Ordered a product and never received anything from the company, ordered showed it had been delivered, but when trying to to fix this issue the company said it was delivered. No way for the buyer to prove it wasn't delivered tried to request the seller to resend the product or refund my money... but instead all I got was a message saying it was delivered and they approved my payment for the order. So I didn't receive anything and they took my money... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONS. DO BUSINESS WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH GOOD REVIEWS

Fake Products: UNETHICAL Sellers: Website "Gaurantee" is Useless!
Returns cost almost as much as the Product.
1) Ordered $50 U. S for candles from Janet Yu: she admitted the item was not sent. I requested the order be sent and $10 refund for their error. I got the $10 refund BUT no candles! When I disputed the purchase, AliExpress response was that I accepted the $10.00 and the case is CLOSED!
2) Ordered items from Jing Jang (0ver $100). The seller advised me to return the items (at the least expensive method) and they would pay for the shipping costs. Items were shipped (another $30), shipping bill was submitted clearly showing the address Seller provided. Seller stated they "didn't receive the items"!; refused to refund money paid for items and shipping costs. After numerous emails and requests for the promised refund- they black listed me. This process took months to negotiate.
I tried to get a refund through my Credit Card company: advised they couldn't help as it was over 3 months.
3) Ordered boots- advertised as genuine leather: boots were plastic! I took the boots to get authenticated; only the label was leather. Company refused to refund. Cost for shipping to China was over $50.00.
Given the history, it appears that these Sellers know how to "get your money" but are completely unethical with returns/ refunds or warranty.
AliExpress dispute resolution is another waste of time. Chat lines are ROBOTS.
Bottom Line: buying products from this Site is like throwing your money away.
Just grief, aggravation and a STRESS.

I had order shoes size 8 from Ali Express. I had put order on dated 6th September 2019 and received after long wait of 20 days on 26th September. I almost forget that I had ordered for shoes from ali express.
I usually wear size 8 for shoes which is same length for all brands available in India. But the shoes I had received from ali express is under size, it had mentioned size 8 but the actual length is very short. I had requested to replace my shoes but the customer support asks me to raise dispute first then we look into it. I had raised dispute on same date, 26th September. Further they ask me for proof and I send some pics showing size is not fit for me, but all in vain. Bloody ali express closed that dispute with no conclusion. They no very well these shoes are useless for me.
Further I had requested them that I am ready to bear the courier charges but even they not consider my request. I had wasted INR 1437. 29 not actually I had wasted but ali express had wasted my hard earned money.
Really very bad experience with ali express order no. **************

I do not recommend buying expensive items! You must be ready to receive a disappointing product, so pay close attention to the actual size, used materials quite always plastic eventhough it looks metal and to the images. They are sometimes misleading, too beautiful. Sometimes, the quality is really poor, it won't last long. When you buy a garment, pay attention to the size of your country, they differ a lot from the Chinese ones, it is better to think from 3 sizes up, but about it, they explain it quite clearly. About dispute opportunities, it has happened that the "judge" suggests to send back the damaged or non-functioning goods but foolishly, he does not keep in mind the huge shipping fee of the buyer's country, otherwise why are we buying through Aliespress? I'm praticly sure the seller, who must pay the postage, will reject the idea, so...? Another problem is... that you won't receive at all what you ordered. Reasons can be many, though I pretty sure that the Seller sent it. Lost in shipping or stolen by the shipping personal during the passages into the different postal facility around the world. So, having ordered so far, about 350 times, I can recommend the "plattform" but pay attention what written above

Have bought quit a few items on Aliexpress first few were OK recently 100% of what I have ordered has been fake. No chance of getting your money refunded as it transpires there is No Buyer Protection. Sent emails, photos, videos and even reports from manufacturers proving the most recent items I received were Fake. Aliexpress always sides with the seller. I have had 13 Fake items and not had a single refund. Store: KELI Electronics Technology Co., Ltd was very rude when I contacted them with an issue they just replied "LIAR BUYER" Others sellers have said they would pay for the items to be returned 4 weeks later and lots of emails to Aliexpress still no attempt to pay the return shipping charges. Again AliExpress side with seller as they said sort out the return shipping offline with the seller again I lose my money and am left with Junk. Other items have failed less than 1 Month after I started using them, they were supposed to have 1 year warranty tried contacting the seller many times but no replies, asked AliExpress to help but said nothing to do with us. I have lost over $270 which I have no chance getting refunded.

I did not know why are you writing those bad reviews about aliexpress it was not as bad as you think sometime you can get late and sometimes you can get it earlier and I got my LeEco s3 626x in 10 days regardless there is a fire in California and it is way better than tomtop there is not much offensive about aliexpress TomTop is an offensive website filled with lies and it should be banned.

