default answers and then just close the dispute. I will not order again.
Stay away from this place. They tell you that you're item is shipped and it never shows up! Forget about a refund, cuz it's not gonna happen. Lesson learned!

Bought a smartphone supposed to be a lenovo model (p780C) with octacore@ 3,5ghz 4gb ram 16gb on board memory... well real imei says is not a lenovo model true processor speed is dual core 1,2 ghz... less than 500mb of ram and of course not 16 gb of on board storage memory but like 2gb +-. They were even able to let you download a fake antutu benchmark showing super stats while with geek bench the sad truth was clear. Open dispute ask for full refund and willing to sell the counterfeit phone back, went to post office and the employee firmly suggested me to not ship it back due to china customs blocking loads of stuff so i would have probably loose 30+ of shipping fees and the fake lenovo... DO NOT BUY ON ALIEXPRESS i was not even able to write a review or post something on the buyers forum... trust me is just matter of luck... do not risk your money with those scammers...
So, I ordered a small wave maker, around $50.00 CAD, and I knew when I ordered it, that it would take about 2+ months to get.
That said, when I started to look at the tracking, it showed that the seller shipped the item, and it was returned. Not once, but the shipper sent it out 14 times, it was given to line haul, to the Airline and returned.
This has been going on for 2 months, the item never ever made it out of China. So I talked to Customer service and tried to explain that it was obvious that this Seller did not know how to put a package together that would allow it to leave China, Eva at Customer service was very nice and said that she would escalade a dispute to get me a refund. 24 hours later I received an email from Aliexpress that stated that now the package has been shipped once more, and to give the Seller until December 15 to get the item to me. Well it was shipped, and now the item once more has been returned.
The Seller sent me a text saying how sorry he was, and that if I wanted the item, to order it from another website and he would ensure that the package would get to me in 10 days. So what he is asking me to do is to pay twice for one item, and based upon his history with shipping, good luck.
All I can say is if you are going to buy from Aliexpress, do your homework, the Seller I am dealing with shows a 97.4% plus rating, go figure. I will see what happens on December 15th.
Scam do not buy from these people. Just another company ripping off customers with cheap products and ideas they steal from other companies.
I purchased an EKEN H8R 4K 30fps action camera from an amazing company I found through Aliexpress called "Sportscam"
They specialize and sports cameras and have a great range of authentic products.
The person I emailed with questions, responded immediately with knowledgeable answers, so placed my order on Sept 9th. September 22nd. My order arrived, I was shocked! It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks minimum, often longer.
Not only was the EKEN camera authentic, it was loaded with the latest firmware, also offering 720p@ 120fps great for slow motion.
Onside the box, was also a very thoughtful Thank You note for purchasing the camera from them as well as a discount on your next purchase.
That's not all!... also included was a beautiful red Chinese lucky charm tassel. Nice touch!. Very thoughtful!

In the past i bought from ebay and never had problem with money back if i had problem with product or not arrived... But i have find cheaper at aliexpress, and ordered from ali many things like tablet, usb, different accesories and i had a lot of problem there... they say buyer protection, free return, refund and many bulls.it what isnt true. I can say from 100 ordered products around half was usable but far not as described, many of them isn't arrived (20% approx) and NO REFUND for not arrived products... they sent me to the post office to ask about my package and there of course no one knows about it... 30% of the products was total garbage... for ex i bought tablet with 512gb memory what has 26gb real and NO REFUND... car interface, electronic devices not usable at all and NEVER REFUND FROM ALIEXPRES JUDGMENT. I can say better buy from ebay, is much safer even is little expensive.
Wrong sizes, poor quality. Won't give the money you payed for the product back, payed with visa then they tell me they can't refund it. I have been told to reorder product and they would give me discount or they will send me the product for free. Then I find out they charge my credit card. You shouldn't believe what the AliExpress Help chat-line reps tell you, even when they tell you to trust them. The AliExpress Customer Care group is the decision maker, and they don't honor or take responsibility for what their help desk reps promise to customers.
In June 2023, I bought a dress from AliExpress. It didn't match its online description, so I requested a refund. An AliExpress Customer Help chat-line representative told me to return the dress to the sender in China, with the promise that AliExpress would refund me the full postage cost. I asked the rep if this was a sensible thing to do, because the return postage cost was more than the actual order cost. The rep told me to not worry and to trust her in this case. In addition, all the AliExpress chat-line reps I contacted during the following two months also promised that I would get a full refund of the return postage.
However, after many interactions and satisfying all their requirements, all I received was several identical emails from the AliExpress Customer Care group telling me to get the postage refund from the seller!

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