I ordered 2 Desigual coats, one was fake-still waiting(1months 79dollars) for sellers adress to send it back, no customer service... yes ok one ir genuie, but still... it is gambling and 70 % is fake... I also ordered racoon parkas jacket and received junk-uneployeds in usa and eu wears better, i sent it back but still no refund(1month 58 dollars)... one leopard jacket too small, but thank god not expensive, seller did not agreed refund... not with sadness I am waiting my canadian goose jacket. For 94 dollars... i I am so afraid... discusting... I could better send this money to africa, to people who really needs it... but I think this site needs to be forbidden to EU and USA by law!

I purchased this brush set, I opened the package to a very strong chemical smell like paint thinner or nail polish remover like formaldehyde, toluene or dibutyl phthalate. I tried to contact the seller to send them back & get a refund BUT they refused, told me to clean them and use them on my face & skin even though they have been tainted with cancer causing chemicals. I opened a dispute, I purchased these on sale for $13.05 normally priced at $45-$80 depending on which set your pick, they refused a refund even though I provide evidence including screen shots, receipts, videos, conversation back and forth with seller, website mediation on my behalf and 3rd party testimonials... they still refused and then offered me a refund... but only refunded $5 and ripped me off.

Aliexpress are ok until you have a problem. I have ordered many items from them over the years, but this appears to stand for nothing if a problem arises. Their after sales customer service is a mickey mouse operation, and is designed to make you give up. You will go around and round in circles with them, and not get anywhere. I have come to the conclusion that they don't like giving refunds if you've received the wrong item, or haven't received it. Their dispute process is painful and frustrating, and not worth doing business with them if they cant treat their customer in a more respectful fashion when a problem arises. Its not that they come across as rude when dealing with you, they just don't do it in an efficient manner, with as little stress to the customer as possible. Even when the Seller has agreed to a refund, Aliexpress seem reluctant to give one. My Live Chat Agent constantly kept asking me for screenshots, when all she had to do was look in my account to see messages between me and the Seller. They obviously want to make it a hard and painful process for you so that you give up. No ethics. Their Buyer Protection is useless.
I would advise that you also take a screenshot when you place your order, as I had a few instances where I didn't receive email confirmation for my orders, which was disconcerting and out of character, however when I looked in my Aliexpress account, it did show that order had been placed. I won't be doing business with them anymore as it was the last straw for me when I recently dealt with their inefficient customer service. They need to lift their game if they want their customers to respect them.

I tried to make a purchase on the Aliexpress website. It would not accept my Visa Card so I cancelled the order. I tried to contact customer support which is supposed to be 24/7, after 1/2 hour of trying, I was not able to speak with a customer support person so I gave up.
When I went to appeal the transaction, it took me to a page asking for a picture of my credit card and a bank statement before I could purchase something from the site.

11.11.2015 i bought on aliexpress tablet in value 140.72U$, Aliexpress give me discount 10$, i make payment via paypal 130.72$. Merchant information: New Times Technology Co., Ltd ( http://www.aliexpress.com/store/*******). After cca 21 days i received tablet with lower configuration (in value about 40$) and with wrong ship time (i pay for faster delivery 6$). I started dispute process with merchant, Merchant agree with sending product back to China. I send back tablet with full equipment and with original container. I payd 20$ for post services with insurence (covering forfeit and damage package). Merchant received package and uploaded on web video with damaged and dirty package. I could not verify whether the damaged Shipment received by traders from the post office or destroy it to avoid paying the full amount of your refund. After opening package tablet had broken display. I requested after the commencement of vendors claim to the post office. Since he took over the already damaged consignment can I make a complaint. He denied this and sought compensation for damage to the display. The complaint was forwarded to aliexpress custom service and ruled in favor of the seller. AliExpress send me back compensation only $ 95.42. If you look evaluated this seller http://www.aliexpress.com/store/feedback-score/*******.html cheating This way all customers (some even detect fraud.) AliExpress that tolerates and allows dealers to rob other consumers...

I placed an order on the website July 29th, 2015 and today is November 22nd, 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. A little history about what happened. The postal company could not locate the delivery address and therefore they sent the package back. Since I realized this had happened I messaged the seller back in September. They said ok they will send a new dress. Once again no shipping notification was made. Two weeks later I messaged again, the seller said they did not receive the package back as yet. Once again I gave it some more time. In October I asked for a refund, the seller said send the address the order will be resent. I messaged back 10 days later saying once again i received no shipping notification. The seller messaged saying they have not received the package back as yet. It has now been nearly 3 months since the order was placed and I have received no dress and no money. In a good business they would accept this as a lost because of the shipping company and satisfy the company. I would have been ok with accepting another dress or even a credit at the store so they would not lose the money. Everytime I message they keep saying they have not received the dress back. This is not my fault, I did not receive the dress and send it back I never received it so this is not my issue. Never again will I buy from this site and more specifically this store. I will continue to write reviews on every website about how this store STOLE my money and never sent my product!
